a good poet would say
that a wall symbolizes
temptation
greed
hate

and all the things that
make our world,
my world,
bitter.

a good poet would say
tear it down
find the life
behind the plastic
cover that blocks you
from the truth.

or to appreciate the
beauty of knowing
you could always
do better but
you don't want to
because a perfect
is boring.

im not going to
tell im a good poet
because im not.

im just finding another
way to express myself
and to remind
myself that imperfect
is okay.
