This style of poetry is called an antonym diamante. 

A diamante is a seven-lined diamond-shaped poem consisting of sixteen words. An antonym diamante consists of two topics; both ideas must have opposite meanings.

This is how an antonym diamante would be written. 

Italicized words represent topic 1 while underlined words represent topic 2.
