*Shinano POV

After Suruga and Chikuma left, I was the only one left in what used to be the sakura empire main fleet for this voyage

"It's so lonely around here. Wish Evan is here but then again, he most likely can't come due to his arm." I sighed in disappointment. With nothing else to do, I decided to sleep in my production ship until the others come back

As I was about to sleep, I heard ships incoming from the distance. Curious, I decided to come out and take a look only to see siren production ships surrounding me

"Long time no see shinano." a familiar voice caught my attention

"You." I said as I looked into the eyes of a certain centipede king

"I hope you still remember me." Royston, I believe that's his name sneered at me

"Yes. you're the centipede king." I replied

"Yes, that's me." Royston laughed. "Let's do some catching up. Please come with me." Royston said before beckoning me to come over. Not trusting him, I summoned butterflies to attack him once his back was turned. However, Royston predicted it and summoned centipede legs to block the attack and kill the butterflies

"Looks like I have to do this the hard way." Royston sighed before preparing to fight

*Dragon Palace

*Shimakaze POV

" I don't think we should be going this far in without waiting for instructions." umikaze remarked

"It should be fine. This place is totally empty." Yamakaze said before roaring loudly. But nothing happened. "See there's nobody here but us. Besides, if nobody saw us entering without instructions we should be fine." yamakaze arrogantly said before the transmitter came to life

"This is Chikuma. I've arrived at the entrance of a place that appears to match the Dragon Palace you were describing. Katsuragi, Shimakaze, please copy." chikuma's voice came through the transmitter

"You were saying yamakaze." umikaze turned to Yamakaze

"Chikuma? What are you doing?" I asked

"Lady shinano personally sent suruga and I here. and I see that you already have plans on your own though. not bad." chikuma remarked

"S-sorry for acting without waiting for orders! What would you have me do?" I asked

"We'll investigate this facility and if this facility is dangerous, we'll bombard it and destroy it." Chikuma replied. "So far, there doesn't appear to be anything questionable going on, but that can change without a moment's notice when you're dealing with the Sirens. As for the position of your fleet... W-wait, how'd you have time to get that deep inside?" chikuma continued on before realizing we've entered the Dragon Palace without permission and asked

"Sorry! I just caught up in the excitement of exploration. I'll turn around and head back right away!" I apologized before saying

"In any case gathering intel is our first priority. Shall we meet up first?" Chikuma asked before suruga interrupted her

"Shimakaze, Yamakaze, and Katsuragi, gather up and return to the entrance. Understood?" suruga instructed

"Hai!" all of us acknowledged and we started to head back

*Pacific Ocean - sakura empire main fleet

*Third person POV

"What do you want from me this time?" Shinano asked as she was trapped in some sort of magical sphere

"Like I said, I want to do some catching up with you." Royston replied.

"Grand Admiral. The Dragon Palace, what should we do with it?" a humanoid siren asked.

"Activate The self destruct button, the sakura empire girls are in there. plus the Dragon Palace reminds me of Evan." Royston instructed.

"The humanoid siren acknowledged and pulled out a remote control and pushed a red colored button on it. There were explosions in the distance shortly afterwards.

Royston and the humanoid sirens laughed as they watched the dragon palace explode in the distance while Shinano passed out due to exhaustion.

"Everyone, please be safe. Evan, please come back quickly. You're the only one who can save us all now." Shinano said before passing out.

*Dragon Palace

*Shimakaze POV

Without warning there were explosions everywhere.

"Mweeehhhh." I grunted in surprise.

"Get out of there this instant everyone! This building is exploding!" Chikuma ordered through the communicator.

"Exploding?" Katsuragi asked.

"No time to explain. emergency retreat!" Chikuma exclaimed.

"Hai!" All of us acknowledged and we managed to escape the Dragon Palace alive.

*Siren World

*Third Person POV

"Grand Admiral. The Orochi is complete." a humanoid siren relayed the news to Royston.

"Good. What about shinano?" Royston asked.

"The brainwashing is complete." the humanoid siren replied.

"Excellent." Royston remarked. "Don't launch the Orochi until I say so. Dismissed " Royston instructed and the humanoid siren left.

"I await, Evan." Royston said before sitting back down on his throne.
