Managed to solely beat Anti Monitor and on top of that run too fast for the Anti Monitor to perceive in two separate occasions :

Resisted being erased from existence by Dr Manhattan giving him Meta Existence Erasure Immunity :

His connection to the Speed Force is so powerful to the point where he can feel changes to the flow of Speed Force and the flow of Time :

The Speed Force itself is the Omnipresent, all encompassing force of the DC Multiverse, being one of the main forces and the reason why DC's Speedsters are capable of moving that fast to begin with :

And fun fact, Wally West's Speed Force lightning is white due to the fact that he once became one with the Speed Force :

And once even said "Screw you Speed Force, I'm faster" and flat out OUTRUN Speed Force :

Sure they'd most definitely race one another to see who's faster, but wouldn't fight to the death.
