Now let's scale the monstrous saiyan known as Xeno Goku.

Let's start by the SDBH Cosmology and I'll scale all of it and you'll find out why later.

First of all for the most part the Cosmology is similar to the Canon one which means that I can use the Daizenshuu statements just fine.

Now enough talking, let's get to scaling :

First of all the universe is infinitely expanding, meaning that it's infinite in scope, not necessarily infinite in size, but since in most Wikis an infinitely expanding universe is placed at the same tier as an infinite universe, I'll give it it's respected Tier of Universal+ :

Now in case someone brings the "Debunk" that the Dragonball universe isn't infinite due to being formed by four Galaxies, keep in mind that it's both a Non Sequitur Fallacy, a Biased Sample Fallacy and can be easily dismissed via Hitchen's Razor due to the fact that both the Daizenshuu :

And the manga with Jaco's claims :

Can easily dismiss that horrendous Debunk.

Now, I won't mention again on how the galaxies and solar systems in Dragonball are different compared to those of a real life universe, you can check out the first scaling debate with the title First Scaling Debate : Goku (DBS) VS Saitama (OPM) in order to find out more about it.

Next there's the fact that the Living World isn't a completely 4D structure due to the fact that there are dimensions above it as stated in the anime with the infamous Buuhan feat of having him scream and nearly tear apart the Living World due to collisions with alternate dimensions as stated by Vegito :

This feat is also confirmed in the Daizenshuu :

Making the Living World 5D or Low Complex Multiversal.

It'd be higher, but since we don't know how many dimensions were gonna collide with the universe, I'm not going to sit down and count them since that'd be a wank.

Now there's another dimension due to the Broly Movie.

First of all it was stated by the creators of the Broly movie that trying to interpretate the effect they wanted when Gogeta Blue and Broly broke through dimensions, they couldn't represent it via the usage of 3D programs :

Also the DBS Broly Movie Light Novel stated that it was a Superdimensional battle :

That means that the dimension of the swirling lights wasn't an "animation error" or a "special effect" it was literally a higher dimensional structure.

This makes the Living World 6D, in other words still Low Complex Multiversal.

Now for the Otherworld :

The Otherworld is seperated spatiotemporally with the Living World :

It's connected with the Living World in the most metaphysical level :

It's above the Living World's Dimensionality :

This is consistent with the fact that the Living World is considered as a Lower Realm compared to it in the anime :

It's size becomes even more incredible if you think that Heaven is a part of it and it's as big as the universe we've talked about :

It has a concept of time although severely diluted due to the fact that time runs differently compared to the Living World to the point where it can give the illusion that it doesn't exist :

These scans put the Otherworld at 7D or Complex Multiversal.

Now let's go to the Kaiōshin Realm :

It's an entirely separate structure that has the size of ⅒th of the total Macrocosm :

The Kaiōshin Realm is completely Transcendant to the rest of the Macrocosm as seen in the manga where we have a scan from Elder Kai saying that even if Majin Buu blew up the entire universe, the Kaiōshin Realm would remain unharmed :

That puts the Kaiōshin Realm in 8D/Complex Multiversal.

Now let's get to another part of the Cosmology and finish with scaling a universe in Dragonball.

The Universe "Bubble".

The universe bubble is an actual part of the Cosmology, shown in both anime and manga :

It encompasses the entire macrocosm, making a singular universe in Dragonball 9D/Complex Multiversal.

Next we have the Zeno's Palace that surpasses the entire Dragonball multiverse, seeing each universe like orbs on columns based on the previous scan.

This puts the Zeno's Palace at 10D/High Complex Multiversal.

Then we have the timelines that each one of them contain all the aforementioned structures, putting one timeline in 11D/High Complex Multiversal.
