LAYNES P.O.V.

Ok, this was the first time I was kicked threw a wall, the first person I seen going threw one was Kaleb and he landed and Berry, but I was more unlucky, I landed on a fricken table!

I did a backflip, but the table was split in half long ways and the part on the left got hooked up on my sword gaurd,

I landed on my butt, and an orange suit looked puzzled down at me, his dark mask didn't show his face, but I could tell he wasn't mad.

I kicked his legs from under him, his big gun fell down on his lap then disappeared on his hand.

I get back up, I take his head/helment in my hands and jam my right knee into the helmet, the helmet reatracts back to the back of his neck, but I could tell by the look on his face, he was knocked out.

I threw him on his side then took my sword in my hands, then I heard Hephaustus use his swords to hack at the locked door behind me.

Pyra was in the next door, but I had to take care of Hepaustus first.

I tan at the hacking door, and since it was metal, I called on Pyra (my ring) and started to burn the door until it glowed bright orange.

"Ahhhhh!" Hepausrus roared on the other side, I heard loud clanks at the same time a thump, it must have been his swords.

Then Hepaustus hollered "stop running, and enough tricks, this is a mans fight!"

But I ignored him and ran for the other door, but when I came infringe of it I was slammed into another body.

I was flung back on my back, I gasped for air as the wind was knocked out of me and my sword clattered to the floor.

It was Pyra and she had almost lost her hold on the (mind of itself) hammer.

"Ouch" Pyra winced "you alright?"

But I had no time to answer, I re-grabbed my sword when Hepaustus was full length inside the room and heading toward us with both swords, which now looked sizzrling as they cut threw the air.

I did a stance, with my right food in front, left in back, my swords tip pointing up.

Mine and Hepaustus swords clashed together in sparks, Pyra formed a fire ball but it bounced off of Hepaustus body, because he was the (what if) god of fire.

Then Hepaustus started to move forward, pushing me backwards against Pyra, I gritted my teeth.

"Stop forcing this power on you! Let me win!"

At the last minute, I ducked under in between his knees, in the process on slicing a deep cut in his thigh.

Hepaustus roared and almost fell right on top of Pyra, I took her hand and a drop of blood met my cheek, I willed it off with the back of my hand.

Hepaustus ground and rolled around to get back up, since he was taller then a regular size human, it was Luke Alice in Wonderland, but he was a man instead of the girl alice.

I turned around "go get outside!" I yelled at Pyra "I'm going to finish this!"

Pyra hesitated, then kissed me on the cheek, she ran for the sizzeling door, two orange suited people came inside but Pyra used the hammer like she had always had it with her, and her powers.

I faced Hepuastus, he tried grippeing his swords but I kicked the left one out of his hand, I did a back fill when the right sword tried to slice my knees off.

I pushed off my feet once they hit the ground and tookthe butt of my swords handle and smashed it against his nose.

Hepaustus bellowed in rage as I heard a series of cracks, I stood between his legs, his right sword tried to slash my ribbs but I ducked and kicked his hand with my foot.

His sword went up into the air, then I did something I promised my self I will never do again, I smashed Ignis down on top of Hepaustus man hood.

Hepaustus spit out blood, then looked at me in shock, but the color In his eyes went out when his sword sliced right down his neck.

Hepaustus coughed out blood in defeat, then he fell backwards on top of his sword.

I looked at what I had done, then turned around and ran, holding to never see, di here that again, I never looked back, I will leave it all behind.

I found Pyra, outside of the building, fighting off more orange suits in a group of three.

I threw a fireball at ones head, it exploded, then dissenergrated in sparks.

Pyra takes the hammer and smashes it against ones chest and kicks it back Into another one.

Before they could get back up, I sheathed Ignis, took Pyra around the waist and called on my ring, and we flew up in the air, the air was being patrolled by orange gliders, and they weren't easy to doge.

But suddenly, we were being pulled down by something, two gliders ran into each other head on, they screamed in horror as the plummeted to there death on the ground.

"What's raising us down!" I yell, but Pyra couldn't hear me,

Then I see Hepuastus hammer had turned a dark, but bright blue, and its flat surface was faceibg downward, the hammer was flying again.

I tried to call on my ring with all my might, but it was taking to much out of me!

"Pyra don't let go!"

The hammer was slipping, and it she did let go, we were flung like a sling shot into the air, we heard a loud, TING! Of metal against metal!

I forced my feet in back of me, and when I called on my ring again, both mine and Pyra's body's caught aflames.

"Woow!" I yelled, and I heard a high pitch scream, which I found out later, was Pyra.

I grinned and firced a huge trail of fire behind us when I headed for the hammer, and I wasn't expecting it to land on an anvil.

Then I remembered the picture on Hepaustus wall, he was seen holding tongs, a hammer and anvil.

I set both me and Pyra on the ground, and she looked dazed "you alright?" I asked luaghing, she gulped in air, huffed and puffed.

"I-i-i ll be fi-u-ine" age barley got out.

I took Ignis from my back, then at the hammer, I heard and explosion of gunfire in back of me, I turned around to see a whole trail of flowing suits, heading our way, with there big guns.

I gulped, and the bullets were getting closor,

Ok, we got the hammer and the anvil, but where were the tongs?

I had heard of a sword with two handles called tongs, but my sword didn't have two handles, or did it.

I got closer to the anvil, when I got closer, my sword turned orange, then bright white!

I had almost went bound but dropped the sword when I heard Pyra scream out in pain.

She was shot,

"No!"I yell and run after her, I grabbed her by the arm and twisted her body toward me before the gun fire hit where she use to be standing.

Every thing seemed to be going in slow motion, my breathing got deeper and steady,

I picked up my sword and hid behind the anvil, bullets hit the anvil in loud, TING! TING! TING!

Pyra clutched her shoulder and bit her lips from yelling, and cursing.

My sword was now turning blue like the hammer until the handle split in two,

I look at Pyra, her face was now pale, I got up, a bullet sipping past my ear, then one sealing into my chest, my chest lay on top of the anvil, clutching Pyra with my free hand, I breathed slowly again.

keep it steady Layne, keep it steady, then my other shoulder was peirced with pain.

The sword lay on the top of the anvil, with the hammer, every thing glowed, and the orange suited people seemed to get closer, and closer.

It was the end, I know it is.

Until every thing stopped still, a bullet had stiled just inches from my head, I never knew what happened next because when I fell face down on top of the anvil, I knocked myself out.
