Grace's POV

I stand to the side, watching May and Flora get into position to train. Mat notices how worried I look and stands beside me and takes my hand. He squeezes it.

"She'll be fine. Don't worry." He says, trying to be reassuring. I smile slightly but then put my attention back onto the pair.

May stands at one side of the circle ( that got created from the last time we were here ) while Flora stands at the other side.

"To my understanding, you have Healing powers. Am I right?" Flora asks and May nods her head. Flora thinks for a while before holding out her hand and then magically making a tire appear.

May gasps at this. "You're so amazing!" She smiles. It's good that she's beginning to be relaxed. It's dangerous to have a worried Penel ( Someone who has powers ) training. Anything could go wrong.

"Thanks! Not many people know this but if you have Healing Powers, at the same time you also have repairing powers." Flora says and Mat, Emily, Anna and I all drop our mouths open. "What?" Flora looks at us confused.

"May can repair things?" I question while May doesn't say anything and gives me a look. "May? What are you not telling us?"

"Welllllll," She starts. "I might've been able to repair one of my doll's head last week. But I got so scared I didn't tell you because I thought there were more things wrong about me."

"That's an interesting power," Anna inputs while she perches on a rock. "It could come in handy." I glare at her. "I mean if she was fighting."

"Anyway. May, your first task for this training is to repair this Bike Tire by getting rid of its puncture. But before we do this, I need to show you how to activate your powers and then de-activate your powers. I taught this to your sister when she first met me." They both look at me and I instantly remember it.

It was around the time when I ran away from Peter and Anna after activating my powers during the fight with Nathan. I remember I ran into the woods and then Flora found me and taught me ways to control my powers and use them positively.

"Come sit down on the floor May," Flora instructs May and they sit down together. May looks at me and I smile at her to reassure her. "Hang on. Grace why don't you come and join us. It might be easier."

I walk over and take a seat on the dirty floor. Flora holds the tire in her hand and places it in the middle of the circle that we had created. "What do I have to do?" May asks.

"To activate your powers, you have to think of either something that makes you happy or something that makes you angry. In Grace's case, it was something that made her angry. But we like to start off with what makes you happy."

"Think of your family, friends, things you love, your dolls, your house. Anything that can make you smile a little." I advise.

"While you're doing that, hold the tire under your palm and close your eyes. If it works, it should be repaired. Don't worry if it doesn't work, it takes time." Flora says.

I watch May close her eyes and think of happy things. Both me and Flora keeps our eyes locked on her hand, hoping for something to happen.

Suddenly a smile appears on May's face and light shines from her hand.

In shock, I watch the mini punctures disappear as the light from her hand get brighter. As well as that, the dirt starts to come off the tire that looked like it would be there for forever.

"May, to stop using your powers, you need to think of something sad or something that angers you."

She nods her head and it immediately stops. May opens her eyes, out of breath but then lights up when she sees the almost new tire in front of her. "I did it!"

"Well done May! That's the hardest part of the session." We all smile and then get up from the floor. May wobbles a bit and I grab on to her to make sure she doesn't fall. "Yea you would feel a bit faint afterward. It's normal."

"What now? She still needs to learn how to use her powers on people." Emily suddenly says after being quiet for so long. I look at Flora who looks at me. I raise my eyebrows.

"Uh, Grace. Can I talk to you over here? May you can have a break for a while. You did amazing." Flora takes me over to a tree and I let May go and hang out with the others. Flora takes my hand.

"What's wrong Flora?" I ask her and she looks to the side.

"You know Emily was saying that May still needs to practice her powers on people?"

"Yes?" I don't think I like where this going.

"Well......I need someone to do that for me........." She trails off and I put my hands on my hips.

"Why does someone always get hurt during your training sessions?" I ask and she sighs. I know she doesn't want to do this but she has to so that May can use her powers to her full potential.

"We could ask one of the others to do it? Or find a scar they already have?" She mentions but I shake my head.

"No, I'll do it." I finish the conversation there and then we walk back to the group. Mat seems to sense something wrong and mouth to me if I'm ok. I smile back and then Flora takes a deep breath.

"May needs to practice her powers on someone like Emily said." She looks pained as she's saying this and Mat's eyes widen while shaking his head at me. Oh god. "And someone.....needs to get hurt for us to do it."

"I will." Mat intervenes but Flora stops him.

"No. She has to do it on someone who she is related to or she has a really good relationship with. And that person is Grace." May also starts to catch on and runs up to me and hugs me.

"No, you can't!!" May screams, tears filling up her eyes.

"I have to May. I'll be alright. She'll either burn me or electrocute me." I say trying to comfort her but it doesn't seem like it works as she holds tighter onto me.

"May come here," Anna says and May slowly retreats away from me while the tears start to flow down her cheeks.

Anna hugs May and then buries May's head into her chest so that she doesn't have to watch me getting hurt.

"You ready? Hold out your hand." Flora says and then directs her palm towards my wrist, waiting for me to give my permission.

"Ready." As I say that, Flora grabs my wrist and a burning feeling hits my skin. I try not to cry out in pain as a hissing noise fills the air. I can't hold it in so I let out a noise and Flora lets go.

Mat rushes over to me and then studies my wrist. It has a large red mark going over it and blood splotches are beginning to show up.

He wipes away my tears that happened to fall and then helps me stand up properly so I don't fall.

"May, you can look now," I say, trying to hide the obvious pain in my voice. She turns around and then immediately spots my hand. Tears start to flood up in her eyes. "It's ok. I'm fine!"

"You're not!" She replies with, indicating my burn with her hand. I decide to be quiet and let Flora talk.

"May. I need you to do what you did to the tire but to Grace. It should be about the same." She says and May walks cautiously over to me. Tears still stream from her eyes and wipe them away as she gets close enough to me.

She places her hand on her wrist and then closes her eyes. Everyone watches her nervously and I can tell she's struggling. After awhile she pulls away but my burn not healed. She looks at it and then at me.

"I'm sorry. I can't do it." She cries and then runs off into the forest.

Hello, my Baby Little Fireballs!! How are you today?

May has done a runner!! Do you think they will be able to find her? Also her powers!! I didn't know whether to do this in May's POV or Grace's POV but I went with Grace because I'm used to doing that.

I have 6 and 1/2 weeks left of school! I can't say I'm looking forward to it because I have so many things going on and I will be stressed out! Including a Belgium trip that is during a weekend but I will let you know more when we get to it.
