Treasure

Today I was meeting up with King for lunch but I decided to discuss that I'd be would be moving because I really needed a fresh start, and New York wasn't for me anymore.

I stared in my car mirror fixing my white tube top. The thought of it all really began to scare me especially knowing that I would have to explain this to king.

Pulling the bottle out of Kiyrin's mouth I wiped his mouth making sure he didn't have any milk residue because King is so annoying when it comes to him.

My phone buzzed
King🤴🏽: Where y'all at
Me: In the parking lot damn you can wait

He read the message and didn't respond so I hopped out my car with Ky and walked in
"Hi ma'am how many"? The hostess asked
"I have a party waiting" I told her switching Ky to my other arm because he was heavy.

"Name"? She asked
"Kingsly" King said grabbing Kairo out of my arm and pulling my hand towards him
"King slow down" I basically pranced through the restaurant.

Thank god the restaurant wasn't that full for anyone to see me
"Where his car seat" King asked kissing Ky
"Oh shit I forgot I'll be back" I told him about to get up
"Nah I got it gimmie the keys" I gave him the keys

"Order for me" he said walking towards the entrance
"Hi, my name is Mauri- Treasure"? Maurice asked looking me up and down
"Yes and what are you doing here" I asked holding Ky

"I work here not everyone has money like you ya know, I'm just a regular nigga trying to make it" He told me pulling out his pad
"I know that's right"

"So what can I get for you"? He asked licking his lips
"Three waters but one with light ice" he nodded writing everything down
"You wanna order food now too"? He asked me

"Uhh yeah. I would like the shrimp and crab soup with a side of mashed potatoes and a small bowl of shrimp mashed potatoes. Also can I get the crab meat platter with extra crabs and garlic butter" I told him making sure I ordered King a lot

"Ok I'll be right back out" he said walking to the back and King magically appeared
"You having fun with yo lil friend"? He asked me putting Ky in his carseat

Maurice came back out with our waters mugging King almost dropping the glasses.
"Nigga hurry up" King told him so I hit his arm
"King stop it" he nodded
"Treasure I know I tell you this a lot but  you are beautiful as fuck" he leaned over Ky kissing me

"King stop it" I pushed him back
"Man why you pushing me away for some square nigga that can't even provide for you" King asked calmly which scared me a little
"It's not that it's the fact that I feel like you only want me because I found somebody else" he looked at me crazy

"The fuck you being with somebody else gotta do with me Treasure? If I want something I want it I don't need nobody else to have it to make me go for it" I looked away changing the subject

"So me and Millie reopened my shop in Atlanta and I was looking at a few houses and a couple of daycares" I told him as a new waiter came out placing our food down

"What that supposed to mean" King looked over about to feed Ky but he was asleep so he continued eating his food
"I was thinking I should move there" I said stuffing shrimp in my mouth

King coughed choking on the crab meat
"The fuck you mean you ain't taking my son out of my vicinity" he scowled
"He's my child too King and you can always visit" King looked over to me

"Lets wrap this up so we can talk in private" he said calling the waiter back for our check
