Backstory: Have you ever imagined if there was some sort of realm where human imagination gains life? This is the Toon World, a realm where dreams and imagination of mankind are real, and this realm was once threattened by the army of an alien warlord with a not so creative name, and because of this a powerful alien kaiju called Brain sealed the empire into a pocket dimension. Over the years he saved both real and toon worlds from many threats, eventually becoming a giant talking brain in a jar, now known as Cerebro.
In the present day, a trio of best friends who also happen to be extreme nerds/otakus had no idea about what fate reserved for them, as everything would change when a pink haired girl appeared in front of one of them, our hero Lucas aka Red, as they wanna be the greatest of them all, the legendary dreamers.

Allies:

Name: Cerebro (Formerly Brain)
Species: Alien Kaiju Lizard (Currently reduced to a giant brain in a jar)
Origins: Once a great hero who fought twenty years ago by the side of the Zyumerican Clonerangers, he was the responsible for reuniting the Jump Force rangers to protect Toon World from the forces of Zanshocker Empire.

Name: Kenji Ahbo aka Night Driver
Species: Superhuman
Origins: The Night Driver is a masked hero who fought alongside Cerebro and the Zyumerican Clonerangers, he owns a time-traveling train known as Deliner and his bike is called Night Machiner.

Name: Shavan the Silver Space Cop
Species: Unknown
Origins: An old ally from Cerebro, leads the Space Police's elite trio

Name: Garivan the Red Space Cop
Species: Unknown
Origin: An old ally of Cerebro, Shavan's right hand man in the Space Police's elite trio

Name: Gaider the Blue Space Cop
Species: Unknown
Origin: An old ally of Cerebro, Gavan's left hand man and youngest member of the Space Police's Elite Trio

Species: Mutated house-cat from the Toon World
Origin: A mutated house-cat born from Toon World who looks to find out whoever created her, also able to morph which makes her assume whoever created her is also a tokusatsu fan, or was at some point, making her able to morph into the Space Patrol Delta's Cat Ranger

Name: Anju
Species: Toon World's human
Origin: A human from the Toon World, she is able to transform into a magical girl form which acts often as a healer and support member for the team, was the one to deliver Red the crystal that transformed into his morpher

Villains:

Zanshocker Empire: A powerful empire from Toon World, it is composed of many evil creatures led by a ruthless alien warlord who's got a name as generic as Master Vile (father of Rita Repulsa/Mystic Mother and Rito Revolto)

Villain X: The ruler of Zanshocker Empire, a mighty alien warlord who wanted to conquer both Toon World and Real World, before being sealed alongside his forces by Cerebro many years ago, before the seal started to weaken in the present days, which is the reason why Cerebro had to look for the team.

Lord Gaga: Also known as simply Gaga, he claims to be a universal pop star but nobody really listens to his music. He is one of the two main generals of Villain X's forces.

Fontora: Fontora is the other main general of Villain X's forces, her name comes from the medicine Biotônico Fontoura because when creativity for names is over you just use medicine or drug names like when Henroin named his daughter Molly in Hellaverse. Fontora is a more capable fighter than Gaga but is also far more cocky, often refusing to use any minions which keeps them on a ballance since he is better at coordenating a team.

Fontora also has her own variant of the Otaku Morpher (image above), which she calls the Zero Morpher, and she can use it to transform into her battle mode (image below)
