Last Time:

After the morph was complete, Lucy had a look of joy on her face from seeing the Rangers morph again, while the Fairy Tail and Carbuncle mages both had a look of shock and confusion on their faces with widened eyes.

The Rangers all began doing their fight poses, with an explosion going off behind each of them.

"Green Mystic Ranger!"

"Pink Mystic Ranger!"

"Blue Mystic Ranger!"

"Yellow Mystic Ranger!"

"Red Mystic Ranger!"

They all stood at ease, before they held their right fists up.

"We call forth the magic, together as one, united for all time!" they declared, holding their left fists up, before touching their chests, then they held up their left fists, the others their right.

Then suddenly, a giant version of the Mystic Force Rangers logo on it appears behind them, shining brightly.

"Power Rangers Mystic Force!" they yelled as explosion went off behind them all.

After the Power Rangers got done announcing themselves to everyone present, all the Fairy Tail mages' eyes popped out of their heads, and their jaws hit the floor in shock at the absurd sight. 

From their hiding spot, Lucy and Eclair both watched the ongoing battle between the Rangers and the enemy.

'W-What did they just do?! Did they just use Requip magic?' Eclair thought in wide-eyed surprise at the Rangers' appearance, as they transformed into colorfully costumed heroes and used an unknown power she felt that wasn't magic at all. 'And what was that unbelievable power I just felt?! It didn't feel like the slightest trace of magic!' She thought in confusion at the unfamiliar terms, her eyes focused on the Mystic Rangers down below.

"You got this guys! Show those jerks who's boss!" Lucy's mentally cheered them on while looking down below.

Sora had hoped that the sight of this was enough to terrify Carbuncle to the point that they would have regretted picking a fight with the team of heroes.

Which it successfully did as the trio's eyes slightly widened in surprise at this unknown power that sent a small tingle down their spines.

"This power..." Dyst whispered in shock from both the morph and Grid Energy he felt.

"Are they Requip Wizards?!" Cannon yelled out in shock. "Chase told us about the outfits, but he didn't tell us that they can change into them!"

Coordinator snapped out of her shock and scoffed. "So what if they can use Requip Magic. If these five are anything like Titania, then I'll have no problem showing them their place."

Coordinator thrusted out her hand to dispel their suits...only for them to still have them. "W-What!?" She exclaimed as she thrusted her hand out again, getting the same results. "I can't dispel their Requip magic!"

"Aww, what's the matter? Having trouble taking away our uniforms? That's too bad!" Kiba snickered.

"If you guys still want to fight, then how about we take this outside?" Ayumi asked, holding up her weapon. "Magi Staff, Wind Power!" She yelled as her cape transformed into giant, pink, butterfly-shaped wings and used them to unleash a powerful gust of wind that blew Carbuncle out of the Fairy Tail guild.

"Nice, Ayu!" Reina said, swinging her Magi Staff. "Now, let's go kick some ass!"

"Right!" The others agreed before making their way out of the guild, though Cyrus stopped and looked back at the Fairy Tail mages.

"You guys look after Eclair. We'll handle them!" He declaired, then ran after his friends.

"Hey wait!"

"They're leaving!"

"Did you guys see those suits!? They were Requip magic like Erza!"

"But I thought they didn't use magic."

"Who cares? If they're willing to fight those guys, I'm not missing this!"

"Let's go after them and see!"

"Hold on, we have injured to deal with!"

Despite the Rangers leaving the guild to take on Carbuncle, Éclair kept her focus on them. Because of that, she didn't notice someone placing a hand on her shoulder, snapping her back to her senses. When she turned her head, she saw that it was Lucy who placed a hand on her shoulder. 

 "Don't worry. I won't let anything happen to you," Lucy assured her with a smile and a determined look on her face.

While both Lucy and Éclair were focused on the Rangers, they failed to notice a familiar dark shadow appearing behind them.

The trio of Carbuncle were thrown across Magnolia, though they were all able to regain their balance and land on some buildings. 

"Well, seems like those suits weren't just for show." Cannon remarked, rolling his neck. "I thought Chase was just pulling our legs with that crap."

Dyst was silent, recalling what Chase informed them about.

'Be warned. If you see a bunch of kids wearing color-coded uniforms, steer clear. They appear to posses strange magic that's never been seen.'

"I don't know who those other three are," Dyst replied. "But they, along with the green and pink ones, will fall like those Fairy Tail wizards."  

"If only it would be that easy," Coordinator clicked her tongue in annoyance. "My Dispel Magic should've canceled that Requip Magic of theirs! So why didn't it happen?!"

"Calm yourself, Coordinator." Dyst told her, raising a hand. "It's nothing more than a minor setback. We'll just show them what real power is."

It was at that moment the five Rangers appeared on a rooftop across from the trio as they stared each other down.

"Magi Staff, Crossbow Mode!"

The trio looked up and saw Kiba now firing off multiple lightning bolts down at them. This caused Coordinator, Cannon, and Dyst to run off in opposite directions in order to evade them, while avoiding the resulting explosions.

"Attacking from a distance..." Dyst noted aloud.

"Heehee..." Cannon giggled with a wide grin. "They're certainly feeling feisty..." 

"Terrible shot!" Coordinator remarked as she turned around... and then the ground beneath her feet shifted, "What?!" she screamed before the ground burst open as two large vines wrapped around her, dragging the woman into the ground with a crash. Meanwhile, the bolts headed towards Cannon and actually exploded just behind them, propelling him into the river that the Rangers came across before.

"What?!" Dyst exclaimed in surprise, only for Sora to suddenly close in on him with his weapon deployed.

"Magi Staff, Fire Power!" he yelled, swing his blade of fire that struck her foe, making him gasp in agony as he slid back.

Sora landed on the ground and stared his opponent down. "Now, you gotta deal with me!"

Dyst climbed to his feet and glared deathly at the Red Ranger. "Damn you...!"

With Cyrus and Kiba

Elsewhere on a street near a river, Cyrus and Kiba jumped down and looked around aimlessly for Cannon.

"I know I knocked him into the water somewhere..." The latter muttered out. "Kinda sucks that we can't sense magic."

"Don't relax yet. He could be anywhe-" It was then Cyrus heard something splashing through the water in the canal in front of them. "Look out!" He cried out, just as magic bullets were being fired at them.

Both boys leapt to the sides as the bullets missed them, right before Cannon jumped out of the water and onto the other side of the river.

"Well, seems like you Fairies just can't get enough of me, huh?" He smirked.

 "After what you and your associates did to our friends at Fairy Tail, we can't let people like you get away with it." Cyrus declared firmly.

"Yeah! And who are you calling a 'Fairy'?" Kiba exclaimed, pointing at the man dramatically. "Do we look like little, magical fireflies to you?!"

Cyrus sweatdropped at this. "Kiba, I think the reason he called us that is because we're members of Fairy Tail." He informed his friend.

Kiba was quiet for a second. "...I-I knew that."

Their conversation was cut off as Cannon began firing at them, causing the pair to dodge out of the way. 

Once he was cleared, Cyrus pointed his weapon at the man. "Magi Staff, Water Power!" Two columns of water shot from the river and launched at the gunman. Though, he easily avoided the attack by leaping into the air.

"Got'cha!" Kiba yelled, jumping up with his own weapon and crossed his forearms. "Magi Staff, Lightning Power!" 

He shot lightning bolts from it, hitting Cannon's weapon and destroying it in the process.

"No!" Cannon exclaimed at the lost of his weapon, before glaring at the Yellow Ranger. "You're gonna pay for that!"

The man retaliated by summoning several cannons from before over his shoulders and aiming them at Kiba.

"Reflectus Targo!" Cyrus said as he pointed his Morpher to the ground with magical energy coming out of it.

Suddenly a giant mirror came out of the ground in front of Kiba to protect them.

"You think a mirror is going to stop me?" Cannon cockily asked before he fired his cannons at the mirror, only for the projectiles to get reflected right back at the gunman. "Agggh!" He cried in pain as he was hit by his own explosion that pushed him back into water.

"Whoa. Thanks for the save, man." Kiba said, bumping his shoulder against Cyrus.

 The Blue Ranger waved him off. "Don't mention it. So, should we finish this?" 

 Kiba snorted in reponse. "Like you need to ask." 

The duo stood back to back and held out their weapons towards Cannon, who was struggling to his feet.

 "Magi Staff, Water Power!" 

"Magi Staff, Lightning Power!" 

"Combine Magic! Sea Storm Blast!"

Suddenly, a burst of magic flew from their weapons as two columns of water, surging with electricity, rotated around each other like a helix and launched towards Cannon.

The gunman looked up and could only gape in shock before the electric-surged water blast slammed into him with tremendous force.

Once the attack died down, Cannon fell into the water and floated on his back without irises in his eyes.

"We did it!" Kiba exclaimed. "Now that's what I call a shocking splash!"

Cyrus looked at his friend with a deadpan look. "Wow, really?"

With Ayumi and Reina

The two female Rangers were having a standoff with Coordinator, who was now hovering above them in the air and dressed in primarily gold armor with red clothing underneath. The upper half of the armor consisted of a breastplate open at the middle, gauntlets with sharp claw-like fingers and pauldrons, the right one with wing-like decorations. The lower part of the armor consisted of faulds and leg armor, each with a large wing, with a red, white and black eye pattern on it, and talon-like feet. Underneath the armor, Coordinator wore gloves and a bodysuit, starting at upper chest level, with a circle cut out around her lower chest. She also wor a blue headband or a winged helmet. She was even wielded a large scythe

"So your plan was to separate us?" She inquired as she gripped her scythe tightly. "I find that rather disingenuous..." she admitted.

"Pfft, right. That's funny coming from the one with crappy fashion sense." Reina retorted with a snort.

Coordinator was taken back by that comment. "What?"

Ayumi tilted her head. "You got a point, Rei." She agreed, gesturing to their foe. "I mean, I love make up as much as the next girl, but aren't you wearing a bit too much?"

"Maybe she's trying to compensate for something." Reina snickered outloud.

A tick mark appeared on Coordinator's head. "You two think you're funny!?" She snarled before flying towards the duo. "Well, let's see if you're laughing after this!"

Ayumi and Reina both jumped back as Coordinator swung her scythe down on the building, causing an explosion that sent debris and dust flying.

The dust cleared as Coordinator shot foward with the intent to attack the girls. Though, Ayumi quickly held her weapon and  waved her arms around, as her cape turned into large wings, before she crossed her forearms over.

"Magi Staff, Wind Power!" she shouted as her wings flapped back and forth, unleashing a powerful gust of wind that halted the Requip mage's attack.

Coordinator, who recognized the attack as the same one that sent her and her comrades out of Fairy Tail, stood her ground by planting her feet and the shaft of her scythe into the roof of the building she was on just as the force of pressure then slammed into her, though she hadn't been moving an inch as she used her free arm to protect her face.

 "Do you really think that you can defeat me by using that same trick twice?" She asked with a smirk as she began to power through the wind to reach the Pink Ranger. 

"No, but it opened a spot for me!" Reina smirked and held up her staff. "Magi Staff, Axe Mode!" The short staff turned into an axe which further surprised the woman yet again "Take this!" Reina slammed her axe down on the ground, sending a wave of green magical energy into the ground which then moved towards the woman, smashing into her and sending her crashing onto the floor in pain.

"Had enough yet?" Reina snarked as she was enjoying this.

"Had enough? Had enough?" Coordinator repeated with a very angry look on her face while standing back up. "I won't stop until I show you insufferable brats your place!" 

A burst of light enveloped the woman as she be have her requipped into a new armor. The one she wore when she thrashed Erza. "My Dispel Magic may not work on your outfits, but this armor will be more than enough to remove them." Coordinator smirked as she stood before the duo.

 "Don't be too sure about that!" Ayumi declared. "I don't know why you're after Eclair or that stone, but we're not letting you get either!"

"That's right, Grandma." Reina taunted in agreement. "Cause we're gonna wipe that smirk off your face."

Coordinator's eyebrow twitched at that. "G-Grandma!?" She shrieked in anger before launching at the two. "That's it! You two are going down!"

"Yah!" The two Rangers yelled, charging forward as well.

The three began to fight in hand-to-hand combat with Coordinator blocking each of their moves easily, as Ayumi jumped up to do a roundhouse kick to push her away on the floor a few feet, then Reina does a spinning straight kick into the woman's stomach.

But Coordinator leaped forward to evade the assault before turning to face the two, with a savage smile on her lips. She them drew her small blade and leapt forward quickly to attack first with, only for Ayumi to react quickly enough to grab her arm and twisted it, which made her howl in agony, dropping the blade in the process. Reina charged at her right side before Ayumi jumped away Reina jumped up and dropped kicked Coordinator across the ground.

"You brats are quite strong," The mage acknowledged as she got up from the ground and held out her arms. "But you're not strong enough to stop me."

Suddenly, after using her magic to make her weapon reappear in her hand, Coordinator tightened her grip on her sword's handle as she glared at the girl Rangers before charging towards them, determined to show the Rangers their place.

"Wow. I guess we really made her mad." Ayumi obviously stated as she saw the Carbuncle mage charging towards her and Reina.

"In that case, let's even the odds." Reina ran forward with her morpher in wand mode.

"I'll try this Spell Code." She said, crossing her forearms over, her left hand forming the Mystic symbol.

She lowered her arms and pressed 1 on her morpher, making her clutch her fists, as she suddenly grew exaggerated muscles.

"AHHH! All right!" Reina said, holding her left hand by her hip, and her right up. "Stronger than a tree!"

She held up both her muscles.

"Mystic Muscles!" She said, putting her fists near her muscled chest. "Check out the new physique!"

Normally, Coordinator would be surprised to see Reina suddenly grow huge muscles, but she was so mad at the girl Rangers insulting her and was so focused on defeating them that she didn't react to Reina's sudden muscle growth at all. 

 As soon as Reina and Coordinator got close to each other, the Requip mage swung her blade down at opponent, only for it to completely shatter to pieces upon contact with her muscles, much to the woman's shock as she jumped back.

 "You're gonna have to do better than that!" Reina taunted her.

"You little bitch...!" Coordinator growled harshly, rushing blindly at the Green Ranger to knock her down a peg.

Reina crossed her arms like an X just as Coordinator leapt forward to deliver a flying kick, her strongest attack yet. Her strike landed with explosive results, a shockwave blowing behind Reina...

Only for the Green Ranger to not even budge an inch, much to the shock of Coordinator. "What!?"

Reina opened her arms slightly to grin at the still-shocked mage. "Gotcha, bitch." She quickly swerved under and around, directly behind Coordinator and pulled back her fist. "Heads up, Ayu!" She called out before striking the woman in the back with enough force to send Coordinator flying across the roof and towards Ayumi.

"On it!" Ayumi yelled, then took out her Magi Staff. "Magi Staff, Tornado Power!" 

She held up her weapon as the top of it lit up, then she jumped up and began twirling around in a whirlwind.

"Round and 'round I go!" she said, diving towards Coordinator, then proceeded to corkscrew kick her in the chest, with max power.

Coordinator howled in pain as she felt the Pink Ranger's boots begin to dig into her stomach. Saliva was flung everywhere and Coordinator could feel herself begin to lift off her feet as Ayumi pushed even deeper. With a wordless yell, Ayumi pushed harder. Coordinator's world became a sea of white-hot pain. She was only vaguely aware of being thrown away, the world spinning wildly around her, then all that came to an abrupt end as she slammed hard enough into a wall to hear her back crack and send lances of lightning up her spine.

The silence on the battlefield was complete as the woman slumped and fell on her front, unconscious and defeated.

Ayumi landed beside Reina, with her Mystic Muscles deactivated, and asked, "So... did we win?"

Reina snorted and gestured to the woman with her head. "You tell me? Helluva drop kick you gave her."

Ayumi rubbed the back of her helmet sheepishly. "Yeah, thanks. Though, I probably put too much into it."

Her fellow Ranger shrugged. "Meh, I'd say she deserved it." She said before moving over to the unconscious mage. "Anyway, let's bring her back to the boys. She might know something."

With Sora

The Red Ranger glared angrily at the turquoise-haired man with his sword resting on his shoulder as Dyst held a deadly expression on his face.

"Really? You're going to get in my way?" Dyst sneered confidently, dismissing the very thought as Sora glared at him. "You seem to have quite the death wish."

"Look dipshit, I don't know what your damage is, and frankly I don't care, but there's no way in hell you're getting Eclair or that stone." Sora said in a stern tone, annoyed by Dyst's arrogant attitude.

At Sora's comment, Dyst's expression became one of pure rage as his eyes widened until his pupils were just tiny dots in a sea of white.

"So, you think you're going to stop me from taking it..." Dyst started with a manic look on his face as an air of power surrounded him.

Sora tightened his grip on his weapon. "Oh, I'm gonna do a lot more than that!" With a yell, Sora lunged at him with his sword at the ready. Reacting quickly, Dyst raised up his left hand, creating a pressure that halted Sora in midair.

'So, that power he used on Natsu was telekineses!' the young Ranger noted through his thoughts as wind blew about fiercely from the magic. Dyst then swung his left arm to throw his foe off to forward in a grunt, letting Sora skid backwards across the roof. He then shot off bursts of telekinetic energy, which Sora managed to dodge as they created a human-size craters around. 

"Foolish boy." Dyst snarled. "You don't know who you're messing with. I'm a lot stronger than you could ever dream! And once I've claimed the Phoenix Stone, I'll become a God among men!" he then got a crazed look in his eyes that showed his rage. "...AND YOU'RE NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO STOP ME! YOUR BEST BET IS TO JUST GET OUT OF MY WAY!"

Sora scoffed. "You? A God? Sounds to me that you're just begging for someone to knock you off that high horse of yours! I'll be happy to!" He roared. "Hyah!"

He began charging at Dyst, who gathered massive pile of debris around him, before launching straight at the Red Ranger, who merely deflected them with his sword.

"There's no way in hell you're getting near Eclair!" Sora roared, cutting through the last of the projectiles.

He rolled forward and kicked Dyst's right arm up, then blocked his left arm with his sword, then he blocked him right with it. Enraged, Dyst knocked Sora's arm aside then used a telekinetic burst to blast his weapon out of his hand as it went spinning in the air and embedded itself in the ledge.

Seeing his foe disarmed, Dyst readied another burst, which unleashed a powerful burst of wind. It struck his target, though Sora was quick to cross his arms to block as the attack sent him sliding backwards to the ledge.

"THIS ENDS NOW! DIE!" Dyst roared, using his magic to send a wall of rubble surging toward the Ranger, seemingly engulfing him.

Its attack potency was so strong that it rocked and made the building shake, sending out a massive shockwave.

The pressure also expanded out in its surroundings, damaging some of the buildings with a few of them collapsing and destroying most of the street in the process. The explosion was so strong that the residents of Magnolia could feel and see it.

As the smoke began to clear, Dyst felt his grin turn even more psycho-like, gazing at the lingering dust of his attack. "So it turns out you're not so strong, huh?! You were just all talk! Scum is scum in the end!" He happily yelled while laughing.

As the dust soon died down, Dyst could see a darkened silhouette in the smoke, that could only be Sora, that was slowly becoming more distinct and his smile died down when he noticed that he was standing in the same exact spot he was before he released his attack.

"What...!?" Dyst's eyes widened in disbelief when the smoke died down enough, so he could see that Sora, with his Magi Staff pointing forward, surrounded by a red magical barrier that had a few cracks on it and was glowing brightly as he was shielded from the massive explosion.

Dyst was speechless as he saw Sora had stopped his attack and was looking at him with his eyes narrowed intensely, even though he couldn't see it with his helmet on.

'He put up a magic barrier at the last second before the blast hit him.' Dyst thought in shock.

The explosion had destroyed the roof but starting from where Sora stood, in a triangularly circle spreading manner, the roof was only severely damaged.

Gritting his teeth, Dyst growled with anger and hate. "Why won't you die!?" He demanded.

"Heh, it's going to take a lot more than that to put me down!" Sora shouted as he sheathed his Magi Staff and opened up his Morpher. "You wanna see power, I'll show you power! Time to try out a Spell Code!"

Sora then typed in the spell code 8-8-3, to activate the Spell Code before putting his Morpher away.

"Mystic Force Fighters!" The Red Mystic Ranger shouted as he moved his arms around before crossing them, then spread his hands down to the side before red boxing gloves with half a gold M and green jewels on each of them magically appeared on both of his hands. 

"What kind magic is this?!" Dyst thought in confusion

Sora knocked his boxing gloves together a few times as tiny red magical sparks of energy coming off of them with each hit, along with the dinging sound of a bell. He then brought his fists together to show the M symbol on the gloves, as it glowed golden for a moment.

"Let's get ready to rumble!" Sora declared before knocking his boxing gloves together again and performing a short back flip, he cracked the floor underneath himself when he landed, the phoenix insignia appearing behind him with Sora starting to strike poses before taking a boxing stance as his cape was flowing and fire was blazing around him.

Dyst was unable to make a proper sentence, looking at the boy with shock before his mouth turned into an savage sneer. 

"You were right about one thing..." Sora said to him, holding out his right boxing glove. "This ends now."

With that, he launched himself at the man at full speed.

Seeing his foe coming, Dyst fired off another telekinetic burst with his right hand, but Sora immediately slid to the left in blinding speed to dodge the attack.

"You will fall to me!" Dyst shouted as he launched to the left for another attack.

But Sora quickly slid to right this time faster than Dyst could see. With telekinetic burst after burst, Dyst tried his best to land a single blast on his opponent, but Sora kept on dodging to both the left and right like a professional boxer at a breakneck speed that the telekinetic mage user just couldn't keep up.

"JUST DIE, YOU BASTARD!" Dyst yelled out in frustration, as sends another burst.

Instead of dodging this time, Sora punches through the attack, which surprises Dyst. Sora then threw a barrage of punches at Dyst, who blocked the punches with his arms, before doing a quick spin to the right as Sora threw one more punch at Dyst's right arm that pushed him back.

"Damn it!" Dyst cursed. He may have blocked the attack but the impact of the blows still hurt like hell.

Soraa then leapt into the air to punch Dyst, with that said man crossing his arms for a block to only get knocked back again a few feet, standing his ground.

Sora looked at Dyst, as he started to practically dance and lightly hop around while in a boxing stance. "Ha, yeah, ha! Come on, I'm just getting warmed up!" The boy said.

"Don't you mock me!" Dyst roared as he was lost in his rage.

Sora backhanded Dyst in his right arm, then in his chest, then the face, and right before the Red Ranger jumped into the air doing a spiral side spin and backhanded the man's chest as he flew over to the right side. Dyst swung his left arm for another pressure burst with Sora jumped up to punching the man's arm towards the ground, causing the attack to erupt and push the two back.

"Damn you!" Dyst said rushing at the Ranger for another telekinetic burst.

Sora ducks under the attack and spun over to the right before punching Dyst's right side, moving him as the Ranger got in front of him.

"Hiya!" Sora prepared to throw another punch, which made Dyst's eyes widen in shock. The Ranger slammed his fist hard into the man's face which sent him flying back on the ground and breaking his nose.

Dyst rolled on the ground a few times before stopping himself while holding his broken nose. 'How the hell is this possible?!' He thought as he was starting to become even more irriated.

"Time to end this!" Sora stated before leaping incredibly high in the sky.

"This isn't over until I say so!" Dyst angrily stated as he launched another telekinetic burst. "DIE!"

"Gojika!" Sora quickly shouted.

Then suddenly, a blaze of fire quickly appeared around Dyst and concealed him in a sphere of fire, stopping the man in mid-attack.

"What?!" Dyst shouted in surprise as he tried to break out of the sphere, to no avail. "Don't think this is over!" Dyst kept on screaming as he attempted to break free. "I will get the Phoenix Stone! I will achieve immortality! I will-"

"Power of the Phoenix!" Sora stated with a smirk behind his helmet, as he spread out his arms as he engulfed his entire body in fire, and the flames took the shape of a phoenix.

Dyst widens his eyes from the realization as Sora comes rushing down from the sky. 'Impossibe! He has the power of the Firebird!? NO!'

"HYAH!" Sora shouted before punching the fire sphere with his left boxing glove.

The orb erupted into a giant explosion, which Dyst was caught in the middle of as he was sent soaring in the air.

"AGHHHHHHHHH!" Dyst screamed in utter agony, as he flew across the town at a great distance before crashing right through a building's wall, knocking him completely unconscious.

The force of the punch was so strong that it made the whole area violently shake again, but this time twice as hard with the people of the town feeling the rumbling.

Sora stood tall and looked at the direction Dyst flew, as he smiled proudly and turned his back on the man.

"K.O!" He declared, rising his right boxing glove in victory.
