Once the school day was over, the Rangers walked out of the building and were now making their way home...to change clothes and head for the Youth Center.

"Heeeeeey! Wait up, you guys!" A familiar female voice spoke out, causing the Rangers to turn around and to see Tenya, Ochaco, and a very tired-looking Izuku lagging behind.

"Oh, hey! It's you guys." Reina greeted as the three caught up to them.

"Hey guys." Izuku said faintly, as he drew near their group with weak steps.

Cyrus regarded Izuku with concern, "You okay, man? How's the finger?"

"Oh, it's fine," Izuku smiled tiredly, pointing up his bandaged finger. "All thanks to Recovery Girl. From what she told me about her Quirk, it stimulates the healing process but takes a lot of stamina. That's why I look so worn out."

"That's still weird to hear." Kiba stated bluntly, hoping he'd never have to encounter the elderly nurse anytime soon.

"Don't say that." Ayumi said, nudging the blonde. "Her power may be....unusual, but it works wonders on the body."

"Yeah. But anyways, was there something you guys needed?" Sora asked the group.

"We were wondering if you all were heading to the train station. If so, would you mind if we accompanied you." Tenya explained.

"Sure." Ayumi nodded. "We're about to head home to change and to hang out at the Juice Bar."

"Juice Bar? What's that?" Ochaco asked with a head tilt.

"A place we've been going there since we were kids." Cyrus answered. "So, it's become our go to spot."

"I think I heard of that place!" Izuku spoke, getting everyone's attention. "It has a lot of activities that the teenagers enjoy doing, and they make pretty good smoothies there."

"Not surprising that you know." Kiba snickered. "It's been around for years."

"That sounds like fun!" Ochaco beamed, looking at her two companions. "Right? Tenya? Deku?"

Izuku lifted his head in shock. "Deku!?" he gasped.

Ochaco blinked. "Yeah, isn't that what Bakugo called you during the fitness test?" She recalled a very angry Bakugo screaming out Izuku's name like a banshee.

'Deku, you bastard!'

"Now that you mentioned it, I've heard him say that before the Entrance Exam." Kiba hummed. "Is that your middle name, or like a nickname he has for you?"

"Oh, well, um, actually you see...Izuku is my actual name." Izuku admitted nervously, awkwardly placing a hand on the back of his head. "'Deku' is what Kacchan calls me to make fun of me."

"That's not sportsman-like," Tenya said, bringing a hand to his chin.

"What does that even mean?" Cyrus asked.

"It's a-it's an abbreviation of another nickname he gave me when we were kids: Defenseless Izuku." The greenette told them.

Ayumi frowned, "So that's what Deku means? Haven't you told him to stop calling you by that name?"

"When we were kids, yeah, but Kacchan would never listen. It's not like anyone cared enough to stop him, anyway." Izuku told them, solemnly lowering his gaze to the ground. "I couldn't do anything about it, so eventually, I just got used to it."

'I guess that explains his low self-esteem. From the scared and timid way he reacts whenever Bakugo is around, that guy probably bullied him a lot as a kid.' Sora thought, folding his arms.

"Oh, I didn't realize that. I'm sorry." Ochaco apologized, her voice filled with sincerity.

"Honestly, I like Deku." Ayumi said, tapping her finger to her chin. "It kinda has a 'never give up' type of vibe to it. I think it would make a cool hero name."

"Ooh! I like that meaning better!" Ochaco grinned merrily at Izuku. "Plus, I think it sounds kinda cute."

"Deku, it is!" Izuku suddenly exclaimed.

'That fast!?' Sora and Cyrus thought in shock.

Somewhat startled by the boy's sudden shift in mood, Tenya stared at Izuku inquisitively, his mouth dropping open slightly as he realized what he had just declared, "But...hold on, I thought you said that was an insult. I don't understand - why would you suddenly be okay being called that name?"

"Uh, well, you see, I just, oh, um..." His green-haired friend began to hopelessly stutter over his words. His pupils dilated, and the sclera of his eyes became increasingly visible as his eyes bulged out of their sockets. As the group looked at Izuku with puzzled expressions, Izuku sharply swung around and covered his flushed face with his hands, chuckling nervously.

"Simp..." Reina snickered with a headshake.

The male Ranger trio held back a laugh as the comment went unnoticed by everyone else.

"Maybe from her, it doesn't sound like an insult?" Ayumi said. "She did say it sounds like that other word. It sounds really cool!"

"By the way," Ochaco said to the Rangers in a gentle tone, while wearing a smile. "There's something I've been meaning to say to you all..." She walked in front of the team and what she did and said next shocked everyone in the group as she bowed her head a little to them.

"I would like to personally thank you for saving my mother."

"What?" Izuku and Tenya said in surprise, looking between her and the Rangers.

"Saved your mother?" Cyrus asked with a raised brow.

"I mean, we saved a lot of people in the square and the construction site." Kiba said, scratching his head. "Is that what you mean?"

"Mai Uraraka," Ochaco said, making the teams' eyes slightly widen. "She told me and my dad that she was attacked by a group of men on her way home, when a group of teenagers showed up and saved her. When I heard your names in class, it took me a while to recall, but thankfully I do now. And for that, I can't thank you enough from the bottom of my heart." She said to them.

"Oh, crap! That was your mom?" Reina said in shock, before realization hit her. "Damn, I guess that explains the surname."

"Don't worry about it. We were just doing the right thing." Sora said to her, not making a big deal of it.

"How is she, by the way?" Ayumi asked, stepping forward.

"Great!" Ochaco chirped with a bright smile. "Wait til I tell her that I met you guys! She's going to be so thrilled!"

Feeling like he should step in, Tenya let out a loud cough."If I may ask, I've been wondering about something. In class, you all mentioned something about being 'Power Rangers'. What exactly is that?"

Izuku perked up at this. "Oh, right! Is that your team name!? Where did you get those costumes?! How were you able to defeat that horse villain without quirks?! Do you have more costumes or just that one?! How strong were you when you fought Mr. Aizawa, Ukashi?! How did you..." Midoriya started firing question after question towards the Rangers while holding a notebook and pencil in his hands.

'Where did that come from?!' Everyone thought together in confusion as Izuku just pulled a notebook out of thin air.

No one was unable to tell what the greenette was saying at this point because he was talking a mile a minute.

"What is he doing?" Reina weirdly asked out loud.

"No idea?" Cyrus said as he was just as confused.

Sora, at this point, just had enough. "IZUKU!" He shouted, stopping the green-haired boy from speaking any farther. "I can't answer any of your questions if you just keep rapidly firing them at me."

"R-Right! Sorry about that, Sora!" Izuku said, rubbing his head in embarrassment. "I-I kinda have a b-b-bad habit of muttering w-when I get too e-excited about heroes."

"So, you're a fanboy?" Ayumi giggled with a hand near her mouth.

"K-Kinda..."

"Nothing wrong with that." Sora said, patting his shoulder. "Anyway, we can't tell you much about it. Not because we don't trust you, it's just we want to keep it on the down low a bit."

"Oh okay." Said Izuku as Sora lets go of his shoulder.

"But what I can tell you is that our team name is more than a team name, it's a title passed down. I can't go into it right now, but I'm sure that helps right?"

"Yeah, it does! Who gave you the title then was it the previous bearers?" The freckled-teen asked.

"Well... actually no, it was our mentor who gave us the title." Cyrus told him. "That's pretty much it on what we can tell you."

Izuku nodded at this, even though he was a little disappointed at not knowing more about the Rangers.

"Great. Now that's done, how about we get a move on?" Reina spoke, turning to make her way off campus.

Everyone nodded at that as the Rangers walked off with their three new friends from school.

Ukashi Residence

 "I'm home!" Sora annoucned out as he walked into his house and closed the door, before making his way into the living room.

 Then, to his surprise, Serena was sitting in the dining room and greeted him with a smile, "Welcome home, Sora! How was your first day at U.A.?"

"Uhh, pretty good." Sora said as he placed his bag down. "Teacher gave us a Power Test, and the whole gang passed with flying colors. Then, he challenged me to a spar and I won. So, yea..."

Serena snorted at this. "Why am I not surprised, considering what you and your friends are capable of. Still, I really am proud of you. I just wish I stayed to see you off for your first day." 

 "It's fine, Mom. You don't have to apologize for that. It's not your fault that you had work." Sora assured her as he waved it off.

"I guess so..." Serena mused over before perking up. "Oh! Before I forget, I wanted to give you something before you left for your first day." She stood up and picked up a small box that sat in front of her.

 "Huh?" Sora looked at her with a titled head as the woman walked over to him. "What is it?" 

"I wanted to give it to you this morning for luck for your first day, but I guess it'll serve as both a good luck charm for the rest of the school year and as a gift for how well you did for your first day." Serena explained as she handed the box to him. "So I figured, what the hell, I'll just give it to you, anyway."

"Okay, okay, okay." Sora said while chuckling as he opened up the box to reveal a mysterious pendant. Sora tilted his head as it somehow felt familiar to him, like he has seen it before. 

"You're giving me a pendant?" Sora asked as he looked up at his mom, who nodded at him while smiling

 "Yep, the thing's been collecting dust for a while now. So I thought I could give you this. You like it?" Said Serena as she noticed Sora was in a trance as his eyes began to glow blue. "Sora? Sora honey? Honey are you all right!?" 

 But Sora could hear nothing but a woman's voice, unlike his mother. "Filo...". Stopped as soon as Serena began to shake the Red Ranger, making him come back to reality. 

"Sora! Oh, thank God. Are you okay? Was that a Ranger thing? I swear, I'm going to—-".

"No, no no no no, I'm okay, Mom, honest! I just felt like I've seen this before... Just weird because I've never seen you wear this, even at police galas."

"Oh no, this is a very special item, kiddo. Way more special than just wearing some jewelry to a gala. Plus, I had to put it somewhere! When you were a baby, you always put it in your mouth." Said Serena as she chuckled while Sora blushed. 

"Oh, really?" He laughed sheepishly, while rubbing his head.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Serena asked with concern in her voice. "I could get you some medicine, right now!

"Oh no, I'm fine, Mom. I don't know what that was a second ago, but I'm fine."

"Really?" Said a worried Serena as Sora begins to hug her. 

 "I'm fine, really." Sora said as he felt his phone vibrating. He took it out to see the group message board, the gang asking if they were all going to the Juice Bar. "I have to go, everyone's waiting for me at the hangout spot."

 Serena smiles for a second. "It's okay, but change your clothes. I don't want you to ruin these nice school uniforms." 

 Sora laughed before saying. "Don't worry, I won't. Be back in a sec!" As the young boy went upstairs, Serena is left alone with her thoughts.

 "Maybe... Maybe it was too soon to give that to him."

U.A High School - Next Day

The next day at UA went...pretty normal all things considered. The day after the quirk test, UA was going on like normal school. They had classes, lunch, and everything else they would have at any other school, just with a little bit of a twist. The first half of the day was English taught by Present Mic, Modern Literature taught by Cementoss, Mathematics taught by Ectoplasm, and finally Modern Hero Art History taught by the R-rated Hero Midnight.

Then, the students would have lunch in the big cafeteria that had all the students from all courses and years eating in it. Lunch was served by the Pro Hero Lunch-Rush, which were both delicious, nutritious, and cheap.

And then the second half of the school day was what everyone was really waiting for. Hero course class. There were three of these classes in total. Hero and Quirk laws. Quirk history. And the big one, Hero basic training.

"So, who do you think is teaching this class?" Sero asked as he leaned back in his chair.

"No clue, but I'm so excited to finally get into the big hero stuff!" Kirishima said enthusiastically.

"We should still remain focused on the information of things!" Iida said while making vivid arm movements. "These next few classes will teach us all the requirements of being a hero and the skills needed to act on the field."

"So no pressure then..." Ayumi said, nodding as she shifted in her seat a bit.

"I am... Here!" All Might said, bursting into the room, several looks of awe appeared around the room as they looked at him. "Coming through the door like a hero!"

"Woah!" The class gasped in unison.

"That is not how a normal person comes through the door." Reina thought.

"All Might!?" Ayumi said in surprise.

"I can't believe it!" Kiba excitedly pounded his fists on the table.

Kirishima grinned, raising his fist. "So he is a teacher! This year is gonna be totally awesome!" He said.

"Hey look." Tsuyu said, pressing a finger against her chin as All Might walked into the room. "Is he wearing his Silver Age costume?"

"I'm getting goosebumps..." Ojiro commented with a smile. "It's so retro!"

"So All Might's our teacher for this class. Didn't see that coming." Sora thought, looking at the number one hero.

"Man, it is a nostalgia to see that costume." Cyrus thought.

All Might stood before the class, fists on his hips. "Welcome to the most important class at U.A. High! Think of it as hero-ing 101!" He said with a smile on his face. "Here, you will learn the basics of being a pro and what it means to fight in the name of good!" He flexed away from the class before spinning around. "Let's get into it! Today's lesson..." All Might pulled out a card that read 'BATTLE'. "Will pull no punches!"

"Fight training!" Bakugou thought with a terrifyingly excited expression on his face.

"Real combat...?" Midoriya thought nervously.

"But one of the keys of being a hero is..." All Might said, turning dramatically while pointing at the wall. Shelves were pushed outwards, each labeled with a different number. "Looking good! These were designed for you based on your quirk registration forms and the requests you sent in before school started!"

The class gasped, cheering as All Might laughed.

Midoriya smiled, determined. "Costumes!"

"Sir? I only counted 20 cases." Momo pointed out.

"That is true. And it's something I have been meaning to ask about." All Might said, looking in the Rangers' direction. "Young Ukashi, I've noticed that you, Hado, Fukukado, Mason and Suzuni did not submit anything for costumes. Is there a reason for this?"

"Well, we kinda already had ours made by someone." Sora said to the hero. "They're in our bags."

The other Rangers nodded in agreement.

Then some of the class starts to mutter to each other about the strange way Sora and his friends got their hero costumes.

"Are you guys sure? U.A. is known for making good costumes." Kirishima asked him.

"Yeah, don't worry about it, Red. We got this." Reina replied back.

"Alright then. If that's all, then get yourselves suited up." All Might instructed. "And meet me at Training Ground Beta!" He said before walking out the classroom.

"Yes, sir!" The class replied. As everyone grabbed their costumes and went to the changing rooms.

Alsatia's ship

"Battle trials, huh...?" Alsatia muttered as she, Scrozzle, and Ernesh all watched what the Rangers were doing from a viewing screen.

"It would appear that those humans are pairing up against each other to prove their worth to one another." Ernesh assumed with his arms crossed.

"Hmm...I see." The former said with the most interesting smile that no one has ever seen. "I think it's time that I show the Rangers and their little friends my kind of... having fun... Scrozzle!"

Said Inventor moved up from behind her. "Yes, Your Grace!" He spoke, bowing slightly.

"I want you to reanimate a monster and send it down into that school that the Rangers are inside."

"Of course," Scrozzle nodded. " But, what kind of monster are you looking for, if you don't mind me asking?" 

 "The kind of monster that's sure to make things a little more... interesting for the Rangers and their little friends."

The dimension-hopping robot hummed at this in thought. "Interesting... Interesting is good. And I know just the monster!"

U.A. High School Ground Beta- Afternoon

All Might stood at the end of the gate, waiting for his students to arrive. Suddenly, dark silhouettes started walking towards him.

"They say that clothes make the pros, young ladies and gentlemen. And behold-you are the proof!" All Might said, as several parts of costumes were shown. "Take this to heart. From now on, you are all..." As all the students were walking in line. "...Heroes in training!"

Yuga Aoyama was wearing a bluish-black bodysuit, over which he wears a suit of metallic lavender and golden armor; a chest plate, two spherical shoulder pads, elbow-length vambraces, and knee-length boots. His chest plate has a high V-neck collar with a golden Greek fret-like trim, as with the lower diaphanous piece under the belt and the edges of the vambraces. It also comes with a long, glittery indigo cape as well as a belt with a golden ring-shaped buckle with a blue crystal, from which he emits his Quirk, matching the smaller ones over his shoulder pads and knees. He has straight angled golden lines running down his baggy pants, a matching set around the shafts of his boots, and he wears a red-tinted wing-shaped visor over his eyes.

Mina Ashido was wearing a plain white mask over her eyes, with a purple and turquoise skintight bodysuit with a camouflage pattern, ending just above her breasts Over this, she wears a cropped, sleeveless, tan-colored waistcoat with white fur along its collar, which she leaves unbuttoned. She wears custom-made plum violet and beige acid-proof boots with holes in the soles, allowing her to secrete acid from her feet to slide around.

Tsuyu Asui was wearing a bright green turtleneck bodysuit, tan-colored gloves with large buckles on each wrist guard, and two matching belts, one above her breasts, a strap at either side going around her shoulders, and one around her waist, little green dots embedded into it all the way around. Two black lines run all the way down her suit, each framed with yellow, and she wears tight black boots with markings in the shape of a "V" on her thighs, green webbed flippers resembling frogs' toes on her feet. She wears a headband with a color matching that of her gloves and goggles with dark green-tinted lenses attached on either side.

Tenya Iida was wearing a black one-piece suit with a high collar, over which he wears various pieces of armor, all in a pale silver in color, including a chest plate, a metal collar around his neck and another around his upper arm, and metal vambraces that extend past his elbows pointed at the ends. He wears a helmet covering his entire face, its sharp bevor full of holes to allow him to speak and breathe easily, and its upper piece rounded over his head with two larger holes on either side, two curved horns just behind and a single spike sticking out of the back of his head. On his feet, he wears silver knee-high boots with gold accessories, which are specialized for his Quirk, and around his torso, he has three thick metal pipes, attached with a blue band, although these only serve as decoration.

Ochako Urakara was wearing a black full-bodysuit with a pale pink design down the middle of her torso, two black circles on her chest, and a black rectangle below her waist, running between her legs. There are two more pink patches over her shoulders, both cut off by darker pink armbands that match the thick choker around her neck. She has circular wrist guards, a dark pink handle on the back of each one, wide knee-high boots with magenta soles and a two-piece belt around her waist a circle embedded into the center where the pieces join up, a helmet with a tinted visor sometimes worn on her head, all of which are the same pale pink color.

Mashirao Ojiro was wearing a plain karate gi, tied with a black belt, its collar partially lined with fur. He also wears black boots with sand blue details.

Denki Kaminari was wearing a plain white shirt, over which he wore an open black jacket with a white lightning pattern across his back and matching pants with two lines running down his legs. He has a single, square-shaped earphone over his right ear, something resembling a radio antenna sticking out of the top.

Eijiro Kirishima was wearing two dark red gear-shaped shoulder pads. A jagged sash joins the one on his left to the right side of his belt, which has a red "R" set into its center. Below this, he wears baggy black pants and a half cape with a ripped hem. He also sports dark red boots and multiple thick rings going around his calves. He leaves his chest bare, and wears a wired guard around his face, reaching from just above his hairline to below his jaw, an extra piece going over the bridge of his nose, and some spiked pieces around his mouth which resemble little fangs.

Koji Koda was wearing a tight yellow suit, only reaching to his knees and elbows, with a large red marking over his torso and at the ends of his sleeves. On his chest, there's a symbol resembling an open mouth, and he wears yellow shoes with red lining.

Rikido Sato was wearing a yellow full-body suit, covering the entirety of his body, the only exceptions being the holes around his mouth, each of his eyes, and his hair. He wears white gloves and boots and a utility belt around his waist, small quantities of sugar stored inside its pouches.

Mezo Shoji was wearing tight blue tank tops, six white markings resembling eyes, connected at the top to a darker, more indigo-colored mask, its design the same as the one he usually wears. He has a belt with another, larger eye shape embedded into its center, this time yellow, below which he wears slightly baggy trousers to match his shirt, two darker lines running down the sides of his legs, and indigo boots.

Kyoka Jirou was wearing a black leather jacket, a long salmon-colored shirt with several rips at the collar and hem, black pants, and boots with stereos built into their sh She also has two small, triangular red paint marks just below her eyes, a plain black choker, and white fingerless gloves.

Hanta Sero was wearing a black, skin-tight bodysuit with a turtleneck, which is plain apart from a white design on his mid-torso area and two yellow trimmings around each of his elbow-length sleeves. He wears white boots, lined with yellow, and has white short bands around his waist and the sides of his thighs, a larger one across his chest to connect his shoulder pads, which are shaped like tape dispensers. He completes his outfit with a yellow helmet, shaped similarly to his shoulder pads, which has a large black visor obscuring his face.

Fumikage Tokoyami was wearing a dark purple where light hits it, that covers his entire body, only stopping halfway down his shins and knee-high black boots. During the Joint Training Arc, it was revealed that under this cape, he wears a dark t-shirt, wristbands, a pair of baggy pants, and a utility belt with a double pin buckle.

Shoto Todoroki was wearing a plain off-white shirt with matching pants and boots, with two gold-colored straps going over his shoulders. He has what appears to be a material resembling ice covering his whole left side, even his head, although it is detachable.

Tora Hagakure was wearing a pair of light blue gloves, decorated by pale pink lines and light brownish-gray lace-up shoes.

Katsuki Bakugo was wearing a tight, black, sleeveless tank top, with an orange "X" across the middle, forming a v-neck. There are two dots along the left line of his collar, indicating the support company that designed his costume. His costume also has a metallic neck brace worn with rectangular ends that have three holes on each side. His sleeves reach from within his large grenade-like gauntlets to his biceps. His belt, which also carries grenades, holds up his baggy pants with knee guards, below which he sports black, knee-high combat boots with orange soles and eyelets. His mask is jagged and black, and as it goes around his eyes, a large, orange-rimmed flare shape protrudes from each side.

Minoru Mineta was wearing a very simplistic outfit, consisting only of a purple shirt and mask with a yellow cape, boots, and gloves. His pants are white with a lighter purple trim, and they stick out quite a lot around his waist.

Momo Yaoyorozu was wearing a high-collared, zipped-up, sleeveless crimson leotard top with silver lines at her midriff and a pair of matching shorts with a gold utility belt around her waist. She also wore a pair of red fingerless gloves with elbow pads around her arms and a pair of knee pads on her knees.. She sported calf-length crimson boots with heels, which dip sharply down in the center. Last, she wore a high-collared, dark red cape around her shoulder which stopped at mid-thigh.

Before all the hero course students enrolled at U.A. High, they submitted their quirk registration forms, which included physical measurements and any desired costume designs to an exclusive clothing company designated by the school. Several sheets were pulled from the envelope, giving rough sketches and instructions for making the students' costumes. With all that info, they created state of the art costumes for their students.

"This is getting me all ramped up! You look so cool! Now!" All Might grinned. "Shall we get started? You bunch of newbies!" All Might yelled.

As everyone was getting prepared for the lesson, Izuku ran through the tunnels. He was wearing a light green full-body jumpsuit with a red belt, elbow pads, knee pads, and gloves, along with his signature red boots. He also wore a mask with long ear-like protrusions that resembles All Might's haircut, and a respirator with a makeshift smile on it that also reflects that of said hero.

"Hey Deku!" Ochaco complimented as she noticed him. "Wow, it's really just plain. Simple yet effective."

"Thanks, Urara-!" Izuku notices her costume and blushes. 'Is she wearing a bodysuit?! My heart can't take it!'

"Yeah, I should have been more specific with the design of my costume," Uraraka was embarrassed by her skintight bodysuit costume. "This design is not really my style."

It was then she realized that five people weren't among them. "Where are Ukashi, Hado, and Maso? Are they not done yet?" She asked.

Bakugo growled through gritted teeth. "Those damn extras. They better not keep me waiting."

"Maybe they're still changing...?" Tsuyu suggested, tapping her chin. "Fukukado and Suzuni were, anyway."

Tap, Tap, Tap

The sound of footsteps caught everyone's attention as they turned around to see five figures walk towards them. It turned out to be the Rangers all in their unmorped Hero uniforms.

"Whoa!" Mina cried out in pure awe as she thought they looked really cool.

Toru gaped in awe. "So cool!"

"Wow, you guys look so awesome!" Ochaco exclaimed, walking up to the group with her hands clapped together.

"Now those are hero costumes!" Sero said, giving a thumbs up along with Shoji nodding in agreement.

"So cool! You all look like a hero team!" Kaminari said out loud as he wished his hero costume was that awesome.

"Yeah, like a manly hero team!" Kirishima said in agreement.

"No kidding!" Ojiro said as he looked at their new looks.

"Wow, amazing uniforms...!" Izuku said in awe as he came over to the Rangers.

'Rabbit?' Almost all of them thought as they compared the greenette to a bunny rabbit, mostly due to his ears.

"The hell...?" Reina muttered, in a low snicker.

Ayumi walked up to the boy, adopting a smile. "Hey Izuku! Nice suit, is your hero name supposed to be Bunny Man or something?"

Izuku was about to answer when he started blushing sheepishly. "N-no, n-not exactly."

"I know you guys were friends and all, but this really takes the cake." Jirou said as she walked up to them. "In a good way."

"Thanks, your costume definitely gives off a punk rock vibe." Reina commented, giving her a look over. "Which suits you."

"Yeah, it's not too flashy, but it still leaves an impression." Cyrus added.

Jirou immediately had a slight blush on her cheeks and looked away from the sudden compliments. "Oh, thanks."

As they were talking, the group noticed Momo, Ochaco, Tsuyu, Mina, Toru, and Tenya coming up to them.

"Hey, guys!" Ochaco shouted while running up to them. "Wow, your costumes look awesome!"

Before anymore could be said, Toru moved right next to Sora.

"Hey, Ukashi! What do you think of my costume?!" Toru asked, waving her glove around.

"It looks interesting... But is that it?" Sora asked the invisible girl.

"Yeah, since my quirk only lets my body be invisible, this is the only thing I can wear to make myself a little more noticeable." Toru explained to him.

"So does that mean you're..." Sora said before realizing what Toru meant then started to blush madly. "Oh, God! I didn't mean to look! I swear it wasn't on purpose!" He said while looking away.

Toru just slightly giggles at Sora's cute reaction. "It's fine Ukashi, I don't really mind. It's not like you can see me or anything." She said before blushing, even though it couldn't be seen. "Besides, I don't really mind if it's you."

Sora started to blush even more and rubbed his head. "Well... I-" He was cut short as Ayumi covers Sora's eyes and looks at Toru with a pout expression on her face as she drags him off. "A-Ayumi! What are you doing!?"

"Your hero costume looks impressive, Fukakado, ribbit." Tsuyu said to him.

"Thanks, Asui. Your costume is impressive as well." Reina said.

"I thought I told you to call me, Tsu." Tsuyu said, causing the female greenette to blink.

"Uh, right."

"I think you look great, Mason." Kiba then turned to Mina, seeing her walking to him. "You know my name, but you can call me Mina."

"Hey, Mina. It's great to see you again. Since we're going by first names, just call me Kiba." Kiba said back to her.

He noticed that her costume did look good on her and doesn't leave little to the imagination. She noticed this and made a sly smile.

"Like what you see~?" Mina asked in a sweet tone while pushing her cleavage closer to Kiba's face.

The blonde kept a calm smile on his face, despite the cleavage that is vividly displayed in front of him.

"Your outfit looks good on you, Mina. I like it." He said with a smile, keeping up his poker face.

Mina's cheeks grew slightly darker from Kiba's compliment. "Thanks, Kibi!" Mina said, smiling at the blonde.

"Had- I mean, Cyrus."

Hearing his name, the said boy gaze turned to Momo who was right next to him. "Yaoyorozu, is that your costume?" The bluenette asked, feeling himself blush upon seeing it.

"Yes, and sorry about that. It's kinda embarrassing wearing this. There's a reason for it though, I need my skin to be exposed so I can use my quirk to its fullest." Momo said being a little embarrassed.

"Makes sense, given the nature of your quirk." Cyrus said, understanding her power. "But, if it makes you feel better, you look great in that costume." He said with a little grin.

Hearing those words made Momo blush and grow warm inside again. "I see, thank you Cyrus." She said with a smile.

Mineta walked up to them and looked at all of the girls' costumes in a lustful way, especially Ayumi and Reina's as their outfits showed off their nice legs.

"I love this school." Mineta said, giving a thumbs up.

Reina responded by kicking him away, much to everyone's surprise.

"Eh hem," All Might covered his mouth and loudly coughed, immediately recapturing the attention that had been momentarily lost following the Rangers and Izuku's arrival. "Now that you are all present and ready, it is time for combat training!"

"Excuse me!" Iida said as he raised his hand. "This is the fake city from the entrance exams, will we be conducting urban battles again?"

"Not quite!" All Might answered as he held up two fingers. "I'm going to move you two steps ahead. Most of the villain fights you see on television take place outside. However, statistically speaking, encounters with the worst kind of villainy tend to happen indoors. Think about it for a second: backroom deals, home invasions, secret underground lairs. Truly intelligent criminals stay hidden in the shadows. And those types of villains are the most dangerous."

The Rangers couldn't help but agree with All Might. Only the most smart and dangerous villains stay out of sight. Hiding in the shadows and waiting for the perfect time to try out their plans.

"Isn't this a little advanced?" Tsuyu asked with her finger to her cheek. "I know I can't speak for the class, but I'm very much certain that the majority of us have never been in combat situations before that involve real people. In fact, the entrance exam was probably the first time we ever used our Quirks to fight."

"I am well aware of that, young Asui. However, I strongly believe that the best training is what you receive on the battlefield!" All Might grinned. "But remember, you can't just punch a robot this time. You're dealing with actual people now."

"Sir, will you be deciding who wins?" Momo asked with her hand raised.

"How much can we hurt the other team?" Bakugo asked, just wanting this to start already.

"Do we need to be worried about the losing team going home?" Ochaco asked with worry as she remembered the quirk test yesterday.

"Will you be splitting us up based on chance or comparative skill?" Iida asked with his hand raised.

"Isn't this cape trA'schic?" Aoyama asked while flashing his purple sparkly cape.

"I wasn't finished talking! I'll answer all of your questions! Now listen here." All Might said through half-clenched teeth. He then opened up a paper booklet.

'A script?' The Rangers thought in confusion.

"The situation is this! The villains have hidden a nuclear missile somewhere in their hideout. The heroes must try to foil their plans." All Might explained, reading the script. "The heroes either have to catch the evil doers or recover the weapon. Likewise, the villains succeed if they protect their payload or capture the heroes." He finished his explanation.

"Sounds like a classic action movie setup." Kiba commented.

"More like a video game." Sora said to him.

All Might held a box in front of his face. "Time's limited, and teams will be determined by drawing lots!"

"Isn't there a better way?" Iida questioned, somewhat surprised.

Izuku held up his finger and smiled. "Think about it! Pros often have to team up with heroes from other agencies on the spot. So maybe that's the reason we're seeing that here!" He explained to his friend.

Iida lowered his shoulders. "Yes, I see... Life is a series of random events." He bowed. "Excuse my rudeness!"

"No sweat! Let's draw!" All Might said laughing. 'Thank you, Young Midoriya.'

"But wait a minute, sir!" Toru said, raising her hand for a question. "How many people will be in teams? You never mentioned it yet."

"Of course! The teams will be 2 people on a team, but since there's a odd number of students here, one of the teams will add more people to it." All Might explained to them. "This is to help you prepare for haphazard team-ups in the future. Principal Nezu and the rest of the staff realized that teaching you heroes in training the benefits of working together. While it is true that some heroes work solo, more often then not, you'll have to learn to work with others to save lives and stop dangerous villains!"

'That's right. There are some villains out there you can't beat on your own and other situations where you'll have to help civilians in danger.' Sora thought in agreement.

"That makes sense. I mean, you can't do everything on your own." Sero said out loud.

Students exchanged glances at one another, some excited and nervous.

The Hero Force Rangers didn't see any problems with it. Forming new relationships with other classmates will help them out in the future, and strengthen their bond as Rangers.

"Now then..." All Might then turned to Sora and the others. "Young Sora Ukashi, Reina Fukakado, Cyrus Hado, Kiba Mason, and Ayumi Suzuni! Please step forward." He ordered them.

The Rangers blinked multiple times from this, and just did as All Might said. They walked up to All Might side by side as the others were staring at them.

"You five will be team A." He said to them. "Since the five of you are already a team, it's only fitting that you fight as one during the exercise as Team A."

"I get what Aizawa is doing. He wanted the five of them to show the other students the importance of teamwork." All Might thought as he was impressed by EraserHead's thinking. "Eraser, you clever sly dog."

This confused everyone there except for some. Izuku, Mina, Ochaco, Iida, & Jiro also knew what they were capable of back during the incident a year ago, and were a little worried to fight against them. They weren't the only ones, the other students already saw how strong the Rangers were, and didn't want to challenge them.

Momo was interested in seeing the team fight together as one, and how effective they will be.

Bakugo and Todoroki didn't seem pleased by this at all, and were the only ones who were not afraid to fight them. Mostly Bakugo because of his superior complex.

"The five of them are working together. Interesting... I have to be the one to fight them." Todoroki wanted to fight against the Rangers.

"Tch. Those extras were put on the same damn team." Bakugo thought in anger as the 'Extras' were working on the same team. "It doesn't matter if it's five or even a hundred of those extras! I'll crush all of them by myself, and show Deku and the Cheaters that their loser asses don't belong here!"

"You guys think Nezu did this on purpose?" Kiba asked his team.

"Yeah/Yup/Totally." They answered in unison.

"Alright, now everyone except for these five come to draw your lots." All Might said to the students.

One by one, each student grabbed a lot to see the team they were on.

Team A: Sora Ukashi, Reina Fukakado, Cyrus Hado, Kiba Mason and Ayumi Suzuni

Team B: Izuku Midoriya, Ochaco Uraraka

Team C: Mezo Shoji & Shoto Todoroki

Team D: Minrou Mineta & Momo Yaoyorozu

Team E: Katsuki Bakugo, Tenya Iida

Team F: Mina Ashido & Yuga Aoyama,

Team G: Rikido Sato & Koji Koda

Team H: Denki Kaminari & Kyoka Jiro

Team I: Tsuyu Asui & Fumikage Tokoyami.

Team J: Sero Hanta & Ejiro Kirishima

Team K: Mashirao Ojiro and Toru Hagakure

"Wow! look at that! We're partners!" Ochaco cheered as Izuku blushed from her getting so close to him.

'Oh my gosh!' Izuku freaked out mentally. 'I have to make a good impression on her!'

All Might then place both of his hands into two boxes. One white box with the word 'hero' on it and the black box with the word 'villain' on it. "I declare that the first teams to fight will be..." he pulled out two teams' letters on the balls. "...these guys!"

(Villains) Team E vs Team B (Heroes)

"...Oh no." Izuku gasped. That was him and Ochaco vs Iida and Bakugo. The latter saw it and knew the same thing.

"Team B will be the heroes. Team E will be the villains." All Might said. "Everyone else can head to the monitoring room to watch!"

The other students didn't notice, but Izuku began dripping beads of sweat out of his cowl that could match the weight of bowling balls. He cautiously turned his gaze, only to find that Bakugo caught him by surprise with a deathly glare. Izuku retreated by turning away, but Bakugo did not release his gaze on him.

Izuku was quaking, sent into a brief moment of panic. But he then tightened his fists, remembering why he was here, and who was supporting him. Showing resolve, Izuku straightened himself up and glared right back at Bakugo, which definitely surprised the explosive boy. After a moment, he narrowed his eyes, growling and gritting his teeth at Izuku.

Hell was about to break loose.
