U.A High School - 2 hours later

After 2 hours of Rangers footage, the Teachers were beyond blown away with what they saw. Heroes from another universe who were quirkless, but fought against all forces of evils to protect the people of their world and other worlds. Those Power Rangers were the embodiment of what a true hero should be and have accomplished things that even the Pro heroes in the room couldn't even dream of. This has got to be one of the most interesting and craziest things they have seen in their line of work as heroes.

It was as if their view of heroism was just completely shattered. These quirkless heroes fought against creatures that made the villains of their world look harmless and technology years beyond anything in their world.

All Might was also stunned by this. It was like how One For All was passed down to many heroes, the Power Rangers had their own line of great heroes, and their legacy just keeps growing.

Mirio, Nejire, and Tamaki had looks of absolute respect on their faces. Seeing the Power Rangers' history has inspired the second-year students to become just as good as the Rangers, with Nejire having even more questions to ask the Rangers.

Ms. Joke was stunned in amazement at she saw quirkless heroes doing the impossible just for the sake of protecting their world from evil threats. 

Nezu and Tsukauchi merely smiled as they had nothing but the utmost respect for those past heroes and the ones who have yet to come to carry on their legacy.

"And now the story brings us here to the present." Katrina said, referring to the Hero Force Rangers. "I was given the task by my creators, hoping to find five brave souls with the attitude to carry on the legacy of the Power Rangers." She then pointed at the team. "And Sora Ukashi, Reina Fukukado, Cyrus Hado, Kiba Mason, and Ayumi Suzuni were chosen to become the next generation of Power Rangers."

The Pros were now amazed by this. Those kids will be the next generation of the greatest heroes they have ever seen since All Might.

"I don't believe it," Tsukauchi said as he was processing this the best he could.

"Amazing! Truly amazing indeed! The Power Rangers are truly worthy of the title of heroes." All Might said back in his muscle form with his famous smile. 'And to think I was judging these kids just because of their abilities....I hate to admit it, but they're even better heroes than me.' He thought, remembering the story.

"Yes, the Power Rangers are what all Heroes strive to be!" Nezu said with glee.

"This is just too much," Ectoplasm said with a stunned look.

"Agreed," Power Loader said weakly as he was still trying to get over his shock.

"That... was... AWESOME!" Nejire exploded into excitement as she was floating in the air with her quirk. "That was the coolest thing I've ever seen in my life! The monsters, giant robots, and other cool stuff!" She had a cheerful smile lighting up her face.

"Nejire is in one of her modes again," Tamaki said to Mirio, as it would be impossible to calm her down now.

"I don't blame her. I mean, I also feel inspired after seeing the Power Rangers' history." Mirio said with a proud smile.

"I still think it's a pretty reckless idea to have the fate of the world relying on children to save the world." Vlad King said in disapproval from hearing that mostly kids were made into Power Rangers.

"Don't be like that Vlad. Those kids did a good job protecting their world from threats." Cementoss said.

"I agree with Vlad for once," Aizawa spoke out. "The first team of Rangers were high school students. That plan of Zordon's was asinine."

"Zordon was a space wizard with years of wisdom. He must have figured that teenagers are what it takes to save the world." Snipe said in Zordon's defense.

"That still doesn't make it any better," Aizawa said in return.

"You forget Aizawa, there are no hero laws in their world." Midnight said to him.

"But man, it's pretty freaky the things they have to fight on a day by day basis." Present Mic committed.

"So the Power Rangers are quirkless heroes." Recovery Girl said out loud.

"I guess that proves even the quirkless can be heroes." Thirteen said.

"It's still hard to believe, but the video doesn't seem to be fake." Tsukauchi said, rubbing his eyes.

"But back to the main subject." Power Loader said. "I am curious to hear about this Morphin Grid that was mentioned during the Beast Morphers and Dino Fury Rangers stories."

"The Morphin Grid is an energy field that exists across the multiverse for all Power Rangers regardless of whether they are alien or human. Power Rangers can draw their powers from multiple specific sources that are linked to the Morphin Grid. Rangers use their Morphers to create entries into the Grid and the powers are instantaneously entered into their cellular makeup when they finish morphing. This is all possible since they've all connected to the Grid." Katrina explained the Morphin Grid to the teachers.

"Our Morphers are connected straight to the Morphin Grid." Cyrus said to them. "And thanks to all the data added from it, we would also have access to all the Rangers' Zords, vehicles, and weapons."

"A multiversal energy!" Ectoplasm said in awe. "To think something like that exists."

"Now I'm starting to see why you wanted to keep this a secret." Hound Dog said. "If a villain were to learn about this..."

"They would use this knowledge for their own evil purposes." Midnight said in a grim tone.

The heroes didn't even want to imagine fighting against a evil army of Power Rangers. It would be complete chaos.

"Which is why Katrina asked all of you to keep quiet about this to anyone, even the government can't know about this." Sora said.

"You don't want the government to know about this?" All Might asked.

"Honestly speaking, I don't really trust the government." Sora said, making the heroes a little concerned. "Well, I know that it is important to the country and the Hero Public Safety Commission, but Power Ranger technology is too dangerous. You already saw first hand what it can do and the damage it could cause if it falls into the wrong hands."

The Heroes in the room can understand what the quirkless boy was saying and can agree that it would be dangerous for someone to use this technology for evil. It's not that the brunette didn't trust anyone, its just that he didn't want to be responsible for hurting someone if this got out to the public.

"I-I can understand that..." All Might said thinking about his quirk and the damage it could cause as well if he didn't pick the right person as his successor.

"Yes, something like this can not be shared with the public." Recovery Girl said.

"I also agree to this being kept a secret." Tsukauchi said in agreement.

"Hey, can I say something?" Ms. Joke questioned, getting everyone's attention on her. "Why did you give my sister that Morpher?" She asked in a serious tone this time. "She could have been hurt or worse when she went up against those villains. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for you giving her a chance, but she is my only sister and I want her to be happy, but why her and not one of the thousands of heroes?" She asked.

"Does that go for my twinsie, as well?" Nejire asked, referring to Cyrus.

Katrina wasn't surprised by those reactions as it was natural for family to worry about their sibling's safety. Katrina opened her mouth to speak, only for Cyrus to beat her to it.

"It does." Cyrus responded to her sister's question before Reina submitted her response.

"Look, sis, I get it. You're worried about me being involved in all of this and getting hurt, but I'm not a little kid anymore. I can protect myself just fine and I went through some training to improve my skills. Being a Power Ranger is a decision that I made and I'm damn well proud of that too." The younger greenette spoke firmly.

"Same goes for me too." Cyrus responded. "You and my friends are always saying how smart I am and well, I guess now's the time for me to show it. What do you think, sis?"

Nejire stayed quiet for a moment before looking at them. "Hey, Power Rangers and Katrina, can you all promise me he will be safe... and that he will come home to me every day?" She asked the group.

"Of course/Sure thing!" Ayumi and Kiba nodded in unison.

"I'm pretty sure we all know being a hero isn't an easy job. He'll get hurt and injured just to fight a villain and save lives. But we can promise to watch his back." Sora said with a nod.

"We can promise that we will guide and protect him to the best of our abilities, but from what I have seen him do already I don't think you have anything to worry about," Katrina said with a smile on her face. "But it's not like I would have picked anyone to be a Ranger."

"What do you mean by that?" Recovery Girl responded in confusion.

"Since I've met them, these five were the only one I personally met who actually wanted to help people without asking for anything in return." Katrina said to her before hovering over to the Rangers. "Which is why I'm willing to do everything I can to help them become the first ever Quirkless team of heroes."

This took the Pros back in surprise by her words. The idea of a team of Quirkless heroes seemed impossible, but after watching the Power Rangers' history, maybe such a thing might be possible.

"Now then, there's still one more thing we need to discuss with you all." Katrina  informed.

"And what would that be?" Ectoplasm asked.

Katrina waved hand out in front of them. A hologram screen in front of the teens, taking them all back. "Observe."

The group looked up at the screen and saw a massive warship hovering above the planet. "What...What is that!?" Present Mic exclaimed in shock, his glasses dropping onto his nose.

"That's the Flagship of Queen Alsatia." Katrina said, before pulling up an image of said intergalactic pirate. "A heir to the Royal Empire who is bent on controlling the entire universe, or rather cleansing as she calls it. But, she is nonetheless a tyrant who seeks to dominate every world on site with her henchmen and enforcers. She has done this for over 10,000 years and now she seeks to conquer your world."

"So, you're saying that we have an actual space royal pirate intending to take over our world?" Vlad King asked.

"Yes." The A.I replied. "She has already sent her troops here before."

"What troops?" Ectoplasm questioned.

"These." Katrina said, bringing up an image of the orange-skinned grunts, taking the Pros back.

"Hey wait, those are the very same creatures from before." Midnight added in. "The ones that attacked the city square months ago."

"I can't believe it." All Might spoke up. "Just what were they?"

"They're called Batzler Soldiers." Cyrus replied, getting their attention. "They're the foot soldiers of Alsatia's army and serve under her command."

"Then what about that giant, blue horseman?" Tsukauchi asked, recalling Igeron in the attack. "Was he a soldier of hers too?"

"No." Katrina shook her head. "That was Igeron, one of Alsatia's top generals."

"Don't forget Scrozzle being here too." Kiba added in.

"Scrozzle?" Mirio questioned in confusion.

This time, Katrina brought up an image of said dimensional hopper. "A super intelligent robotic inventor who has been an enemy of the Beast Morpher Rangers and the Dino Fury Rangers."

"Not only that, he was able to cross into this universe and is possisbly now working on something big." Ayumi told them. "On top of which, he has a way of turning machines into robots. Like he did back in the construction site with that bulldozer monster."

"Meaning, they're likely to strike again." Reina nodded.

"'Yeah. Especially if Alsatia finds and recruits him to her army," Kiba shivered at the thought.

"This is bad." Hound Dog said in a grimly tone, placing his hands on the table. "We've never had to face a literal outside force before. Much less one from a different universe."

"Still, to think such evil beings exist." Midnight spoke in a sour tone while looking down on the floor. "I'm not sure us Pro Heroes will be enough to stop such dangerous foes. Even with All Might before he got his injury." She said as she couldn't help but feel powerless just thinking about the other world villains.

"No, I fully agree with what you said," Toshinori said as he already accepted the truth. "I don't think even if I was in my prime, I could take on most of the threats the Power Rangers have faced."

"Ugh, did you really have to bring that up?! We get it! These level threats are too much for us to handle!" Present Mic complained like a little girl, hoping that this was just a dream and he was sleeping in his bed.

"Sorry to be a downer, Mic. But I can't help but think about it." Midnight said in her defense.

"Indeed. Plus, those threats that the Power Rangers fought against..." Cementoss uttered out. "They make the villains we face look like children throwing tantrums."

"True! They have aliens, armor, magic, robots, quirkless, and other heroes to fight against that evil!" Mirio said as never felt like this before, after witnessing the other worlds.

"I know, I never felt so many goosebumps in my life." Nejire yelled out in excitement with a grin. "But the heroes from those worlds are incredible!" She admitted as she was holding on to a stunned Tamaki, as he was very quiet dealing with what he saw in his own way.

"So then... How do we stop them?" Snipe questioned, looking around for answers.

"It's quite simple, actually." Nezu said as his tone was grim with his eyes closed. "Watching this video of the Power Rangers and hearing about these Alsatia and Scrozzle characters has opened my eyes. To think that there are worlds and lives out there beyond our knowledge, and that we are simply not nearly prepared as we thought we were. If she is planning to invade our world, I don't think we would survive. Even with the Pros." He then opened his eyes at the Rangers. "Now that we have more information on what allowed young Ukashi and his friends to fight were the use of their Morphers, but not quirks...We now know that they won't be charged for illegal quirk usage."

Hearing that, Katrina and the Rangers all let out a sigh of relief.

"That being said, we can't have you five continue to run around unsupervised and getting into more trouble. That's why I came up with a proposition; the Hero Force Rangers will be allowed to fight against any threat that is too much for a Pro hero to handle and you all will be working together to get your hero licenses, as the Power Rangers are not recognized by the government."

This shocked everyone in the room, even the Rangers and Katrina were caught off guard by the bold move.

"Nezu, you can't be serious, right?!" Vlad King asked.

"Yeah, they're still only children!" Thirteen said in shock.

"Not to mention that they aren't licensed heroes yet," Tsukauchi added.

"Oh, I'm very serious about this matter of fact," Nezu said with his usual smile. "But they aren't ordinary kids. They have abilities and technology that our world has not seen before. And what if some giant monster starts to rampage through the city?" He asked them. "Except for Mount Lady and Ryukyu, there aren't that many heroes with Gigantification quirks, and I believe young Ukashi and his team have what it takes to handle the problem." He explained.

"That still doesn't make it right. It goes against the law, Nezu and-" Tsukauchi was cut off.

"I'm happy that SOMEONE understands that the enemy isn't just going to sit around and wait for these kids to become full heroes." Katrina spoke up with a sharp tone. "They're out there, somewhere, planning their next move, and none of us know what it is, but it's coming! Whether we're ready or not!"

"O-Of course! If my Ranger abilities can help you!" Cyrus speaks out loud.

"I want to help too, sir," Ayumi said in confidence.

"Same." Reina nodded in agreement.

"Ditto!" Kiba grinned with a thumbs up.

"I accept as well," Sora said. "But, if it's okay...I have one condition."

"Conditions? Kid, you and your team are already being offered a unique chance, I don't think-" Aizawa said, though Nezu held up his paw to stop him.

"Name them," Nezu said with an unwavering smile.

"The Power Rangers Hero Force can operate freely whenever we wish." Sora said making his teammates look at him in awe. "If there's trouble in front of us with no other heroes around or if there's not up for the job, we would like to take over the situation."

"I can agree to that, only if you get permission from us first." Nezu said.

"But what if we don't have time to get permission?" Ayumi asked a very good question.

"Then you will have to explain the situation to us when you're done." Nezu said to her.

"Sounds like a plan." Katrina replied with a nod.

"Then it's settled." Nezu said. "The Hero Force Rangers will be allowed to face any threat that Alsatia throws their way and work to get their hero licenses, under the condition that they let one of us know."

The Rangers slumped back in their chairs, sighing out breaths of relief. They didn't know how they managed it, but they did it. And now it was finally over.

"Well if there's nothing left to say, then we'll be on our way," Sora said as he and the others were about to leave.

"Actually, there is still one more thing we need to discuss with you," Nezu said to the Rangers. "I would like everyone except the Power Rangers, myself, All Might, Recovery Girl, and Detective Tsukauchi to please leave the room." Nezu said as everyone except the names he called out left the room.

"He made some of them leave, which means he's about to say something he doesn't want others to hear." Katrina thought.

When the door closed Cyrus spoke. "Is there still more you want to discuss with us, Principal Nezu?" He asked the animal.

"Yes, there is and it involves All Might's secret." Nezu said, getting their attention.

"His...secret?" Kiba and Reina echoed.

"Yes, six years ago All Might fought against a very powerful villain. He ultimately managed to win, but it resulted in him gaining a life-threatening injury that nearly cost him his life." Tsukauchi said to the Rangers. "Luckily he managed to survive thanks to Recovery-Girl."

As if on cue, Toshinori grabbed the hem of his suit shirt and began to pull it up to reveal his big ugly secret to the people in the room.

Ayumi gasped in shock as she gazed at what was under that shirt and threw both hands over her mouth to keep from screaming.

Reina's eyes went wide and her mouth fell a little bit open, not believing her eyes.

Katrina merely cringed and slightly frowned with her head down to avoid looking at the injury again, as once was enough for her.

Kiba's jaw was agape from the number one hero's injury and had a look of disbelief on his face,  instead of his usual smile.

Cyrus gaped in shock at the sight that he even had to take off his glasses just to make sure he was seeing things.

Sora was stunned like a statue after seeing the horrific injury on the hero, with his mind in a frenzy on how someone like All Might got injured.

"Honestly, I healed this fool's injury more times than I can count. I just wish he doesn't have to be reckless at times." Recovery Girl said in irritation.

All Might looked the other way in embarrassment with Nezu slightly chuckling at the remark.

"Ever since that day, my power has been growing weaker, and I can only maintain my muscle form for only 3 hours a day." All Might explained.

"Because of how much of a big deal this is, the fight and All Might's condition wasn't made public," Katrina assumed.

"Exactly," Nezu said with a nod. "We couldn't let the public know about All Might's condition. If everyone were to learn that the Symbol of Peace was growing weaker..."

"It would be complete chaos." Cyrus quietly said, still trying to get the horrifying image out of his head.

"And the villains will start to grow more bolder, which will result in crime going up," Sora said in worry.

"Yes, my time as a hero is almost up." All Might sadly said with a frown. "I say I have less than about a year left until all my power is completely gone." He then looked up at the Rangers. "Which is why I came to the U.A. to find a worthy successor to inherit my power."

The Rangers and Katrina all just blinked at what All Might just said. He was looking for someone to inherit his power?

"I'm sorry, but did you just say you 'inherited your powers?'" Kiba double-checked.

"Yes." All Might said as knew he was going to have to tell them his power. "My Quirk was actually given to me like an Olympic torch."

This caused the Rangers' eyes to widen in surprise by the bombshell dropped on them. Even Katrina was caught off guard by this.

"Your quirk was given to you by someone else?!" Reina shouted.

"Indeed, believe it or not, I was actually born quirkless." All Might said to them.

This made Sora, Reina, Cyrus, Kiba, Ayumi and Katrina jaw drop in complete shock from the reveal. "SAY WHAT!?"

"Y-Y-You were Quirkless?!" Cyrus asked in shock.

All Might sighed, expecting that reaction from them. "Yes."

"Holy crap..." Kiba wheezed as he slumped into his chair. "To think the big guy started out as an underdog all along..."

"You'll have to accept this new reality and adjust to this new truth!" All Might said, raising his arm out. "I can transfer my quirk to someone else. And that's just one facet of my secret abilities."

"Makes sense, Power Rangers can do the exact same thing." Katrina thought.

All Might held up his right hand, and his palm started to glow rainbow beams that were shooting out. "The true name of my power. It Is called One For All."

"One For All..." the Rangers repeated.

"Yes, one person improves the power, then hands it off to another person, and continues to grow as it's passed along. This cultivated power then allows me to save those who are in need of a hero. The truth behind my strength." All Might explains displaying the rainbow of light from his hand, leaving the Rangers in awe.

"Wow," Reina said with widened eyes.

"Wow, indeed," Sora said too.

"Hardcore..." Kiba commented.

"Incredible," Cyrus said.

"Yea..." Ayumi said in awe.

"Fitting name for your quirk," Katrina said to him.

"Thanks, Katrina." All Might said with a little laugh. "Back when I was still around your age, I met the previous wielder of One For All. They saw I had the potential to inherit its power and used it for the greater good."

"He used to become the number 1 hero and revolutionize the age of heroes," Tsukauchi said, remembering the good old days.

"So, it's like the Three Musketeers?" Kiba asked, getting everyone's attention.

"What do you mean?" Sora asked the blonde.

The Yellow Ranger scratched his head with a joking laugh. "I don't know, it's just the name of his Quirk that tipped me off. You know how the motto of the Three Musketeers goes 'All for one and One for all'? How weird would it be if someone out there had a Quirk called 'All For One' ?"

The other Rangers and Katrina all blinked at this really good question as they pondered over it.

"Huh. That's actually a pretty good assumption," Cyrus commented.

"I agree." Katrina nodded as she folded her arms. "It does sound like the opposite of One for All."

Reina snorted at this. "Okay like how? It could take away a person's Quirk and give it to another person?"

"It does sound like an OP power if you ask me." Sora added in.

"More like really horrifying..." Ayumi said with a shiver. "Hopefully, no one like that really exists."

Little did they know, they never knew how spot on they were as the other adults in the room all flinched at that and gained dreadful expressions.

"Well, I suppose that could be a question for another time." Nezu said, wanting to get the topic back on track.

All Might mentally thanked Nezu for that before he spoke up. "As I was saying before, as my time as the Symbol of Peace is running out, I came to U.A. to find someone to pass on One For All's power...but my search is finally over."

This confused the Rangers and Katrina. "Why's that?" Sora asked.

"You'll know soon enough." All Might simply told them. "And when you do meet my successor, promise me that you all will keep everything said here a secret from everyone else."

"Is it Mirio?" 

 Everyone looked at Kiba in confusion, wondering why he thought the second-year would be All Might's successor. 

 "What? Take a good look at him and tell me he's not All Might's secret son." Kiba stated with a serious expression with his arms crossed.

After hearing what Kiba just said, All Might was so shocked that he had no idea how to respond to that while the other Rangers and Katrina were deep in thought. 

 "Well, they do share some similarities with each other..." Cyrus said as he, sorta, agreed with Kiba. 

 Ayumi gasped as she looked at All Might with excitement in her eyes. "Are you and Mirio really father and son?!" 

 All Might sputtered nervously as he tried to find the right words for this. 

 "I don't think so." Katrina stepped to explain her thoughts. "I did a scan on both All Might and Mirio, and I can assure you all that they are not related."

 "Glad to know that the idea of All Might and Mirio being related sounds ridiculous." Reina stated as she agreed with Katrina. "And besides, All Might choosing Mirio to be his successor would be way too obvious." 

 After a few minutes of thinking, Sora decided to ask his question to All Might. "If your successor isn't Mirio, then who is it?"

 "You'll know who it is as soon as classes begin." All Might tiredly answered as he desperately wanted to change the subject. "Can we please talk about something else, now?"

 Principal Nezu, Recovery Girl, and Detective Tsukauchi quietly chuckled to themselves in amusement at the scene before them. 

 Hearing All Might's words made Cyrus realize something. "Well, I guess now's a good time to say that I finished the Ranger App." He announced to all.

 Nezu, All Might, Tsukauchi, and Recovery Girl b confused by the app while the Rangers and Katrina are surprised and impressed by what Cyrus said.

"Whoa, you finished it already?" Kiba questioned in awe. 

 "That's awesome, Cy!" Ayumi agreed with a smile.

"I'm honestly impressed, Cyrus." Katrina said as she flashed Cyrus an impressed smile. 

 "Yeah. Way to go, dude!" Reina added as she gave him a thumbs up. 

 As Cyrus returned the praise with an embarrassed smile, Nezu, All Might, Recovery Girl, and Tsukauchi could only look at the Rangers and their A.I. mentor, wondering what they were talking about.

"Pardon me. But, what are you all talking about?" The latter asked the group.

Sora turned back to the adults in the room. "We're talking about an app that Cyrus has been working on to help us out."

 "I call it the 'Ranger Danger' App." Cyrus replied, taking over. "It will automatically notify us of the various attacks that Scrozzle, Alsatia, and her forces cause around the city, and will allow the citizens to request our help."

Before the adults could comment on the app, explosions could be heard from outside the building, getting everyone's attention.

 "Are those... explosions?" Ayumi nervously asked. 

 "Maybe someone's having a party and are setting off fireworks?" Kiba guessed, seriously hoping it wasn't anything bad. 

 Katrina disappeared from the room to see what the disturbance was from the Command Center. After a few seconds of being gone, Katrina called Sora from his Morpher. 

 "Katrina, what's wrong?" Sora asked as he was concerned about the whole thing. 

 "You all need to get outside, now!" Katrina commanded with urgency in her voice. 

 "What? Why?" Reina asked as she was confused and concerned by the tone in Katrina's voice. 

"Alsatia's soldiers are attacking the Downtown District!...And they're NOT alone!"
