"One kind word can warm three winter months." ~ Japanese Proverb

My interpretation of this proverb is that when you say something kind, it not only helps them, but it also helps you. When you say something kind to someone it makes them feel better about themselves. But it also makes you feel better about yourself because you get to see how happy that one kind word makes someone.

I challenge all of you to do something kind today. A random act of kindness to someone, anyone.
