(Sidney's point of view)
I can't believe Christina has killed two people. I mean sure, the deaths were both on accident, but still, it's surprising.
Though as sad as it is, my friends said we were leaving. Only Christina would stay to maintain the library.
Christina teleported us back to the middle of our village, and all of us started parting ways to our homes. "Wait! What do we tell Christina's family!?" Howled a voice. "Oh crud, I didn't think of that." I murmured. They would freak if they found out where she truly was. "Listen guys, if they file a report, then we tell, but for now, don't say anything." Said Kalen.
Tomorrow at school
I wasn't able to talk to any of my friends, it was infuriating! Kalen was talking to Roree, jessica was talking to a strange kid, and David was who knows where! So I just decided to stay quiet until the bell rang for 1st period class.
This school day was normal for a change, strangely. But when I got home, it was too quiet. No one is home, I thought. I searched around the house for anything out of place. That is when I found the note:
We will be gone for a while, just go stay over at a friends house.

I went over to Jessica's house for a sleepover, but when I got there, she was talking to the same kid she was talking to this morning. "Hi Sidney!" She said with a cheerful voice. "Meet Logan! He may seem kind of strange at first, but trust me, he's really nice!" "Oh, hi Logan." I said. He didn't say anything back though. "Oh well bye Logan!" Jessica said politely. Then he just kind of disappeared into a shadow, it was creepy.
We went into Jessica's house but were stopped by a huge earthquake. "That's not an earthquake!" Howled Jessica. "Then what is it!?" I scream asked. Two more crashes, but more powerful than the first, and a bright shinning light can be seen through the blinds of the windows. I went to check it out, but soon regretted it. The light leader was coming down from the sky, along with many light mages. The leader looked around for a bit, then walked straight to where Jessica and I were. She then stopped at the front door and yelled "Right at this spot under aged magic was used. All I wish to know is who did it, and me and my mages will be off. But if you decide not to explain, I will order my friends to tear this village to the ground until we find out who." "What is she talking about? Neither of us can use magic yet, and we are the only ones here that are underaged." I said. "I think I know what happened." Jessica said, her face turning pale. "Who then?" "Logan. He was the only other here recently." I thought about for a second before realizing the reality of it. That's how he vanished into the shadows. He can use the powers of darkness, or at least shadows. Almost like a reincarnation of the dark leader, who could control the darkness. "Tick tock, the time is running out."
