1. bloody hell, mate

      VALERIE STOOD IN THE TRAINING ROOM, PANTING AND TYING HER LONG HAIR INTO A PONYTAIL. MERLIN HAD TOLD Valerie that it would be better for everyone, even herself, that she learns how to control her powers. She hardly ever uses them or go on any missions because she's afraid and so is everyone else.

Valerie walked towards the water bottle that was laying on the bench and grabbed it. She opened it and took a sip. The cold, refreshing water, went down her dry throat. She felt it recharge her body.

Once Valerie finished catching her breath and relaxing, she went back to training.

Merlin had built some human-like machines to attack Valerie so she can use her powers against them. They worked really well and helped a lot.

It would be too dangerous for her to use her powers on a real being.

Don't want anybody to die.

"Come on, Valerie. You're doing good." Roxy's voice praises through the training room. The blonde Kingsmans stood in a gallery room. Far away from Valerie's blasts and occasionally commenting on Valeries training through the speaker.

Valerie flashed her best friend a kind smile and returns to fighting robots.

"Watch your side!" Roxy warns.

Valerie quickly turned to her side and her eyes shined red. She used her powers to lift the robot into the air, bend her back backward, and toss the robot into the wall behind her. Creating a massive hole into the concrete wall.

"Bloody hell, babe! That was so hot!" A voice exclaims.

At the sound of that voice, Valerie turned towards the gallery room and smiled widely at the amazing view.

"Eggsy!" Valerie waves, happily. She turns and rushed towards the door, quickly making her way towards him.

It's been almost two months since she's last seen him. He had a mission to complete in New York and all Valerie could do while he was gone was spare with the robots and occasionally Roxy.

She yearned to see him again and every time he left, it felt like a piece of her was missing.

They both missed each other dearly.

"Hello, my love!" Eggsy greets as Valerie ran through the doors and straight into Eggsys arms. He lifts her up, spins her around and kissed her deeply. He missed the feeling of holding her, kissing her, and the scent of her.

"It's been so long. I've missed you." Valerie pouts as they pulled away from the kiss. Eggsy gently placed her down and placed both of his hands on the sides of Valerie's cheeks, sheeting them a bit.

"Me too, love. Like crazy." Eggsy agrees as he kisses her again. He pulls her close to him and deepen the kiss once more. Oh how he missed her lips against his.

"Okay, okay. Get a room you two." Merlin announced making a gross face along with Roxy.

Valerie raised her brows, "maybe we should head to our room?" She suggests with a smirk and playfully wiggling her brows.

Eggsy raised his brows, "you're naughty, babe." He comments and she flashed him an even wider smirk.

Roxy made a disgusted face and cringed. She shakes her head and lifts her hands, "I'm going to vomit in my own mouth. Ill be there first to leave." She says as she turns on her heel to leave the room.

"Come on, Roxy. Don't be nasty. We're just going to unpack." Valerie says as she locked hands with Eggsy and shook her head. "How nasty minded you two are." She continued earning a chuckle from Eggsy as the couple made their way out of the gallery room.

"You're lying!" Roxy calls out before the doors closed.

Eggsy and Valerie chuckled to each other as they continued to walk down the halls, hand in hand.

Every time they had to go days, weeks, or even a month without seeing each other; they hated it. They enjoyed each other's company and it's been a hard couple of months for Valerie. She missed Harry everyday, as well as everyone else, but it feels as if she lost her family.

Having Eggsy by her side made things easier.

He took care of her. Held her close through the hard days and spoiled her with surprises to make her smile. He loved her smile and would do anything to keep her that way.

"How are you doing?" Eggsy questions as he softly squeezed her hands. Bringing her back to reality.

"I've been good," she lies. Each night when he wasn't there, she has been having terrible nightmares. Thinking that one day, he may not actually return home from his missions.

He knew she was lying and it brought him pain that she could never actually admit her true feelings to him. "You know, you can tell me anything, Val." He says, "anything. Nothing is ever too big or too small for you to tell me." He reassures as he looks down at her.

She smiles softly, "I know." She responds. Valerie couldn't tell him about the nightmares she has when he's gone. It would prevent him from doing what he loves and she couldn't take that away from him. She felt as if it would be selfish.

Eggsy opens the door to their shared bedroom at the base and closed it behind them once they both entered. Seconds later they were greeted by a bark.

"JB!" Eggsy exclaims as the dog ran to the two of them. Jumping in happiness and panting like crazy.

"He's missed you too." Valerie said as they both kneeled to pet him.

Soon, after giving attention to the dog, he went to his bed and the couple decided to lay in their shared bed. Eggsy held Valerie close to him as she rested her hand on his chest and allowed him to play with her hair.

"You're birthday is coming." Eggsy cheers, softly.

Valerie chuckles, "yes, I know. I am super happy that you will be here with me to celebrate it." She said as she played with his free hand that rested on his stomach.

"I have a big surprise for you." He admits and the girl shot up from her position.

"Really?!" She exclaims.

Eggsy laughs as he watched the love of his life gleam so happily. She was such a ball of sunshine around him. Anything he did brought a smile to her face.

"Of course. Anything for my best girl." He said and flashes a wink at her.

She squeals and rolls over on top of him. She leans down and pressed a passionate kiss against his lips, "I love you." Valerie mumbles against them.

"I love you more." He responds as he placed a hand on her cheek to pull her back in for a kiss.

such a short chapter and TOOK WAY TO LONG FOR ME TO RELEASE IT. so sorry, life has been a bit hectic but i have another chapter in the drafts and it will be released very soon! a lot more of Eggsy and Valerie, small surprises and the action will soon follow behind!
