A man in a tan shirt and brown pants wearing a brown cowboy hat looks down at the blond teen that was bleeding out from the leg on the ground, the man shakes his head, his black gun disappears and he wraps the kid's wound, he picks the injured teen up and walks him to an old, burgundy-red car labeled Wheel of Fortune, the older male drives to a heavily beaten up bar, the man walks in and a childish voice emanates from a man wearing a black hoodie with scraggly blue hair.

"Did you kill him?," the blue-haired man asked.

"Nope, just like you asked," the hat-wearing male said.

"Good, tie him up."

"Ok, but you'd better pay me after this or I will go over to the heroes," the hat wearer said as he tied Katsuki Bakugo to a metal chair.

"We will, I already have your money," the blue-haired man said as a man made of mist placed a briefcase on the table.

"Ahhh, pure 24 karat gold, and ten of them, but... there's more than enough here, a month or two more, so, what do you need me to do?"

"Hol' Horse, The U.A training camp is tomorrow, we will attack it at night, with your ability, you should have no problem with this raid, we also need you to... ah, convince Bakugo over there with your gun," mist man said.

"Ok Kurogiri. Shigaraki, how would I go about convincing?," Hol' Horse asked.

"Shoot him," Blue hair -now known as Shigaraki- said.

"Can we get to the point? Who even is this guy?," a lizard guy says.

"Quiet Spinner, it's obvious that this guy is immensely confident in his abilities," a scarred man with blue eyes says.

"I can demonstrate, I'll only use blank shots," Hol' Horse says.

"Alright, I could use some practice," Spinner says.

"HEY! WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU, GET ME THE FUCK OUT OF HERE!!!," Katsuki had awoken.

"SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU LITTLE BITCH BOY!!!!," Hol' Horse says as his gun appears and he shoots it at Bakugo's hands to discourage any escape.

"Inner Peace," Hol' Horse says quietly.

"Soooo, uuuuhh, nevermind that challenge," Spinner says.

"Good, because my The Emperor would kill you, blank or not, ignoring range and the need for ammo," Hol' Horse says matter-of-factly.

"This new vigilante is confusing, he calls himself Hol' Horse and my Quirk doesn't work on him somehow, he can summon a large revolver with infinite ammunition and no reload, I'll play a clip now," a black haired man wearing a large scarf says.

A video begins playing of heroes chasing Hol' Horse through the streets, Aizawa activates his quirk in the video but nothing happens, Hol' Horse still summons The Emperor and points it at a flaming trash can(Endeavor).

A bullet hole appears in a trash can next to the flaming garbage.

"Hahaha, can't you aim, you completely missed me!," video Endeavor says before noticing something trickling down his side as a hole appears in his side.

"WAIT!," All Might says surprisedly, "what is this man's quirk?"

"It's getting there," Aizawa says.

"MY THE EMPEROR WILL ALLOW ME TO KILL YOU ALL!" Hol' Horse says excitedly.

"He called his quirk 'The Emperor', after some research, we found what The Emperor is: a Tarot card, the Emperor tarot card to be exact," Aizawa says.

"It appears to be a gun that has infinite bullets, adjustable power, and bullets that can be manipulated by the user of the quirk, meaning that this Hol Horse is Snipe, but better."

"Yes, he even wore a mask that showed only his eyes and an American cowboy hat."

"How do we beat him?," All Might asked.
