- normal objects at school, house, etc reminds you of harry potter

- you have or plan on getting some hp related tattoo

- you naturally grabs a stick when your outside and pretend it's a wand

- you can link everyday conversations to something harry potter related

-you've mesmorized the list of spells and what they can do

- hang out at school and wonder what you'd be doing at hogwarts at that moment

- randomly quote the books to your friends and family and they instantly know what it is bc you've said it so many times

- a boring movie comes alive for you bc someone from the hp cast has a minor role

- when you're depressed you blame it on the dementors

- you spell serious as sirius and ridiculous as ridikulus

- you believe in your heart that it's all real

- the harry potter series is the first books you buy for your kids

- learn to talk in a british accent just so you can read the books aloud and sound authentic

- have plans or name your unborn childeren after hp characters

- look for the smallest event in your muggle life to represent something from hogwarts ( the prom - the yule ball, Halloween - a troll decoration ,... )

- consider standing in front of a locked door speaking parselmouth

- feel like 'mission accomplished' if you got people around you (classmates, coworkers, strangers,... ) talking about their love for harry Potter

- you know you've never read enough of hp

- you've read all the books more than once

- compare a theacher you don't like to severus snape or umbridge

- when you're cleaning the house with a broom, you try to fly on it

- drop or give points to friends, family, strangers depending on if they did something right or wrong

- your dreams are being consumed of being a student in hogwarts

- your never ending search of knowing about harry potter never ends

- think and act like your favourite characters all the time

- you sort everyone you meet into the hogwarts houses

- every time you turn on the light you say 'lumos'

- try to turn your brother into a bouncing ferret

- exclaim something exciting with "Merlin's beard"

- you own at least one harry potter website

- read the books with a British accent

- you call your enemy's name such as malfoy or dudley

- you are reading this list

- you are keeping track how many things on this list you've done

- people come to you asking about the books bc you know it all

- you compare normal things in your daily life to something from the books

- you can't seem to go ONE DAY without thinking of Mr. Harry Potter

- you call a dumb person a git

- the woods behind your house are really the forbidden forest

- you are comforted by this list

- when you're mad at people you wave a pen at them and yell "AVADA KEDAVRA"

- the absolute worst insult you can think of is 'mudblood'
