I woke up in the hospital with a bandage on my head and McGonagall beside me. She saw I was awake and said "it is good to you awake Miss Potter. Mr Malfoy brought you here saying you fell down two flights of stairs. You got a bad concussion and Lupin wants you to contact him immediately."

I nodded and summoned my two way mirror as she left the room. When I called my Uncle he appeared straight away and started to scold me. "Why would not look were you were going? You are grounded for a week young lady. No D.A meetings until you are out of the hospital wing. And Pomfrey gives you a clear bill of health" he told me.

I agreed to his terms and Madam Pomfrey gave me the all clear. She gave me potion to take if I get a bad headache. And told me to return if I take it. She told me to take it easy and only theory for a week.

It wasn't a complete bill of health. But it was enough for my Uncle allow me to teach defense. Just not demonstrate it. Which was good because we had our first official meeting today in the Room of Requirement.

I looked at the table beside to see flowers and lots of sweets. The flowers were from Draco his apology for hurting me. All the sweets were from my friends and a few D. A members. I put them into a bag and carried the flowers.

When I got to the common room I shared the sweets and took the flowers to my room. I put them in a glass vase with water near the window. Everyone kept on asking if I was ok or if I needed anything. It got really annoying, especially with Harry breathing down my neck.

So I left the common room and went to the lake for some space. As I relaxed in the warm sun, someone sat next to me. It was Blaise and he said "Draco's been really worried about. He blames himself for you getting hurt."

I went to look for Draco and found him in the library. I hugged him saying "it isn't your fault. I was upset with Fred, George and Harry from being banned. I took it out on you and I shouldn't of done that. I'm sorry you were worried" he hugged me back.

When we pulled away he said "I'm sorry too for baiting Harry and the other two. It was childish and immature. Snape gave me detention" when he said that I was surprised. Snape has never given a Slytherin detention before. After talking for ten minutes I went back to the common room to study.

(that night)

It was time to go to the room of requirement for the meeting. I was walking there with Neville and Ginny. When we got there, we walked into the room. It was perfect.

Once everyone arrived we did a vote and made Harry the leader. Hermione gave out the coins I helped her make to everyone. I explained how they worked and show the date/time of the next meeting.

Then Harry started the lesson, we started with the basics. The first spell was the disarming charm. Then we practiced some stunning and hexes. It was good we started with the basics.

Some of them weren't good at even doing spell defensive spells. Neville had the most trouble and Harry helped. As I wondered the room correcting people on there wand movement and pronunciation of a spell.

Everyone had a lot of fun and wanted to this again as so as possible. We decided to do it on Wednesday same time as tonight. They all agreed and left in pairs or small groups of three to five people.

Harry, Hermione, Ron and I were the last ones to leave as we put away the pillows. Ron and Hermione congratulated us on our first lesson. Harry and I smiled. Then we went back to Gryffindor tower to sleep.
