No PoV

In a rather large building in the middle of the busy streets of Musutafu sat 12 people in a round table, all of them were watching 2 videos one was of the UA entrance exam, while the other one was a news report of a bank robbery.

Every single one of these people had their jaws hung wide open... well maybe all except 1, the head of the table stood there with an angry and frustrated look on his face as he looked at... Aya and Miwa who were doing well... extremely well.

"How is this possible sir... these kids... these quirks... they are unbelievable." One of the 12 members said.

"Aya has the ability to control and manipulate time... while Miwa has the ability to control multiple elements... and by the looks of it there is more to his power that what he makes the public believe... not to mention the fact that he is now a well established hero." Another said as they all looked at Miwa effortlessly taking down villains in each report.

"We need them back here, we could make many powerful allies if we had these two with us." The head said.

Yes this... this conglomerate was infact the cause of Miwa's rage, the so called family that abandoned him and his family... the Takagawa conglomerate.

"The power of time and the forces of Nature... with those power by our side we will be unstoppable." The head said with a smile.

U.A. Parking area

"Ok everyone please get in the bus by the order of your student number, please go in in a orderly fashion!" Iida said as he began karate chopping the air around him.

"Uhhh does he know that the bus isn't in the layout he is thinking of?" Miwa asked his younger sister who was just looking at her class with a smile.

"He'll figure it out." Aya replied.

"I gotta admit I was a bit sceptical about Iida being your class rep... but something tells me he'll do just fine." Miwa replied.

"I agree... so are you really not coming with us to the USJ onii-chan?" Aya asked.

"I can't, I have to attend a meeting in a bit, besides your training is about rescue, I don't specifically do rescue missions, I am a search and destroy specialist, but don't worry I am sure you will all do fine." Miwa said as he patted his sisters head.

Aya smiled and nodded her head as she ran towards the bus but not before waving goodbye to her older brother to which he returned with a small wave and a bright smile.

As the bus soon left the parking area Miwa's phone began to ring, he took it out and his smile quickly vanished as he pressed answer.

"What do you want?" Miwa asked annoyed.

'Is that how you talk to your favourite cousin Miwa-kun?' The voiced asked with a mocking tone.

"Shut up and get straight to the point, unlike your a**licking self I have a job to do." Miwa said.

'Oh I know, you are a famouse hero now... but I wonder what will happen if the public knew... you were a vigilante?' He said with a threatening tone.

"... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Miwa only laughed in delight about hearing his stupid cousins poor attempt at blackmail.

'Whats so funny!?' He angrily yelled.

"Hahaha! Thats it? Thats all the dirt you got on me? PATHETIC! The public already knows I was a vigilante, its no secret you pond-skater brained morron!" Miwa laughed.

'WHAT DID YOU SAY Y-' his cousin yelled but Miwa quickly turned off his phone and blocked the number.

"I don't know why I didn't do that sooner." Miwa said as he proceeded to ho back inside the campus.

With Class 1-A

Everyone was currently inside the bus headed towards the USJ, all of them are learning one of the chore purposes of being a hero: Rescue.

The students where happily talking to one another except for Iida who had a defeated look on his face.

"Its ok Iida, you didn't know." Ochako said trying to comfort the new class rep.

"She is right Iida, no need to beat yourself up, we all make mistakes, so you should just learn from it, besides everyone followed your other instructions like don't make noise." Aya said.

"Hey Aya-san can I ask you a question?" Momo asked.

"Sure thing Momo, ask away." Aya replied.

"Umm... I don't know if this is ok to ask but... what is Neos-sensei like?" Momo asked.

This caused some of the students inside the bus to listen attentively, wanting to learn more about ther Hero Tactics 101 techer.

"Well its like what you saw, in class or in his hero work my brother is extremely serious and always straight to the point, but once he is outside and there is no work he turns into this fun loving goof ball that loves to laugh alot." Aya said remembering his brothers duality.

"Did ypu ever know about his vigilante work? -kero-" Tsuyu asked.

"... I honestly didn't know... but the police already disproved it so its all good now." Aya replied.

"Man I am so jealous of Neos-sensei, he can control 4 elements with such mastery, while all I can do with my electricity is minimal adjustments." Kaminari said.

"Well I don't know how my brother came to be this masterful hero, but you should'nt be afraid to ask, he is our teacher after all, I am sure he'll be more than happy to give some sort of advice." Aya said with glee.

The ride towards the USJ was uneventful and calm, with the students chatting amongst one another and some of them making fun of Bakugou, while their hard working teacher was busy sleeping in the front seats of the bus.

U.A training ground

Miwa could be seen leaping from building to building in his Ocean form while evading attacks from both Snipe and Mad Dog.

"Remain calm and listen to ypur surroundings, this is the essence of a true warrior of water." Miwa in his Ocean form said as he kept on calmly evading attacts.

"Damn he is so nimble, I can't even get a lock on him." Snipe said as he already wasted 4 magazines worth of rubber bullets.

"*Grrrrrr* Yeah the damn pup is *grrrrrr* so damn slippery!" Mad dog yelled.

"Now I believe it is time for me to counter." Miwa said.

He then glided his hands through the air around him, he suddenly flicked his hand forward causing a loud crack of a whip to be heard.

And in that moment a whip made of spinning watter formed in Miwa's hand.

He flished it forward causing the whip to latch on into an unsuspecting Snipe, Miwa then pulled the water whip causing Snipe to fall backwards, Miwa then jumped forward and kicked Mad Dog causing him to stagger back, He finally finished the long game of cat and mouse with a Kunai made of water in both a fallen Snipe's throat and a shocked Mad Dogs eye.

Miwa then returned to his original form as he helped snipe back to his feet.

"Thank ypu for helping me train in my water form senpai's, it really means alot to me." Miwa bowed.

"It was a pleasure Miwa, you are getting more and more powerful by the day, keep this up amd who knows ypu might even be in the hero billboard ranks this year." Snipe said.

"Eh I don't really care for that, all I wanted was to help people, well I have a class in half an hour, I'll see you guys then." Miwa said as he juped down a building, turned into his cyclone form and flew off towards his class.

"*grrrrrr* I spoke with *grrrrr* a friend of mine who knows a committee member and *ruff* he said that Miwa is currently in the *grrr * top 20 most famouse *ruff* heroes." Mad Dog said.

"Yeah I can't deny that, even in his vigilante days he had a folloing, so of course now that he is a proper hero he is gonna get more fans." Snipe replied.

A few minutes later

Miwa was currently walking in the parking lot of the school since he was asked by Midnight to get a stack of papers in her car.

"Inforgot that class 2E asked for a break today to study, well thats fine I guess more break for me." Miwa said as he finally saw Midnights car.

However he saw a white blur running towards him at high speeds, he squinted his eyes and saw Iida running towards him.

"Iida?" Miwa said.

Iida -noticing his teacher- abruptly stopped, he had this tearful expression on his face.

"Sensei! Sensei there -huff- trouble -huff-!" Iida said in a panic, Miwa held the boys shoulder as to calm him down.

"Iida, Iida, look at me, take a breath and tell me whats wrong?" Miwa said fearing for the others safety.

"VILLAINS HAVE ENTERED THE USJ!" Iida blurted out.

Miwa's eyes widened due to this information and began to slightly panic.

"Ok Iida listen to me ok, go to principal Nezu, he is in the 3rd floor briefing room with some other heroes, tell them what you told me, along the way if you see any other heroes tell them quickly ok, NOW GO!" Miwa yelled as Iida simply nodded and ran towards the school.

Miwa simple looked towards the direction of the USJ, his smile now replaced with an angry look as his eyes were flashing a deep crimson red colour as red lightning sparked around him, in a flash of red he transformed into his thunderstorm form and vanished into this air causing a loud sonic boom to echo throught the area.

USJ

The students were now scattered all around the USJ, fighting for their lives as they waited for somebody to come and help them.

Aya was in the main entrance of the USJ watching her homeroom teacher get beaten to a pulp by a burly monster with an exposed brain.

"HAHAHAHA Your so cool Eraser Head... but nothing can defeat my Nomu... after all he was made to even beat All Might!" A man with hands all over his body laughed.

Aizawa was currently being pinned on the ground by a giand bird-headed monster with an exposed brain, he was using his quirk to stop Shigaraki from disintegrating one of his students, hower he cannot keep this up for long since his left eyes was severely injured while his arms were now smashed.

Shigaraki then ordered the Nomu to slam Aizawa into the floor and he did just that, with Aizawa's quirk no longer active Shigaraki was free to do as he pleased, he was about to kill our green froglet when suddenly the walls to the USJ bust open and in a slit second he -along with the Nomu were thrown away by a strong force.

Shigaraki stood back up and was hoping to see All Might, however he saw Miwa in his thunderstorm form glaring at him with those piercing crimson eyes.

"I applaud you handjob... you unlocked a new achievement... its called... a kind mans rage... and your about to feel that first hand." Miwa said as he formed a red electric sword in both his hands.

"N-NOMU KILL HIM!" Shigaraki yelled in alight fear as he knew that Miwa isn't like the average hero... he is willing to kill if he was pushed to.

The Nomu roared loudly as it dashed towards Miwa ready to punch, Miwa responded by quickly dashing out of the way of all his punches.

Shigaraki took this moment to run towards the students to try and kill some off them, he was about to reach Mineta but suddenly a hand made of stone grabbed Shigaraki and threw him into the Nomu which luckily caught him.

He looked to tge side and saw Miwa there now in his Earthquake form as a giant stone Golem stood behind him.

The Nomu then tossed Shigaraki to the side and ran towards the Golem and Miwa, Miwa simply stood there as the golem blocked the punch for him.

Miwa looked to the side and glared at Shigaraki, in response to this Shigaraki stood up and ran towards Miwa.

Miwa simply did the same as he had his Earth gauntlets in his arm, Shigaraki thrusted his arm forwards in hopes of using his quirk, but Miwa simply didged amd grabbed him by his hand then repeatedly punching him in the stomach, he then punched Shigaraki in the face as he was sent flying back, Miwa was about to do more but suddenly a black portal appeared above them and there fell Aya.

"AYA!" Miwa yelled.

"ONII-CHAN!" Aya called back.

Shigaraki smiled and ran towards Aya with 4 of his fingers in her neck.

"Ahh your sister huh, now then take the damn golem away and return to your normal form or I will kill her!" Shigaraki yelled.

"NO DONT DO IT ONII-CHAN!" Aya yelled but Shigaraki had a smirk on his face.

"So what will it be?" Shigaraki asked with a sadistic smile.

Miwa gritted his teeth as he returned to his normal state and retired the golem.

"GOOD GOOD... NOW NOMU!" Shigaraki yelled.

The Nomu then quickly grabbed Miwa by his head and threw him into a tree, dazed and confused Miwa tried to stand but the Nomu grabbed his leg and began slamming him into the ground.

"ONII-CHAN!" Aya cried out with worry as she saw her beloved brother get repeatedly Hulk slammed into the pavement.

Shigaraki only smiled and laughed historically as he saw one of the biggest threats be slammed around the a worn out rag doll.

"No... please stop." Aya said with tears running through her cheeks.

"Please stop." Aya once again pleaded as she saw her brother get slammed.

"I SAID STOP!" Aya yelled as a yellow field surrounded the entire USJ arena, suddenly everything and everyone stopped moving... all except Aya.

Aya looked around and saw everything was frozen, the leaves were frozen in the air and the Nomu was also frozen as well, she didn't know what happened but she quickly pryed Shigaraki off and pushed him to the side, but not before kicking him where the sun dont shine.

Suddenly her left eye began to hurt as she rushed to a small pool of water and saw that her left eye had a symbol of a clock on it.

It was ticking rather slowly and was already halfway there... she deducted that she only had about a minute till everything began moving again, she then rushed towards the monster and used all her strength to pry him off the monster, she succeeded and was about to take her brother to safety when suddenly time began to move again.

Shigaraki mid laugh noticed that Aya was no longer in his grasp... but what followed was a serious pain in his crotch area as he screamed in agony carefully trying to not get all 5 of his fingers to touch the pained area.

The Nomu was also confused as he was now not hilding Miwa.

Aya and Miwa were hidden away in a bush as Aya was crying over her beaten up brother.

"I'm fine Aya." Miwa said as he got up but not without any complications.

"No your not, your extremely hurt... and its all my fault." Aya said.

"But you also were the reason why I am ok... so don't beat yourself up over it... we'll talk about your left eye later at home, but for now... leave this to me." Miwa said as he walked out the bushes and back into the frey.

Miwa walked out of the bush they were hiding on and looked at the confused Nomu and a Shigaraki cluching his groin in pain, he slightly chuckled as he laughed at Shigaraki.

"Y-You... w-what did y-you do!?" Shigaraki asked.

"Hahaha aw man I dunno, but who ever did it has extreme hatred for you, right Handjob?" Miwa said with a snarky tone.

"Y-You a**hole... but your too late, as we speak the villains I recruited are already busy with the children, so what will you do Hero?" He said as he finally stood up.

"Hmmm... guess I'll multi task." Miwa said as his eyes glowed Crimson red, Sky blue, and Terracotta, suddenly Miwa emitted a blinding flash of light that was visible throughout the entire arena, seconds later Miwa stood there in his Earthquake form.

"Thats it? a blinding flash of light, is that all you got?" Shigaraki asked with a snarky tone.

"Not quite handjob." Miwa said, however the voice came from behind Shigaraki, he turned around only to be met with... Miwa in his Thunderstorm form sitting on a rock with his Lightning blade in his hand and the other embedded on the ground.

"W-what!?" Shigaraki asked in confusion as his head was shifting from looking at 2 Miwa's.

"W-Why are there 3 of you!?" He yelled.

"Don't you know how to count you dummy, there are 3 of us not 2." Miwa said but this time it came from above them.

Shigaraki looked up and saw Miwa in his Cyclone form sitting on his Sky board with a large smile on his face.

The 3 then grouped up together where earth was standing as they gave Shigaraki a glare for all that he has done.

"Now then down to business, Cyclone go to the other zones and find the rest of the students, if you see any villains take them out." Earthquake said.

"Roger!" Cyclone said as he flew off to the other zones.

"I'll take care of big bad and ugly pver here, oh and Thunderstorm." Earthquake said.

Thunderstorm looked at his other persona.

"Try not to kill Handjob ok." Earthquake said.

Thunderstorm only smiled and walked towards Shigaraki, his blades sparking red electricity.

"I'll do my best to try... or at least pretend to." Thunderstorm said.

With Jirou, Momo, and Denki

The three UA students were currently surrounded by multiple villains, Kaminari was in his stupid state, while Momo was heavily panting from all the weapons she was making along with all the fighting, while Jirou was also feeling a bit tired.

"No where to run now kids... BETTER SAY YOUR PRAYERS!" The villains yelled as they all began charging at the 3 tired students.

But before any of them can do anything a large tornado formed protecting the 3 students and blowing all the villains away.

"You guys ok?" A familiar voice called out.

Momo and Jirou looked up while Kaminari was doing a thumbs up motion while drooling, the 2 girls smiled as they saw their savior, ther HT101 teacher, Miwa in his cyclone form.

"We are ok sensei!" Momo replied.

"Ok thats good, now lets go and take you with the others." Cyclone said as a gale of wind lifted the 3 up and flew towards the entrance of UA where some of the other were waiting.

Suddenly a yellow bolt of lightning shot out from under the ground and almost hit Cyclone in the back, luckily he was able to matrix dodge the electrical attack.

He looked below and saw a remaining villain up on his feet.

"This is great... if I manage to kill you then I can get a huge wad of cash from HIM!" The villain said.

"I don't care who your talking about... but its obvious you intend to do more harm... so don't take this personally... and also this is gonna hurt... like alot." Cyclone said as a drill made of rapidly spinning winds form in his fist.

Cyclone then flew towarss the villain with incredible speeds as he slammed his fist into his stomach causing a large tornado to form and level the rocky area where they were currently on, Cyclone looked at the villains to see if any of them were dead and luckily for him amd them they were all only severely injured.

He took a final check of the area and flew off to search for any of the other missing students.

And thats done, sorry but I have to split the chapter into 2, for build up ya know, next chapter will be the 2nd part and hopefully I finish it early.
