Miwa PoV

I am currently in another fight with Stain in my Thunderstorm form, I dont really know how I got into this mess, all I remember was doing my nightly patrol of this district, stopping a few muggings here and there, then sitting on a ledge ontop of a tall building overlooking the nice view of the city then the next thing I know this ninja turtles wannabe wrapped in rags suddenly attacked me.

"So can you remind me again why are you here? This isn't even your normal hunting ground, aren't you supposed to be in Hosu?" I asked with an uninterested glare.

"Hosu doesn't matter for now because the faster I get rid of a false hero like you, the faster the decline of fake heroes thats gonna be." He said as he redied his blade.

"-sigh- Again with the fake and the false, you sound like a broken record... well at least a broken record could be disposed of and replaced but you... I dont think disposing you is enough." I said as I parried his katana with my lightning blade.

"How can you casually talk about disposing me? Just as I thought you are not a real hero!" He said angrily as he glared at me.

"It really took you that long to realise, of course I am not a hero, if I can compare myself to something it would be an Anti-hero, a type of hero with no remorse and shows no mercy towards evil." I said with a smig look.

"Tch, big talk from a boy who seems like he hasn't even stained his hands." He said with a glare.

"Tch, you think I haven't killed criminals before?" I said with a smile.

"Listen I place small time crooks to jail because I believe they still have a chance to change and give up their life of crime, just last week I stopped a guy from mugging a family, after talking to him I learned that his daughter is gravely ill and had no money to pay for her bills, it tore me appart, but he told me that he was only collecting money and nothing else I let him go after 3 days... I learned that the guy turned himself in with no regrets." I said remembering that time.

"And what happens to the guys who cant be saved?" He asked.

"Their bodies are 10ft under the ground where they become something useful... fertiliser, and even if someone finds their bones I fried them all using my lightning so they have no chance of distinguishing them." I said looking at the stary sky.

"So you turn the people who can be saved in the police and kill the irredeemable." He said.

"Such as the law should work." I said in response.

He then lowered his weapons and smiled creepily.

"Then you and I are one and the same, join me and we can rid this world of the fakes and the wicked!" He sneered.

"I'd rather not." I replied.

"WHAT!?" He yelled in shock.

"I haveno real interest in heroes, real, fake, false they matter not to me, just as long as they help then their motives doesn't matter to me, and it shouldn't bother you as well." I said while looking at him.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"Cant you sense it... a great evil is about to take action and your killing the one thing that is supposed to combat that." I said.

"Tch those fakes doesn't matter, All Might-" he was cut off by me.

"All Might is still human, he is not a god, he is not a machine, he is not a deity, he is a flesh and blood human who can get killed and die, he isn't immortal... he cant stay the symbol of peace forever and no matter how hard you try... there will never be real peace... because humans... were made for war... no matter how hard you deny it." I said reminiscing over a certain memory that haunts me till this day.

Stain was quite, he didn't dare look me in the eyes as he just turmed around and walked in the shadows and disappear in the night.

"Sheesh it only took THAT to get him to leave?" I said trying to lighten up my mood.

"What time is it... 12:30... I should probably go home." I said as I flashed stepped back to my house.

No PoV

Unbeknownst to our young elementalist he was being watched by not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, but 5 pro heroes, those being Eraser Head, Midnight, Edgeshot, Best Jeanist... and the symbol of peace... All Might.

"Edge can you tell where he went to?" Eraser asked.

"Yes he has gone to the east district of Musutafu, Jeanist I believe you have a personel there am I right to asume?" Edge asked.

"Right you are, and I just received word that our little storm vanished near the top floor of the complex." Jeanish said combing his hair.

"Good, so we will finally be able to catch at least one of the elemental trio, ohh this is so exciting!" Midnight said.

"Calm yourself Midnight... ok everyone lets go." All Might instructed.

Apartment complex

The 5 heroes were now in the apartment building where one of Jeanist's sidekicks said that Thunderstorm vanished to, along with them are a bunch of police officers.

The head detective-Tsukauchi- walked towards the landlords house on the bottom of the building and rang it 2 times before a woman in her 30's answered the door.

"Hello may I help you?" She asked.

"Yes maam, my name is Tsukauchi I am with the police department, we have reasons to believe that a vigilante is currently residing in your building, are there anyone in this building who are 18 years of age, 5'9 to 5'11 in height, male and has red eyes and an elemental based quirk?" He asked.

"Well the only 18 year old in this building is Miwa who lives on room 12 but I-" she was cut off.

"Thank you maam, OK EVERYONE ROOM 12 GET A MOVE ON!" He ordered as he along with the 5 heroes went to the 3rd floor on room 12.

They then finally arrived at the room and the police surrounded the door while Tsukauchi rang the doorbell.

However the one to answer was a girl who looked no older than 15 or 16 with mid-length hair and blue eyes.

"C-can I h-help you?" She asked i fear as she looked at the 5 heroes and all ghe police surrounding her home.

"Sorry to disturb you but do you live here alone?" Tsukauchi asked.

"U-umm n-no s-sir, m-my o-older b-brother is here t-too." She said as she scanned the area.

"Can you get him for us?" He asked.

"S-sure." She said as she ran towards her older brothers room.

In a few short seconds the older brother came out to meet them... but he seemed totally different, for starters his eyes were not a fierce crimson colour but a warm shade of hazel, and his smile was not sadistic and cruel but genuine and calming.

"Can I help you sir?" He asked.

"Yes Miwa Shinemon you are suspected to be the vigilante called Thunderstorm, you are to come with us to the station for further questioning." Tsukauchi said.

"... Can I ask a question first?" Miwa asked.

"Very well." He replied.

"Do you have any proof defending your claim, I mean you taking me into custody without proper proof seems like an abuse of power." He said.

"You are oly being suspended Young Shinemon, if you proove that you are in fact not Thunderstorm then you are free to leave." All Might said.

"I can clear my name in one single sentence." Miwa said.

"And that would be?" Midnight asked.

"I am quirkless." Miwa said with a smile.

Everyone was now shocked, was he lying, was he telling the truth, if so then this whole operation was just a huge waste of time.

"Do you have proof of this?" Tsukauchi asked.

"Unlike You unprofessional clowns I actually have proof, Aya can you grab the blue envelope on my drawer please." Miwa said and in no time flat Aya returned.

Miwa showed them his quirk examination result when he was diagnosed and sure enough it said he was quirkless.

Tsukauchi felt shocked and stupid about not letting the land lady finish, this was probably what she tried saying before.

"Men... move out." Tsukauchi said as the police began to vanish.

"All Might can I talk to yoi for a sec?" Miwa said as All Might stayed behind.

"Can you lean in closer?" Miwa asked.

All Might then leaned in closer and Miwas whispered something to him.

"One day... you'll be able to catch me... but today is just not that day." Miwa said.

"So you are Thunderstorm, just wait unt-" he was cut off.

"I don't recommend you doing that... because like you I know who the real enemy is... a man so fearsome he carved his name into the panels of time... the one they call the anchient evil... All for One or you might know him as... the one who killed your mentor Nana Shimura." Miwa said which shocked All Might to his core.

"H-how?..." All Might asked.

"Better if you do not know for now... now go... I'll explain everything to you in due time, all I ask is for you... to trust me." Miwa said as he closed his door.

With the pro's

"So what did the kid want?" Eraser asked.

"... he just wanted an autograph." All Might lied.

"Sheesh didn't peg the kid for a fanboy, oh well lets go home I need my beauty sleep." Midnusaid as she hot in the car along with the others.

However All Might took one last glance back and saw Miwa standing near the ledge as he gave a bow of respect to All Might then transforming into Thunderstorm to taunt him a bit.

"I shall trust you for now... young hero." All Might said as he lept away.
