The sun is now setting and many of the shops are beginning to close down for the day, some retiring earlier, however for the night district this is when business started.

The night market was bustling as always with people wanting to eat the foods that only the night market serves, the bars are now littered with drunk men and teens as well were the... umm... the... you know what lets just skip those, you guys already know what I am talking about, however as the old saying goes 'evil nver rest' and these people took that saying to heart.

As the sun was finally set back alley deals were now being executed, and predators were now roaming the streets for their next victim, and sadly that next victim... was a kind girl going by name Aya Shinemon.

Aya is currently walking towards home since she was with her friend doing a project together, the project took too long to complete and this caused Aya to run late getting home.

As she was walking by she felt that someone was following her so she began walking waster, however when she neared an alleyway a pair of hands grabbed her by her hand and pulled her in the dark alley.

She was pinned down to the wall, her hands behind her back as she looked at her assailants, 3 men holding knives, they had malicious smiles plastered on their faces.

"Hehe lookie here guys we caught ourselves a cute one." The man holding her down said.

"Yeah and look at the size of that rack." The other man said beginning to drool.

"Let me go! HELP! SOMEONE HELP!" Aya yelled.

"Dont bother calling for help or using your quirk girl, my pal over there has the ability to remove sound in am enclosed space, while I have the ability to delay your quirk, so dont bother using it." The man said.

"Now... lets start the fun." The last man said as he was inching away from touching Aya's chest.

'Please someone... save me... I dont want this... I dont want this... please save me... ONII-CHAN!' She thought.

Suddenly the man holding her down was struck in the head by a pillar of earth, while the other two were hit in the stomach causing them to kneel down in pain.

"You three again... seems like you three will never learn." A voice called out.

Aya then looked at the source of the voice and saw a man standing on the rail of the emergency escape ladder, he has wats amber coloured eyes, he wore a black and brown jacket, a red undershirt, and he had his hat facing back.

"S**T ITS EARTHQUAKE, RUN!" The leader yelled as they began to run to back to the entrance of the alley.

However a giant stone wall blocked their path.

"Where are the three of you going... I thought you wanted to have fun?" He said.

He them punched the ground with both his fist and the earth swallowed both his hands and fusing it with stones causing his hands to take on the appearance of stome.

"So lets have fun you f**ks!" He yelled, anger clear on his face.

The three having no choice decided to fight the vigilante, the one with the quirk delaying power rushed forward amd try to delay his quirk, but he was met with a hard jab to the gut that sent him flying back and slamming into the stone wall.

"YOU BASTARD!" The guy holding 2 knives yelled as he also rushed forward.

However Earthquake punched the earth causing a pillar of stone to erupt from beneath the ground and slamming the man into the wall of the building.

He then walked to the last man who was trembling in fear as he looked at the smiling vigilante inching towards him.

"P-please dont h-hurt me... I-I promise to not do this again." He said, stuttering in fear.

"Look I dont want to hurt any of you, I honestly believe you guys can do good in this world... but you crossed the line today, so I have to punish you... please dont take it personally." Earthquake said as he grabbed the man by the collar and punched him in the face knocking him out.

He then walked towards the trembling girl who looked at her with relief in her eyes.

"Are you ok Aya?" Earthquake asked.

"Y-yeas I am ok... hey wait how do you know my name?" She asked curiously.

"Your brother and I are close friends." Earthquake said with a smile.

"Wow really, well regardless my brother is gonna be mad at me if I come home late again, thank you for saving me, and regardless of what other people say I think you, Mr. Cyclone and Mr. Thunderstorm are all heroes, by now!" She said with a smile as she ran out the alley.

"Be careful... I can sense you up there Eraser, why dont you come on down and we can have a nice chat." Earthquake said without looking back.

Suddenly a scruffy looking man wearing all black and goggles jumped down from the building and let me tell you this... he did not look happy at all.

"So to what do I owe this visit?" Earthquake said with a small smile.

"You know why I am here... the vigilante called Earthquake you are hear by under arrest for illegal use of your quirk without a license and committing acts of vigilantism, how do you plea?" He asked in a serious tone.

"Ummm... guilty I guess?" Earthquake said confused.

"Very well... TAMAKI NOW!" He yelled and in an instant Earthquake was wrapped around in tentacles preventing him from running away.

He looked back and saw a teen his age, he wprr a mask a white hoodie and a bunch of gear was strapped to his body.

"Hi there Sun Eater... never new you were the type to like tentacles... you seriously have a weird kink." He said with a smug smile.

"I-Its not l-like that!" He defended himself.

"Hahaha calm down man I was just yankin' yer chain." Earthquake said with a smile.

"Shut up... Tamaki hold him down till the cops arrive." Eraser said as he dialed someone on his phone.

"Sooo... ummm... your a 2nd year now right... ummm so hows the work study doin'?" Earthquake said trying to make conversation.

"G-good." Tamaki said nervously.

"Hey now no need to be so jittery, I'm not gonna hurt you man." Earthquake said with a smile.

"B-but y-your a vigilante." Tamaki said.

"I maybe a vigilante but I still know whats right from wrong, just because I do things my way and without a liscence doesn't mean I'm gonna go towards being a villain, I just want to help people." Earthquake said.

"T-then y-you should just w-wait for a p-pro hero to a-arrive." Tamaki said

"Them when you see someone in trouble and they are seconds away from dying you shouldn't do anything and just watch them suffer?" Earthquake asked.

"T-tha-" he was cut off.

"But thats what you are implying, no matter how bad things get, no matter if you can help you shouldn't do anything because its not your responsibility, thats the kind of mentality that will cause alot more deaths Sun Eater, I help because its the right thing to do, I help because lives are always on the line... I help because its what heroes do." Earthquake said.

Sun Eater looked at the teen and at eraser who was still taking on the phone, suddenly Earthquake felt the tentacles loosen and unwrap him.

"Go." Tamaki said.

"Why are you letting me go?" Earthquake asked.

"C-Call it a t-thank you f-for saving t-that girl." Tamaki said.

"But I dont want you to get in trouble... ah I got it! Does it hurt you when these tentacles come off?" Earthquake asked.

"N-no." Tamaki simply said.

"Good." Earthquake said as he proceeded to snap the tentacles.

"Ok lay down and pretend that I pushed you... ok now scream that I got loose and I'll run." He said.

"Ok... ERASER-SENSEI HE GOT AWAY!" Tamaki said.

"WHAT!?" Eraser said in shock as he turned around amd saw that Tamaki's tentacles were snapped and he was on the floor.

"S**t... you ok Tamaki?" Eraser asked.

"Y-yeah sensei, he only pushed me and ran." Tamaki said.

"This Earthquake is much more elusive than we thought." Eraser said as he helped Tamaki up and proceeded with their patrol.

Shinemon Apartment

Aya opened the doors slowly just incase Miwa is still awake, Miwa is not an over bearing brother, he just worries anout her sometimes and among the few things Aya hates, the one she hates the most is making her brother worry.

"Hey Aya." A voice came from the kitchen.

"EEP!" Aya screems in shock.

"Haha sorry for startling you, so you hungry I made nachos." Miwa said with a smile as he showed her a plate of her all time favourite snack.

"Wow that looks so tasty, let me get change first!" She said with a smile as she ran towards her room to change.

'What ever the cost... what ever the consequences... I will... protect the smile that people hold dear.' Miwa said as his eyes flashed Crimson, Azure, and Terracotta.

'Because I am the vigilante's Thunderstorm, Cyclone, And Earthquake.' He said in determination as an image of his three forms flashed in his mind.
