This is my opinion but AUs are not a excuse to ships that are;
Siblings x siblings
Family members x family members
dead/alive kids x dead/alive adults
Toddlers x kindergartners
toddlers x elementary kids
abusive/toxic relationships
Victims x killers

Or as an excuse to normalize incest, phedophillia, sexualize ships, abuse,suicide,depression, 

or to use mental illnesses,  and disabilities on characters just to get views.

The only canon ships between both games and books (Some got divorced)  are

Mrs Emily x Henry

William x Mrs Afton (Though its heavily hinted they're divorced)
