"I can't wait to see them break up and then he will be all mine!"

Turning my head to the side, I allowed the voices to fade once more. I could feel Ky's eyes on me as they widened with shock and the unknown. Ky had no idea that the female Alphas thought of him this way, but I did. I could see the way they looked at me when they called Ky for a meeting, wearing one of the most smug grins known to bitch. I noticed how they always wanted Ky's attention and I hated them for it! Ky is always the possessive one, well news flash...so am I!

Sighing, I said "they always wanted your attention." I did not dare to look at him as I spoke, my eyes fixated on his left wrist and his left wrist alone.

"They were practically begging for it. Always wanting your eyes on them, trying to detour you from being faithful. And sometimes...you let your eyes wander. Letting them grab your attention before I could, letting them take your arm as they drag you to who knows where." I could already feel my voice breaking. Was I...depressed...jealous that these bitches got more time with Ky than I did?

"Serena-"

"I...I know you love me Ky, but...I hate when someone takes what's mine!"

Chuckling, I could already feel the grin that appeared on his addicting lips. "Looks like I'm not the only possessive one."

I didn't respond as I could already feel my cheeks turn cherry red. He exhaled as he carressed his nose against his mark, the little red bite on my neck that showed me that I was his and his alone.

"This mark...shows that you are mine. It also shows..." he paused as he kissed his mark. Sending a shiver through my spine as his giant hand grabbed my chin. Making me looking at him as our eyes connect.

"...that my heart belongs to you and I will never let another man take your from my arms."

Feeling my heart skip beats I sighed as I stared into Ky's eyes. I saw my world in this man's eyes, seeing my future and my present with this man. Wrapping my arms around his neck I brought him down to me. Kissing his lips with a sweet peck.

"I would die before another woman lays their hands on you. You're mine Ky and I won't let anyone else have you." I muttered against his lips.

"That's what I wanted to hear because..." he paused as he lowered his body against mine, making me moan as he snaked his arms around me.

"...you know I can't live without you." He whispered, slamming his lips against mine as I moaned from his sweetness. His hands caressing me gently as his lips did the same, letting us indulge in our own little world as we allowed harsh reality to move on.

Little did we know...that our own little world would soon come crashing down.

"Try to catch me!" Nancy scream as Daren chased after her.

"Why you!" He responded.

I laughed as I watched the two of them played. The day was bright and warm as the green grass blew in the cool breeze. I sat on a blanket as Jason sat next to me, we were in the backyard of the pack house, Ky's house. But of course Ky was in, another, pack meeting second one today actually, but I didn't mind. I knew I would see him later and this was time to catch up with all the Betas because I haven't been able to talk to them for a while.

"What are you thinking about Luna?" Jason said as he poked my nose.

I growled, "I told you not to call me that, mutt."

He smirked as his hands began to tickle me, "what did you say rebel?"

"I said, ahahahaha, m-mutt!"

He grinned, his fingers continuing to tickle me at a fast pace. I continued to laugh, trying to push his hands away to escape this torment.

"St-stop," I said breathless.

"Only if you call me by another name." He continued to tickle me.

"F, ahaahaha, fine."

He stopped, "I'm listening," he smirked.

"You..." I paused trying to catch my breath. "You...are a terrible Beta."

He said nothing as he contemplated that new name in his head. "I can live with that."

I sticked my tongue out at him which only made him chuckle more. He released me from his ticklish fingers but soon wrapped his arms around my waist. Caging me in his arms as he placed his chin on my shoulder. It wasn't unnatural for Jason to hold me like this, he's done it many times before but now...Ky was my mate.

"You know Ky is going to smell your scent all over me."

"I don't care, I want to hold you."

I could feel my cheeks turn a bit red, that reply was unexpected. "Mutt."

He chuckled, "Rebel." He tightened his arms around me. We sat there in silence, his warm breath fanning my cheek softly. I kept my eyes on Nancy and Daren but my concentration was on Jason and...his closeness. Before this wouldn't have bother me so much, but now...it's different...not because I'm Ky's mate. No, it feels different because Jason's hold feels different, it almost feels...needy.

"Serena," he cooed in my ear.

"Yes?" I questioned.

"Remember when we were in the woods and I was about to tell you what me and Ky were fighting over when I got interrupted because of those damn Alphas."

"What we are fighting for is..."

"Yes, what about it?" I questioned.

"I never got to tell you, did I?"

"No, you didn't."

He sighed, closing his eyes as he inhaled deeply. "The reason why me and Ky fight is because...we both want you."

My heart stopped as I snapped my head to look at him. His eyes fluttered open, his green eyes peering into mine with their longing gaze. I could feel myself become embarrassed as the look of love emitted from his eyes, a look that I had never saw from him.

"W-what do you mean?"

He sighed, a smile trying to perk his lips but it never showed. "When we were young...me and Ky didn't know why we fought, maybe just because we were boys. As we got older we...we finally figured out why."

He paused as one of his hands carressed my cheek, bringing me closer to him as he forced me to look him in the eyes.

"At the age of 14...we finally figured out why all the fighting. The reason why we fought was because...we both loved you. I love you Serena."

"J-Jason. I...you know I can't-"

"I know, I know...you love Ky."

I nodded and he smiled.

"If I had to lose to anyone...I'm glad I lost to Ky. I know that he loves you and I know he won't let anything happen to you. But no matter what...I will always protect you, I would die if anything would of happened to you." He spoke sweetly and honestly. Kissing my cheek in the sweetest way as his confession burned in my mind.

"Jason..." I cooed, unable to say more.

Chuckling, he stood as the rays of the sun illuminated his body...as if he was an angel. He looked at me, stretching his hand out towards me so I may take it. I looked at him with a expression that said "what do you want me to do?" and he smiled.

"Come on Luna, let's go play with Nancy for a bit."

I smiled, "you foolish Beta." I grabbed his hand, his strong grip holding my hand protectively.

"Yes but..." he paused as he pulled me up. "...I'm your foolish Beta."

We both laughed at this fact. Our laughter coming to a halt as the wind blew, freezing our eyes instantly went to the woods. Our eyes scanning the forest line as we could sense something coming and it was approaching fast. I could see Daren freeze as he grabbed Nancy in his arms, his eyes scanning the forest line as well. Tapping Jason's shoulder I ordered...

"Jason go get Ky. Go get him now!" I ordered him and he ran towards the house as I ran towards Daren. Reaching them in 10 seconds flat I could see that Daren was frozen on the spot.

"Daren!"

There was no answer as his eyes remained on the tree line. Grabbing his face in my hands I had to snap him out of it. Shaking his face as I said his name, his eyes soon connected with mine.

"Daren you have to take Nancy back in the house."

He didn't move.

"Now!" I screamed at him and he shook his head. Grabbing Nancy in his arms as he took her to the house. I watched as Daren ran Nancy to the pack house about to reach the door when a howl came from the woods, my eyes snapping from them to the tree line. The howl was from one of our patrolling wolves, some one had invaded into our territory. It was at that moment...she had burst from the trees and into our back yard.

Still in human form she ran out of the woods at high speed, her black hair flaring behind her as she ran. Her purple eyes blazing with rage as she invaded our home. Growling, I ran towards her as my blue eyes burned threw my light brown eyes. She saw me and I saw her, she was an Omega and she had challenged me into a figh. I gained speed and she did the same, my cannines beginning to appear as I had jumped. Shifting in mid jump, she did the same and our two forces collided.

Landing on all fours, I turned to growl at the black wolf with purple eyes that now stood before me. Bearing my teeth I laid my ears back against my head, my shoulders stiffening as we circled each other menacingly. Snapping her teeth at me she taunted me, licking her lips as growls escaped her throat. Snarling I pounced on her, snapping at her neck as my paws landed on her shoulders. Fighting back she clawed at my arm, trying to push me onto my back as I pushed her forward.

"Serena!" I heard Ky scream from behind me.

Looking back at him I saw Nancy was standing next to him. Nancy's eyes were wide with shock as she stared at the giant black wolf. Why did she-

My thinking was caught off as the black wolf clawed my face. Her nails leaving a mark that healed soon after. Snapping my teeth together I jumped on her and we began to roll. Growling, clawing, and biting each other as we fought in the green grass. Rolling around as we fought for the other to not climb on top. Pushing me off, I landed on my back as I got up quickly, she beared her teeth at me menacingly. I lurched forward, about to attack when-

"STOP!" Nancy screamed in her wolf form. The little black wolf standing in between us.

"Nancy get out of the way! She-"

"Nancy?" The black wolf with purple eyes spoke with recognition.

Freezing my eyes snapped to the black wolf. Watching as she looked upon Nancy with love and passion. Nancy transformed back into her human form, her black hair and vibrant green eyes looking upon the black wolf with pleading eyes.

"Stop this Alice. Please."

Looking down, the black wolf closed her eyes. Her body shifting back into a human as her black fur and razor sharp teeth disappear. She was about my age, her long black hair framing her body beautifully as she stood before Nancy. Looking up she opened her eyes, electric blue. I was shocked as the realization dawned on me. It was her...it...it was the girl who I saw climb out of Nancy's window the day I freed her. This...was Rick's and Jena's older child, this was Nancy's older sister. Shifting back into my human form I watched as the two sisters acquainted each other once more.

"Nancy, my sweet Nancy." The girl named Alice cooed as she grabbed Nancy by the shoulders.

"Are you alright?! Did they hurt?!" Alice asked frantically.

"No, no I'm fine. Really."

"But...I thought they kidnapped you." Her hands fell from Nancy's shoulders. It was at this moment that I had noticed my mother, father, Alpha Cain and Luna Rebecca had came out to see what all the commotion was about. Standing next to Ky and the rest of the Betas as they all watched us carefully.

"You alright Serena?" My mother mind linked me.

"Yes mother I'm fine."

"Kidnapped me?! Serena and Ky saved me." Nancy replied.

"Serena?...Ky?"

"Alice, this is Serena," Nancy said as she gestured to me.

"Hi, nice to meet you." I stretched my hand out to her so she could shake it. Looking at my face, then my hand and then my face again, she wore an expression of disgust. She growled as she slapped my hand away, grabbing Nancy by the hand as she began to walk off with her.

"Come on Nancy, the Vamp is waiting in the car for me."

"No!" Nancy shouted as she lurched her hand from Alice. Running back to me as she wrapped my arms around my waist, standing at my side as she stared at her sister.

"I want to stay with Serena and Ky."

"What?!" Alice asked enraged.

"I want to stay here with them. I want to live in the Eclipse Pack house with Cain and Rebecca, I want to stay."

"But I'm...I'm your only family! I'm the only person who loves you!"

"Serena, Ky, Alpha Cain, Luna Rebecca, and all the Betas love me. They all love me."

"How could they love you!? They aren't even related to you!"

"And isn't that the purest form of love?" I said butting in.

Alice was taken off guard as I continued to speak.

"When Love is made and not given...isn't that what you call...pure."

"What are you-"

Just then a bullet flew passed Alice's head, landing right at Nancy's feet. Turning our attention to the forest we watched as 50 men emerged from the forest. All with guns pointed at us as their silver metal shimmered in the light. Looking at the bullet at Nancy's feet I saw it was solid silver, coated in a toxin that was poisonous to the touch.

Reapers.

"We have you surrounded! No body move!"

* Serena's Mother's, Angie, P.O.V *

One of the Reapers announced as he kept his gun pointed at us. We stood there frozen, my eyes watching my daughter as my heart pounded in my ears.

"Do it Angie! Say it!" He ordered as his voice invaded my mind.

"But I don't want to. I don't want to bring her into that life."

"If you don't she's not going to live to have a life! None of you are! Now do it!"

"Michael-"

"Angie."

Just then the sound of a gun shot went off. Everything falling into the slow motion as I saw the bullet slowly make it's way toward Serena. Aiming for her heart.

"DO IT NOW ANGIE! DO IT NOW!"

"OMNIA SOL TEMPERAT FI DEM MA AM!"

I screamed and I bright white light engulfed Serena. Blinding us all as we shield our eyes from the pure light of her awakening.

* Serena's P.O.V *

I felt a surge of power shoot threw me as my back burned. The light creating lines on my back as it burned painfully. My eyes burning a blazing blue as bright as the light, my canines sharpened and lengthen a bit. My nails extended and sharpened to a point, making them like the claws that were on my wolf paws. Claws that were perfect for daggers. As the light faded away I saw a slim stream of light outlining my body, my hair floating as if I was swimming in water. I looked around confused and agitated.

W...what's happening to me? Then a voice invaded my mind.

"Serena you need to kill these men. Kill them or they will kill you and everyone you love."

As if someone had flipped a switch I said "yes Master."

I howled and a wave of sound formed away from my body and to the Reapers. The howl being at a pitch so loud that it deafened the Reapers, making them hold their ears as they dropped their guns.

"Now!" And I ran.

Reaching a speed that was faster than any wolf, looking like a blur as I made my way to the first Reaper. Reaching for his gun I ripped it out of his hands, throwing the gun as I slit his throat with my nails. His red blood staining my hand and I could already feel the sense of regret beginning to build.

I...I would have stopped. I would have stopped the slaughter after the first Reaper, but I was like a robot. I...I couldn't stop, I couldn't stop, no matter how much I wanted to stop I...I had to fill out the order.

His order.

Like a monster, I was not in control. Slaughtering as I listened to every neck I broke, every bone I snapped, every rib cage I crushed, and every throat I slitted. I slaughter these men, letting their blood taint me. I...I had saved my family, everyone I loved...so is this...a crime?

Is it a sin to kill these 50 men?

Is it wrong to kill one thing to protect another?

It was then I had realized a terrible truth.

That I...had became a weapon for a war that even hasn't begun.

Walking away from the last victim, I entered the back yard...my hands caked in blood. I soon began to pass out, falling into a pair of arms. Not Ky's arms or Jason's...no, I fell into arms that were completely foreign to me. I fell into the arm's that belong to the one who gave me the orders.

I fell into the arms of my Master.
