Despite how awful Yoongi was, Thal watched as Jimin carefully picked him up, showing a tremendous amount of respect.

There was a faint cloud of blood in the water that slowly sank down to the oily red puddle on the floor as he carried the body of her half-brother towards the door.

As her mother was behind him, quietly weeping, Thal moved ahead and opened the large door. She wasn't sure where she was supposed to be going, but Taehyung and the two males that had been with Jimin were waiting outside in the corridor for them.

Although a little surprised, all three came to attention as Jimim glanced back over his shoulder.

"Where am I taking him?"

Bee hesitated, panic showing on her face as she realised that she knew nothing of her fully grown son.

The palace guard that had been waiting with Taehyung and the other male spoke up, his voice soft.

"Prince Yoongi liked the Kelp Forest," He said, "Once you left, my Queen, he would sit at the edge where you used to picnic with him,"

This brought a fresh wave of anguish over Bee and Thal noticed that Jimin's eyes lowered with her pain.

"Show me, Jin," The other male said, touching his arm, "We can make the area ready for him,"

As the pair took off, Jimin slowly followed with Bee close behind him. Taehyung came around the side, reaching for Thal, who moved back.

"No," She said, "No. You need to explain some things to me before we can be friends again,"

Taehyung slowly lowered his arm, "Princess, I am sorry," He said, "I.. I can't excuse what I have done, but as soon as I first saw you, I knew I couldn't do what the Poseidon asked, even if I didn't want to admit it,"

Thal shook her head a little, her soft hair gently floating around her face, "I have to be with my mum right now," She said, "When I am more sure of all of my emotions and I understand what is happening, maybe then we will talk,"

Hana gasped, her eyes snapping open as she let go of her mother's hand.

Jungkook had been hovering around the pair of them as soon as Daisy had told her daughter to sit and meditate with her, ten minutes before.

"What?! What is it?!" He cried, "Are they okay?"

Tears began to stream down Hana's cheeks, and she brushed them from her skin with her fingertips, confused, "I don't know what's going on," She said, "I feel... all muddled up,"

Daisy opened her own eyes from her cross legged position opposite her, "I was aiming for you to clear your mind so I could guide you into soul searching, but you seem to have stumbled upon it yourself,"

"Soul searching?" Jungkook frowned, "What's- Nevermind, I don't care. What is going on down there,"

"Soul searching is literally searching for a soul woth your mind and forming a temporary connection so you can get glimpses of whatever it is you need to see," Daisy explained, "Past or present memories, emotions or physical feelings and movements,"

"That sounds dangerous of you're a bad guy," Hana muttered, "So I connected with someone?"

"It has to be someone who completely trusts you," Daisy said, "There has to be mutual affection. I assume you connected with Thalassa but you don't know how to read her yet, which is why you feel muddled," She paused, "Or perhaps Thal feels muddled. I can't connect with Vasilissa, she has shut me out,"

"People can do that?!" Hana was surprised.

"Only if they are taught how or have some abilities. Remember, Vasilissa is not human. Her life in the ocean is very different to up here,"

Jungkook groaned, "I don't want to third wheel in a magic lesson, I want to know if Thal is okay,"

Daisy finally looked at him with an irritated expression, "Your single minded behaviour has already pushed her away from you, Jeon Jungkook. When will you learn?" She stood up, dusting damp sand from her clothes, "If she is feeling confused then she is obviously alive. If Hana felt no pain, then even if Thalassa is hurt, it is not life threatening. We are all concerned about their well being, but you need to open up your brain, not your mouth, Jungkook,"

Jungkook frowned and opened his mouth.

"What did I just say?" Daisy sighed, "Use your brain, I know you have one. Stop focusing so hard on one thing," She paused, "Use that brain of yours to get your legs moving to a cafe and bring me back a coffee. Go on, hop to it,"

Jungkook scowled at her but shoved his hands into his pockets, before stomping away from the beach.

Once her was gone, Daisy turned to her daughter, "His heart is full of good intentions," She said softly, "But he has had no schooling in how to properly express himself,"

Hana nodded, "He's not a bad guy,"

"But he has still lost the girl he wants," Daisy replied softly.
