ok so for context this is another school assignment

i forgot what it was, but this was 3 years ago

On the first day of school, Allison walked in. She was very nervous. She thought, "Maybe I'll get beat up by a bully! Or fall off the monkeybars! Oh I wish I was home!" She leaned against the wall, feeling lonely and nervous. She wanted her old friends. Students started to pour in like a big wave of noise crashing into the school. She had no intention to follow. Then, one of the boys stopped when he saw her and walked towards her. He was a tan skinned boy with brown hair and green eyes.

''Hey, are you new here?'' he said.

''Yeah," she said shyly.

"My name's Jamie, what's yours?"

"Allison," she whispered.

"I'll show you around the school if you want!" he exclaimed.

"No it's okay I'm-"

"Come on follow me!" he interrupted.

He ran off towards the stairs. Not wanting to be left alone, Allison followed. About halfway up, they met a brown skinned girl with curls of poofy black hair, pink glasses, and dark brown eyes.

"Oh, hi! I'm Olivia!" She said.

"Um...hi." Allison said.

"Are you new here?" She asked.

"Yes" Allison replied.

"Ooh! Follow me!" She said as she almost bounced up the stairs and down the hallway. This is getting crazy! She thought. When she got to her class, her new teacher, Mrs. Rebeckah, introduced her to the class. When the bell rang she ran outside to play with Olivia and Jamie. and She had fun. Jamie and Olivia helped her solve her problem of being shy!
