"Injury....severe....damaged....days...."

My eyes were closed, but I could faintly hear words coming from someone I didn't recognize. Their voice was low, as if they were in a different room. I slowly opened my eyes. I looked around and saw that I was in a hospital. I wasn't on a hospital bed, though, I was slumped in a chair.

'Where am I?' I thought, sitting up.

"Oh, (Y/N)...you're awake..." I heard a voice say beside me. It was Marco.

"Yeah...uhm...where are we?" I asked him.

"Hospital." He stated.

"No duh. I mean, why are we here?" I pushed.

"Well, uh, there." He pointed past me.

I followed his finger and looked behind me. I saw the most terrifying thing. Jack. He was in a hospital bed. He had multiple tubes sticking out of his arms and he had a heart monitor to the left of him. I covered my mouth with my hand to hold in the sobs that I knew were coming. I felt tears pricking my eyes and I willed them to go back. They didn't. I didn't know what to do, so I just hugged Marco as tightly as I could. He was the only one there for me right now.

"(Y/N)..." Marco started.

That's when the doors bursted open. I turned around, still hugging Marco, to see Mark with Amy close behind. I jumped out of Marco's grasp and ran over to Amy. She just stood there, hugging me as tightly as I was to her.

"I-Is he okay?" Mark stuttered.

"I don't know...I just woke up." I replied, letting go of Amy and walking to Mark.

He was just standing to the side of Jack's bed, not moving. I could understand why. I hadn't known these guys for a long time, but I knew that these two were best friends. Mark cared about Jack so much and Jack was the same. I knew that it hurt him to see Jack this way. Not that it didn't hurt me, too. I loved Jack with all my heart, I felt broken seeing him like this. Soon enough, I couldn't take it anymore, so I looked away.

"Oh, (Y/N)..." Amy cooed, pulling me I'm for another hug, while I was on the verge of tears, again.

"W-why did th-this have to h-happen?" I asked no one in particular.

"It's okay, (Y/N). Jack will be okay soon enough." I heard Alexis say from behind Amy.

"Let's hope so." Amy replied, letting me go.

HEEYYYYY!!! So I don't exactly know if I'm going to post much, but I'll TRY! I did, however, fracture my ankle, so I may or may not go to school tomorrow and I might be able to write some chapters.

I'm soooo happy that when I was gone, this book got to freaking 14.4k and is currently at #662 in fanfiction! YUS!!!

Idk what else to say...XD
