January came and went, Jimmy pushed himself to get better and use to the tubes that were now his new normal.
Physical therapy, therapy and also plans on what he would do.
Firstly he had to make sure people, like the government knew he wasn't missing or dead, get a new phone, new credit card and so much more.
He would stay with Jay and his family for a short while before he moved in with Stella, in the next town over; Both agreed they'd live together as it was best.

Jimmy got to spend time with his family, catching up on so much that he missed out on and it was. . . A surprise to find Bubbe had apparently passed away, he wasn't sad nor angry but. . . He just nodded.
He learned about Nicky's school, his new friends and the neighbours, Jay's new job and even got to see Miguel again.

That night, him, Jay and Saul sat together as Luanne took Nicky to bed.

Saul cleared his throat,"So. . . This Sawyer, he didn't do anything else to you, did he.", Jimmy shuddered,"He was. . . Not a good man, as you can tell. . . Always said I was wasting my potential on Playtime Co, when he kidnapped me. . . He said that once he found a way to escape, he'd make me. . . See what he sees, and show me. . .", Jimmy could barely finish that sentence.
Jay pulled Jim close,"It's okay. . . One step at a time, you don't have to tell us. . . Just know, we're here for you and tell us anything when you're ready.", Jimmy nods, pulling Jay into a hug.
"I missed you all. . . So much. . . And I'm so sorry. . ."
Jay hugged his brother back, Saul swore if he ever saw that Sawyer or that Leith guy; He'd kill them for what they did to Jimmy, Stella and Rich.

In the middle of February, Stella and Jimmy got a new house; Had their stuff found, they had a ton of savings as neither were really big spenders.
Rich came to help with Olivia, Jay and Saul as well; The house was simple, a bungalow, small garden and a driveway.
Jimmy smiled, adjusting the bag that now carried his oxygen tank easier to carry it around than wheel it around.
Stella stood by him, hair now tied back.
"Oh. . . I just noticed, your hair. . .?"
Stella nods,"Yeah, white hair stress. . . Greying; Haven't gotten it coloured in a while.", Jimmy nods,"Well. . . You look beautiful. . .", Stella smiled.
Saul sighed,"Guess those two really were dating.", Jay shook his head,"You'll find someone, Saul; Let them have it.", Saul did, he was happy for Jimmy, he really was.

That night, Stella and Jimmy just sat in the living room and watched a movie.
