There was a boy named Poor he wasn't actually poor, his Dad named him that because of how expensive it was to have him even born, especially when his mother died. Poor is a smart straight(✨GAY✨) A high school kid. Poor was never really fond of humor or laughing, or even simple jokes! He hasn't laughed since he was 5 years old, he even refuses to smile! But that might change during his senior year...

There was also another boy named Lol, his mother named him that because when he was born he laughed. Lol was the class clown of High school, always trying to make his peer's laugh. He wasn't really a straight A student but he does get B's and C's. Lol has made everyone in the school laugh to his jokes, everyone except for Poor. So Lol's goal for his senior year is to make Poor laugh, and maybe get into a relationship with him before they all go off to college.
