"I'm pretty sure it was a ghost," Koji chimed in a matter of fact tone a broad smile on his face as they trotted down the dirt road, "I'm pretty certain that it wasn't a ghost," (y/n) replied wiping down the cold steel of her blade carefully studying the fine metal of the nichirin sword,

"Oh really?" He retorted cocking a finely trimmed eyebrow crossing his arms over his chest "Ghosts don't bleed," she explained studying the bloody rag, the corners of his lips curled into a small pout as he looked away grumbling under his breath Tanjiro smiled warmly watching the two bicker like a pair of siblings, he adjusted the straps on his shoulder,

"Tokyo is just ahead we should make a rest stop there," Tanjiro suggested speaking up looking between the two bickering young adults, "I could use a bite to eat," Koji chimed licking his lips thoughtfully his stomach grumbles loudly letting out almost animal-like sounds, "Geez, Koji we had lunch an hour ago," (y/n) said with a deadpan expression,

He grinned sheepishly lifting his shoulders in a half shrug "Yeah but I exhausted so much energy killing those ghosts," he responded, "demons Koji, you can't kill a ghost," she corrected him Tanjiro bowed his head letting out a deep sigh the trio trotted down the unaware of the figure that watched them from the shadows of the tree,

The corners of their lips curled into a devilish grin,

So beautiful and so blissfully unaware I see why he's obsessed with her, the mysterious figure chimed thoughtfully to themselves brushing a finger through their long dark locks, "I may just keep her for myself," they said laughing sinisterly disappearing into the darkness of the forest,

The trio made a pit stop at one of Tokyo's famous bathhouses, (y/n) breathed in the scent of the essential oils emphasised by the hot steam that filled the private room, "you seem to be comfortable," a familiar voice said (y/n) glanced over her shoulder her a dark blush dusting her cheeks as she met a pair of burgundy hues,

She swallowed the lump in her throat studying him through wide eyes he had a towel wrapped around his waist tightly he looked at her lips curled into a warm broad smile, "w-what are you doing here?" She stuttered in a shaky voice looking away bashfully he tilted his head an innocent look on his face, "I thought we could bath together like when we were infants," he proposed she turned away as he removed his towel,

"Is something wrong?" He asked blissfully unaware blinking as he moved closer to her placing a hand on her shoulder, (y/n) grew tense as her cheeks grew hotter she inwardly began to panic covering her bare chest up with her arms she turned around to face him nervously, "hold your hand out," he instructed her in a sweet boyish voice,

She hesitated as she lifted her hand up a dark blush dusted her (s/t) as he took her hand into his, she watched through wide eyes as he carefully slid his mother's engagement ring on her finger "I thought we should make it official," he whispered kissing her hand tenderly, "Tanjiro," she whispered snaking her arms around his neck he blushed darkly as their lips locked in a passionate kiss,

He placed his coarse hands on her (round/narrow/violin) hips painted lightly with (moles/scars/stretch marks) he felt the corners of his lips curl into a warm giddy smile, the moment was ruined when a wooden bucket collided with the burgundy haired boys head "get your hands off her!" Koji exclaimed in a high pitched screech, he pointed an accusing finger at the boy who trembled under his fiery gaze,

His nostrils flared as he placed his hands on his hips face red with anger "how'd I get stuck with two horny teenagers," he grumbled to himself, she watched as the raven-haired male dragged tanjiro out by the hair on his head,

(Y/n) watched the tall raven-haired boy drag out his younger companion who bashfully covered his bare bits with his hands, her (e/c) orbs drifted down to the beautiful simple ring that adorned her finger,

The corners of her lips curled into a dreamy smile she felt like a giddy little girl she admired the ring as she soaked in the warmth of the water, the sounds of objects being thrown around a room and screaming could be heard in the next room "please young sir, not the vase!" An elderly woman screamed,

Trying to take the 100-year-old antique out of Kojis strong grip "I let you out of my sight for 5 minutes!" He exclaimed his hair still dripping wet, "it isn't what it looked like!" Tanjiro retorted growing pale as the older boy towered over him a cold expression, "if you touch her before you're married I'll castrate you with a rusty saw," he said calmly,

Almost too calmly as he placed a hand on the young boy's shoulder a sickly sweet smile on his lips "you understand don't you?" He purred, Tanjiro nodded his head curtly cowering as he pulled himself to his feet they began to dress themselves Tanjiro glanced over his shoulder locking eyes with the raven-haired boy he shuddered as he made an 'I'm watching you,' gesture,

He swallowed the nervous lump in his throat buttoning up his uniform hastily his hands trembling as he struggled with the buttons, "I could use a bite to eat," (y/n) said as she opened the sliding door breaking the awkward silence she offered the two a warm smile, "if you think food is going to get you out of the lecture I have lined up for you too..." Koji paused,

Rubbing his pointed chin thoughtfully bowing his head ever so slightly "you would be right," he said grabbing his sword strapping it to his hip, "I saw this great BBQ place not far from here," he said leading the two young adults out of the Bathhouse taking long strides he began to salivate his mouth watering at the thought of the delectable BBQ crackling,

"I swear it was right here!" Koji exclaimed grabbing the back of his head in his hands letting out a frustrated sigh his eyes darting in every direction, (y/n) tapped her foot impatiently one hand on her hip an irritated expression on her face "you made us walk all this way for BBQ that doesn't even exist," she huffed in annoyance,

Tanjiro smiled sheepishly scratching the back of his head adjusting the box on his back "I saw a great little shop over there," he suggested pointing down the street trying to diffuse the situation, Koji and (y/n) exchanged a glance "fine let's go," he replied crossing his arms over his broad just stomping down the road Tanjiro carefully laced his fingers between his fiancé giving her hand a gentle squeeze,

She offered him a warm smile as they walked hand in hand down the busy streets of Tokyo, "Excuse me miss, you dropped this," (y/n) said picking up a small handcrafted doll that fell to the floor holding it out to a small girl, "thank you," she replied shyly Tanjiro blushed (y/n) skirt lifted ever so slightly revealing her (f/c) panties,

He felt the back of a strong hand smack him across his head a pair of scolding eyes glared down at him, Koji removed his Haori wrapping it around her waist his brow twitched in annoyance as a group of greasy men lurked quietly in the corner eyeing the young (h/c) haired girl he hopped on one foot as be removed his shoe throwing it in one of the older men's faces "she's 15 you creep!" He exclaimed furiously shaking a fist,

"That is it!" He said startling the two young adults (y/n) yelped in surprise as she was dragged to the nearest clothing shop, "I have had it with this fan service!" He declared pulling out a pair of shorts throwing it at her "put these on!" He demanded slamming money on the shop clerks desk huffing in annoyance as he walked out the store,

She quietly excused herself hiding her embarrassed expression holding the pair of shorts to her chest as she stepped inside a change room sliding the curtain close behind her, Tanjiro patiently waited outside for her rocking back and forth on the balls of his feet staring at the ceiling with a thoughtful look, "I'm done," (y/n) chimes happily as she stepped out the pair of shorts was neatly tucked under her skirt,

"We better go buy Koji some food before he has an aneurism," (y/n) said half-jokingly, "I think he earned it after everything we put him through today," the burgundy haired boy added holding a finger up a small smile on his lips,

To those who may be wondering why I haven't been online for so long, I apologise we had a family member who is currently hospitalised my family is still reeling from the situation so I am unsure of when I will be able to update next, no it isn't the virus she was found unresponsive and things are complicated atm, I don't want to get into it too much.
