I heard shouts of alarm and footsteps running towards me in all directions so I snapped my eyes open and unfolded my wings hissing as I lunged out of a pair of warm, embracing arms and into the air

Looking at the people who caused the noise who were now silent. Slowly turning my head my eyes met with a pair of others that were wide, really wide......Mitch..

"You're supposed to be dead!" Mitch yelled backing up from me.

"BUT I'M NOT!" I yelled back smirking and he nodded his head earning a laugh from the others.

"Preston?" One of the group asked and I looked to see Nooch.

"OK first off! You set yoursef on fire when Mitch pulled the trigger and now you have wings??!?!?!?!?" Nooch yelled throwing his hands into the air.

"Ok mister Mat! First off, the fire is a defense mechanism... second off! The wings appeared as soon as I grew you can ask Rob and when Mitch pulled the trigger is because.....I'm a neutral mob..." I explined and his eyes widened when I said Neutral.

"So you can trigger off whenever you want?!?!" Jerome wondered joking around and I smirked.

"Only when I feel threatened!" I inquired and a series of 'oooohhss' or 'ahhh I get it!' echoed throughout the four below me.

"Then why do you get set off by a gunshot?!?" Mat asked and my eyes widened a vision flashing through my mind.

~ALRIIGHTT FLASHBACK SMAARHH!!~

Rob stomped up the stairs a gun in his hand aiming right at me, he wouldn't hurt me....He loved me.... Furrowing my eyebrows I saw something running outside of the window and my instincts kicked in.

I ran towards Rob as he pulled the gunshot a loud noise echoing across the house, ringing in my ears I kept running faster than I did before.

Pulling the trigger aain tears in his eyes, Mitch and Jerome's screams deafened by the sound of the gunshot as it went straight through my chest. My vision becoming clouded I lunged over Rob,

smashing through the window behind him and as soon as my feet touched the ground dashed out of the there, vision swimming I gasped having hard trouble breathing.

I was going to die......

~AWWW FLASHBACK OVER! DX~

"Past memories I'm guessing." I mumbled a hint of venom in my voice.

Vision flashing red for a second I looked at Mat smiling but soon it faded and I broke contact with him looking downwards ashamed until I saw Rob jumping upwards below me trying to grab my left foot.

Laughing I flew a bit higher just as he grabbed my foot so he was dangling in mid air for a bit. Slithering my tail towards him I wrapped it around his waist and pulled him towards me.

"Hey Rob." I laughed at his shocked expression.

"Hello you work out don't you?" He replied jokingly in a weird accent.

"Not really, just kill stuff, you know, demon stuff." I laughed as his eyes went wide but soon shrank as he realized I was joking.

"You.... You're kidding right?" Rob quivered worriedly.

"Majority..." I whispered making him squeal.

Diving back towards the ground I planted him in Mat's arms causing them to fall over and earn a round of laughter from me, Mitch and Jerome....

Maybe there was people waiting for me once I got home.....
