She stood there in front of me like a stone!!!

While she kept protesting...

I kept walking towards her!

She was not ready to step inside the gate of Kapoor Villa!!!

I took long steps towards her...she stepped back.

I stopped! Looked at her...

She was nervous... angry... tensed...

I don't know why a smile lingered on my lips 🙃

'I am going back to Nelamangala' she said turning around...

'Ishaani.... I mean...Ms Sharma... what is the problem?' I asked her while her back was facing me...

She turned in one go...her hair flipped on my face...

Her soft silky... thick lush hair and that lavender fragrance intoxicated me....
❤️❤️❤️ Ufff....I may just get knocked out...

I profusely looked into those beautiful deer like eyes

'I am not staying here because this is not right! This is your house! And I am your employee!!!

If an employee stays in her boss's house do you know what world will term that as😠 Remember your big Kapoor surname and reputation .....Mr Kapoor!!! Please understand your boundaries on your professional front!!!'

The minute she said that my anger flared up 10 times higher!!!

I held her by her forearms tightly pulling her s little closer and said...

'Miss Sharma... First things first...

I no longer bother about what world thinks about me or my family name!!!

Second...the house I am staying is earned from the same empire that was setup by my grandparents and the same Gaya's which you are hired to work for!!!

Third and most important... I am also very much aware of my 'Professsssional' boundaries!!!

That's why you wouldn't be staying in Kapoor Villa!

That .. there you see... opposite to Kapoor Villa is Kapoor Guest house!!! That's your new home! Your privacy will be completely taken care. No one would disturb you... There is that huge swimming pool that seperates you from Kapoor Villa! Believe me neither me or anyone without your permission would cross that 'Pool Sethu' to reach you!!! Unless you would need me to 😉'
I said ....

I don't know why I had a smile on my lips when I said that 🤭

She kept looking into my eyes...her eyes widened in shock!😳

I saw her lips quivering to say something! But she kept quiet.

Breathing heavily she finally passed by my side and finally stepped inside the gates of Kapoor Villa...

I don't know why I felt a sense of calmness... Right now...

She was trying to get her luggage out from the car...

I went to help her but she quickly snapped at me saying...

'Please Mr Kapoor!!! I can manage.. this doesn't come in the contract of my job opportunity with Gaya's'

I clenched my fist!!!

Her anger uffff!!!

I still didn't budge and carried her luggage while she looked at me with her big button like eyes ...

'Yes ..it doesn't come as per Gaya's contract... It comes under the contract of chivalry being a gentleman!!!
So please!!!! May I???' I said diving again into her eyes...

I saw her breathing hard in anger 😤

She left the bag handle and left!!!

I smiled🙃

I took her luggage and took steps towards

Kapoor Guest house...

Opened the doors and welcomed her in...

She looked at the place and turned around to look at me...

'I think this is way too lavish for an employee Mr Kapoor!'

'Its company accommodation for its privileged employee Ms Sharma...' I said taking a few steps towards her...

While she took a few steps back...She slipped and next thing I held her by her waist...

My arms around her waist was something I hadn't felt for so many years....🔥🔥🔥

Those curves perfectly fitted around my arms ❤️

I kept looking into the pool of her eyes...

While her big saucer like eyes kept staring straight like she got some shock 😳

I had a crazy urge to pull her tightly and get a tight bone crashing hug from her warm body....🔥🔥🔥🔥

Ohhhh.... how much would I love doing that...

Dev!!!! Stop!!!

She quickly pushed me away and got out of my arms....

Was very smart...to stay at. Distance from me...

She maintained a good distance from me!!! 🤨

I took a few steps back and said...
'Good night Miss Sharma'

And turned around...

While I heard her mumble a soft 'Goodnight' under her lips...

I had a smile on my lips 🙃

While reaching the door... before stepping out of the guest house...

I slightly tilted my head sideways and said...

'And .... Welcome home!!!'

And quickly stepped out of the guesthouse!!!

I could see her reflection on the glass door where her mouth had opened like a fish 😂🤣

I blushed hard and went back to Kapoor Villa!!!

While I stepped inside the house...

I had Dhruv standing at the door...

I smiled at him while about to take the staircase Dhruv called me out...

'Bhai....

Did you rehire Ishaani?'

I stopped and said...

'Yes!'

He came and stood infront of me and asked...

'You also offered her our Guest house yo stay?'

I looked at him and nodded!

He had a pissed expression on his face!

'Gaya's needed her... She is a contractor free Lancer and her safety is my....I mean....our responsibility!' I said...

'Gaya's needs her or you need her Bhai' he questioned looking straight into my eyes...

I averted my gaze...
'Shes just an employee Dhruv!' I said firmly...

He smiled sarcastically

'I hope so Bhai!!! Because last time I only thought as a brother and kept quiet with what you did to her but this time believe me if you do anything wrong with her I will only think as Ishaani's jiju!!! So be ready to not just face Ahana's wrath but also my anger!!!' He said pointing a finger at me!!!

For the first time in 30 years Dhruv spoke to me like that!

He looked really angry and concerned for her...

I could only imagine what might she have gone through...

Dhruv was upset with me when my wedding broke but he never questioned me once... although he left silently with Ahana to London and started managing all our business from there. He took care of the export division along with the CFO post.

I was completely cut out from Ahana and Dhruv...

Daadi was in touch with them but never spoke a word about Ahana or her family to me...

I didn't know anything that was happening in their lives...

I don't know how they coped up with everything!

Last I saw Sharma's was on the day of Ahana's wedding. I infact didn't even know that Ahana was pregnant before. I only knew that she lost her baby when she was 6 months pregnant only when Daadi cried in my arms saying about it.

I had turned a kind of an unwanted show piece in people's lives...

Daadi also stayed with me...took care of my needs and necessities but kept a safe distance from my personal life!

It's like.....they gave up on me😔

I quickly entered my bedroom...

And opened the screen of my balcony and looked outside...

My room had a good view of her living room...

I saw the lights of living room were out...

She's probably settled down...

But that feeling of having her next to my house....

Infront of me... All the time ❤️

Brought a strange happiness to my heart ❤️

I lied down on the bed... facing the guesthouse❤️

I closed my eyes hugging my pillow and slipped into a deep slumber ❤️

Ishaani's POV:

Life has such strange... unexpected turns!!!

I don't know what is happening with my life!

3 years back the chapter I closed has suddenly opened again!

I am right now again...

Working for Gaya's...

Right now in Kapoor Villa...

Under the gaze of...

Mr Dev Kapoor!

God ..... that name created havoc in my life🙁

But now I'm here again!!! Again ready to face the same!!!

No!!!

Not the same!!!

Tiredness of journey was still on me...I needed a goodnight sleep ever since Tanmay's Roka but my schedule never let me have one....And again I must travel back to Jaipur today for his engagement 🙆

I hope atleast this time Dad can make it to the function. Mom's ligament tear definitely was a hiccup. To add on Daadi's deteriorating health 😔

Well hope against hope... Tanmay would be so happy seeing them...but let's see 😑

Too many things happening in the back of my head....

Soon sleep claimed my eyes😴
