~ Important Author's Note (Pls Read) ~
This oneshot takes place a few months after Polaris was first introduced to the Daycare and Pizzaplex as a whole. So at this time of the oneshot Sun has had a few months of working side by side with Polaris. Only he is now just realizing he might like her as more than just a friend and coworker. That he has actually possibly fallen in love with her. So with that being said I hope you guys enjoy. ;3

~ Moon's POV ~

It's been a few months since the first arrival of Polaris. I mainly work security but have noticed she's been a rather incredible helper to have around the daycare. Her work hasn't gone unnoticed either, not even by Fazbear. In fact Polaris is so good at her job that only in the couple of months we've had her around she's already been given a huge raise by Fazbear.

Polaris is now deemed as the 2nd head daycare attendant after Sun who's the 1st. Thus taking Earth's position as she's now 3rd head daycare attendant instead. We are all so proud of Polaris for already climbing the ranks as much as she has in the so little time she's worked with us.

However aside from that, I've also noticed something else. Ever since the arrival of Polaris Sun has been more quiet than usual.

In fact now that I think about it these past recent months Sun has been very quiet and distant. He's also been spending a lot of time with Polaris during his free time as well.

Yet even when Sun isn't with Polaris, I've caught him on multiple occasions staring off into space with a how do I put it... a blank shy stare like he's lost in thought. But lost in thought about something or more so... someone.

He's lost in thought in the sense of like he has a crush. So essentially a daydream stare. The only ever person I saw him act like this around was Roxanne way back when, which was over 2 years ago.

Now that I think about it where even is Sun? I know he's currently on his break but I don't know where, in fact his break is actually nearly over. So with that I check the cameras to see if I could find him. Oddly enough I couldn't.

That's when I look up from the reception desk at the front of the daycare I was currently working at and looked at the surroundings. I looked to see if I could see if Sun was possibly nearby but the cameras couldn't find him for some reason.

When I looked up, I saw Lunar doing arts and crafts with a small group of kids at some of the small tables. I also saw Polaris teaching another small group of kids in a different area of the daycare. Funny how the 2 daycare attendants aside from me left working in here are very similar in the sense that they're pale powdery pastel colors.

Either way, the groups of kids were small because there were not as many kids left in here. Just the more younger ones that are too young to go out. So the ones ranging from 1 year olds at youngest which we basically have none of to 4 year olds.

The other half of the kids which were the older ones ranging from 6 year olds to 10 year olds at oldest were taken with Earth and Luna to do activities in the Pizzaplex attractions.

I think today was space adventuring at Luna's Galactic Space Adventure, so of course they wanted the main woman who runs it there with them. Go-cart racing at Roxy's Raceway. Then ending off the day with mini golf in Monty's Gator Golf.

The half of the half of kids left here in the daycare, so the 5 year olds to 9 year olds were in Fazbear Theater with Solar, watching Ruin's live performances.

To be honest, I still can't believe Ruin and Solar are dating. That's still so bizarre to me as it's something I never thought would happen but did. However, I'm not one to judge, good for them.

Either way, as I looked over the daycare I did end up finding Sun. He was sitting up on the balcony above the ballpit that leads into our old, now claimed to be Solar and Ruin's room. Sun had his legs dangling down from where he was sitting. What the hell was he doing up there?

That's when I get up from where I was sitting to see what Sun was doing up in the room. I also left to go up to tell him his break was practically over at this point.

I left the daycare through the giant wooden doors and headed on my way. The only way I could get into that room was to go through the theater.

When I entered the theater through the double doors I stop to see if Solar was running concession so I could say "hi". However, Solar actually wasn't behind the counter or in the backroom.

That's when I thought "He must've taken a break to go watch his boyfriend perform. I mean why wouldn't he."

After that I then entered the actual theater part to see I was in fact correct. Solar was down in the front watching Ruin perform from the front's sideline.

Solar was leaning back against the wall arms crossed and incredibly focused in on watching Ruin's every move and probably listening to every word he says. In fact as I looked closer he had a soft barely noticeable smile and blush on his face. Seeing that makes me think "Heh, lovebirds much."

However, while I was in the back of the theater, I myself couldn't help but to stop and watch Ruin for a brief moment as well. As much as I still hate Ruin with a burning passion, I will admit he is really good at being a theater performer. Very entertaining.

Before I ended up getting way too invested in the story Ruin was telling and acting out, I snapped myself out of it. After that I continued on my way up to the room above the ballpit to talk to Sun.

Upon entering the room I go up to the balcony and call out to Sun but I don't get a response. That's when I noticed Sun was lost in thought again with that same daydream stare I was talking about earlier.

Curious as to what he was so lost in thought about, I go up to him then place my hand on his shoulder while saying his name at the same time to snap him out of it. However, I think I snapped Sun out of it way too suddenly.

The reason why was because upon contact he jumped and gets startled. Thus making me grab his hand to prevent him from falling off the ledge and into the ballpit below.

Moon: "Careful Sun."

Sun: "Moon! *huffs in relief* Don't do that! You nearly gave me a heart attack!"

After Sun said that I take a seat on the balcony beside him.

Moon: "Sorry."

Sun: "No it's fine, just next time like I said, don't do that."

Moon: "Well I have to snap you out of it somehow."

Sun: "I guess."

After that, Sun immediately reentered that daydream like state and turned his head in the same direction as it was when I found him. Thats when I noticed he wasn't lost in thought, he was looking at something or more so... someone.

Curious, I followed where his eyes' gaze was, only to see he was looking directly at Polaris and watching her every move in the same exact way I just saw Solar watching Ruin. That's when I get a smirk on my face. Sun totally had a crush on Polaris.

Moon: "You're totally crushing on her aren't you."

Sun: *gets a major blush* "What! No! Who!"

Moon: "Sun, I just caught you watching Polaris work with the kids in the exact same way I just came from seeing Solar watching Ruin while he was performing in the theater. Plus your face went bright red when I said that. You can't hide it from me Sunny."

Sun: "I..."

Moon: "Just say it brother."

Sun: "I... *sighs*... fine, maybe I do have a little something for her. I mean look at her, how can I not? She works with the kids so well, she's gorgeous, and her personality is incredible too."

Moon: "I can't say, because I only have a heart and eyes for my Starlight."

Sun: "Awww"

Moon: *lightly blushes* "Shut up."

Sun: "You and Luna are really cute together."

Moon: "Heh..."

Sun: "It's true. You're what? Going strong with her for 2 years now? Soon to be 3?"

Moon: "Yeah... soon to be 3."

Sun: "When are you gonna ask?"

Moon: "What do you mean?"

Sun: "You know exactly what I mean. When are you going to pop the question to her?"

Moon: "I...*realizes what he's doing and snaps back to original topic*... Hey! Don't change the subject!"

Sun: "Wh-What do you mean? I didn't do that" *nervously laughs*

Moon: "Sun, you totally have a huge crush on Polaris and you just admitted it too.

Sun: "N-N-No I Didn't!"

Moon: "Brother."

Sun: "I..."

Moon: "It's kinda cute. Because last time I remember you ever having a crush as big as this one was when you had a huge crush on Roxanne."

Sun: "I-I-I..."

Moon: "If you like Polaris that much, say it to her."

Sun: "I... I can't."

Moon: "Why?"

Sun: "As of recent months working with her... I just kinda freeze up around her. I get genuinely nervous around her. I have even somehow gotten sweaty around her and I'm not even fully biomechanical so sweating shouldn't even be fucking possible!"

Moon: "Sun, you aren't the animatronic you were in the past. You aren't as scared as your past self was. You gained more backbone and grew up immensely. In fact, I'll be honest with you here, I couldn't be more proud of you as my brother for doing so. So if you like Polaris and want to be with her as more than just friends and coworkers go up to her and say it. It never hurts to ask the question."

Sun: "But..."

Moon: "No buts."

Sun: "B-But what if she d-doesn't like me back a-a-and rejects me?"

Moon: "Sun, I watch the daycare and all of you constantly, it's part of my job as daycare security. So believe me when I say this... Polaris definitely likes you back, probably even more than you like her."

Sun: "H-How do you know?"

Moon: "Polaris showed signs of crushing on you the very moment she first stepped foot and walked through those wooden doors, arriving at the daycare months ago. I've seen her get just as shy, nervous, and awkward around you for months. I saw her interest in you before you even started showing interest in her."

Sun: "R-Really?"

Moon: "Yes. In fact, I can now clearly see that both of you have massive interest in each other. So be a man and take the initiative. If you want Polaris to be yours make it known to her. Ask. Her. Out. She's waiting. She's been patiently waiting for months, wanting you to just for once... notice her."

Sun: "I..."

Moon: "You can do this Sun. I believe in you."

Sun: "I... *sighs*... Fine, after work I'll ask her."

Moon: "That's it Sunny, ask the girl."

Sun: "I guess another thing that made me like her like I do now is because she reminds me of me."

Moon: "Wait, really?"

Sun: "Mmhm. Well... early me. Just look at her and watch her closely."

With that I listen to Sun and watch her. That's when I realized he was right. Polaris's personality and way she interacts with kids is almost exactly like how Sun was in the past. Only she was more calm and not as overly energetic. How did I not realize this before.

Moon: "Now that you mention it... she does give early Sun vibes, just not as overly energetic or annoying."

Sun: "S—... HEY!!"

Moon: *gives a little snicker*
(A/n: Bro why do I actually hear Moon's cute little snicker laugh with that.🥲)

Sun: "Fuck you."

Moon: "Love you too brother."

Sun: "Whatever. But yes, I see early me in her and now you do too."

Moon: "That I do."

After I said that I hear Sun give a sigh and go back to watching Polaris from a far. That's when I remembered the other reason I came up here.

Moon: "Also Sun."

Sun: "Hm?"

Moon: "You're break is over. It's been over for about ten minutes."

Sun: "Fuck! I'm late! Why didn't you tell me sooner Moon!!"

I then see Sun immediately stand up very quickly out of panic and was about to start frantically heading out the door. That's when I grab his hand and stop him before leaving.

Moon: "Hey, hey, hey. It's ok Sun. No need to panic like that. It's not like kids were left unattended. Solar, Lunar, Earth, Polaris, Ruin, and Glamrock Luna still have them perfectly occupied and have been watching them. I just gave you a reminder. No need to rush out the door like that."

Sun: "Huh. Yeah I guess you're right. How many workers do we have at this point?"

Moon: "Let's see. You, me, Lunar, Solar, Earth, Polaris, Ruin, and the occasional Glam Luna when she's free. So about 8 workers at this point."

Sun: "We have a lot of attendants."

Moon: "Yeah. We do. It's a big popular place that only grows in numbers."

Sun: "True.

Moon: "Exactly. Now, head back to post Sunny. They need you.

Sun: *takes a deep breath and calms down* "Y-Yeah... sorry I just..."

Moon: "I know. Again, let's head out together alright."

Sun: "Alright."

With that the both of us headed out of the room. Once we were on the main floor we headed back to our posts. Sun went to continue working along side Lunar and Polaris while I hopped back to being security.
