One of the twin guild leaders were calmly doing some paperwork in their shared office when suddenly, an explosion sound could be heard all through the island.

As curious as the leader was, he decided to get up and find out what had made that explosion. Immediately, he assumed it was the combusion mage known as Inmo but he was just a B-Rank and his powers weren't that strong. So he was immediately out of the question.

Once he arrived at the source of the explosion, which was on the training grounds, he saw his brother and the fire mage of his guild on the floor. Both of them had shocked looks all over their faces.

"Brother? Kit? Are you guys alright?" He walked over to help the blue-haired twin and the fire mage known as Kit off of the floor.

"Yeah we're fine. This thing decided to pop out of nowhere!" He pointed towards a giant sphere which had a blue/red top and a white bottom with a black line going round it. There was also some sort of button on the middle.

As they were staring at the mysterious object, the rest of their guild members arrived on the scene, also curious on the explosion.

These members are an ice devil slayer, a cavern dragon slayer, a nature cat, a water god slayer and a combustion mage.

"What was that- What's that?!" The ice devil slayer known as David yelled, pointing at the sphere as everyone else were staring with wide eyes.

"We don't know. We were training when it suddenly appeared. There seems to be a button on the middle though." The bluenette known as Ritchie explained, tilting his head at the end of his sentence.

"What happens when you press it?" The god slayer named Lucas asked, now a bit more curious.

"Well, let's see." The white-haired twin who's name was Brandon flew up and pressed the button, then flew back to his spot next to his brother.

Nothing happened for a few seconds until it suddenly opened.

Everyone got into a defensive position but it rendered useless when a red cloud was shot out towards the group. Everyone tried to shoot attacks at it but it was no use and the red smoke pulled them into the sphere, trapping them inside.

It suddenly disappeared like it never came, leaving no trace of it or any of the guild leaders and members...

Everyone is this guild were casually doing their own thing. The shadow god guild leader was in his office, a shadow dragon slayer and a poison dragon slayer were talking with each other quietly, the gunslinger was having a drink at the bar with the second in command, and their A-Rank bartender was behind the bar making drinks.

All was quiet and normal until a loud explosion happened in the middle of he guildhall, getting the attention of everyone.

Everyone walked to the middle when the smoke cleared and it revealed a purple/white sphere which had a light purple M on the front.

"Alright, what was that explosion?" The purple-haired short bean known as Michael walked out of his office.

Everyone pointed towards the giant sphere.

"Anyone know what that is?" The second in command known as Bren asked, looking at everyone who just shakes their heads.

"Is this a button?" The ginger one named Colin asked while pushing said button.

Nothing happened for a few seconds.

"Are you sure you should be pressing that?" The gunslinger known as Pat or Triggerfinger asked cautiously.

The poison guild member who everyone called Viper but known as Mitch opened his mouth to say something but the spherical object suddenly opened.

Some of them were shocked but others got into a fighting position. A red smoke was emitting from the inside of the open object and engulfed Michael and his members.

Everyone was trying to escape but was no luck as they were pulled into the sphere and the lid closed, entraping them. Once it disappeared completely, the person left opened his eyes to see no trace of his guild leader or his guildmates.

The only thing going through Bren's mind was...

'Where'd they go?'

The life god slayer cat, a fire dragon slayer, a time mage and a takeover mage were all in the kitchen baking cookies as it was their day off.

Suddenly an explosion followed by a panicked scream could be heard by all of them, making them all follow the noise to the door and out the guildhall.

Once they arrived outside, they saw a giant blue and white ball with a black strip across it. They also saw their guild leader or the queen of dragons on the ground with books around her.

"Bri! Are you ok?" The takeover mage known as Kay walked over and helped her up with her stuff.

"Yes I am, thank you Kay." She smiled and turned around to this weird thing which was in the middle of the path.

"But I have no idea on what this thing is." She turns to her second in command called Lo Pho and asked "Lo Pho, have you got any idea on what this could be?"

He shook his head. "Nope. I have no clue, but I did notice a button on the middle of it."

Curious, Mr Fire Dragon Roar decided walk up to the ball and push the button, ignoring his mates telling him not to.

Once he pushed it, he backed up and was slapped in thr back of the head. "Why would you push a random button?! You don't know what it will do!" Kay scolded him while the dragon slayer known as Bryan rubbed the part where Kay slapped him.

Nothing happened for a few seconds.

"I-I guess nothing h-h-happened..." The stuttering bluenette, a.k.a Jakey, stuttered out just before the sphere opened.

This made them all jump in shock as a red smoke covered them all and dragged them into the spherical item. Most tried attacking but stopped when they realised it did nothing.

They were pulled into the sphere as it closed behind them, trapping them within. The blue orb suddenly disappeared along with the 5 magic users as someone was exiting the guild hall.

"Hello? Bri? Lo Pho? Where'd you go?" A lady with a dragon tail and wings walked out of the guildhall, looking for her queen and cat friend. She shrugged and walked back inside wondering.

'Wonder where they went...'

It was a normal day for the panda hat wearing guild leader. None of his members were in the sewers, just like every other day.

Some left the guild because they thought it was 'pathetic' or 'not worth their time' since reaper, the original guild leader, was murdered. Others were just never around at all for the thief to talk to.

Right now, said panda man was sitting at the bar, drinking a cup of beer and contemplating his life.

His peaceful moment was interupted when an explosion happened somewhere down the sewers.

He sighed as he blinked over to the source, thinking it was just one of his remaining guild members.

Once he arrived, he was surprised yet confused when he was met with a semi-large sphere with a grey and yellow sphere with a black stripe and a button.

Like the man he was, he walked fowarded and pressed the button, then proceeded to back up.

Nothing happened for a few seconds so he decided to press the button. As he went to press the button again, the sphere opened, making the guild leader back up.

He raised an eyebrow, wondering what was happening, until a red cloud of smoke engulfed his entire being, bringing him inside of the sphere. The man tried to storm blink out of it but it was too strong and he ended up inside of... what ever the sphere was.

The ball closed and disappeared, along with the thief known as Silver or Austin. It left no clues for the two people who walked into the sewers, just as the ball had diappeared.

They stared at the spot, then at each other, then shrugged their shoulders and left the sewers to find something to do.

Unknown to everyone, they didn't know that their fellow guilds and guildmates were off to a land they've never heard of.

It's a land filled of magical creatures of different shapes, sizes, colours and powers. The magic users would soon learn that these creatures were also known... As Pokémon...

To Pokétail Origins!!

A/N: Finally! Here is the prologue that most of you have been waiting for! I am very excited for this story and I love how this turned out :D

I hope you enjoyed this Prologue and I can't wait to publish the first chapter! Hope you're excited~

I also wanna know if anyone can name the pokeballs mentioned :3 (not part of the challenge below)

Also, if anyone can guess who my favourite pokemon is, then you get to suggest what pokemon I draw and how I draw it! I will have a small challenge every chapter I publish, so don't worry if you don't get it! :3 I'll count it if you get it or it's evolution.

I'll give you a clue, it's a fire type ;)
