Chapter 75: Bullets

Jungkook eventually fell asleep, closing his beautiful tired eyes and letting out a labored breath from doing nothing but looking through magnifying goggles. Everytime Jungkook was to close his eyes, all he could see was the gem and shattered pieces of it. The boy layed in bed as Hoseok was alseep next to him. Hoseok still didn't have a bed to sleep on.

While Jungkook was off living with his lover during those happier times, Hoseok stayed and slept on the younger's bed. Completely taking over Jungkook's room until the boy came back with a broken heart. Jungkook couldn't sleep since Hoseok had a bad habit of hugging and kicking in his sleep so Jungkook had to suck it up and lay there to sleep. No matter how annoying Hoseok got.

Only then, Jungkook started to think of Jimin, memories from back then played in on his head constantly like a movie. Days like those were precious. Moments where they went out on a date, shared kisses under the moon or even sat by the open window, gazing out of the penthouse together. Even if that last one sounded a bit more scarier to Jungkook, the moment was spent with Jimin and that was all that mattered.

Jungkook couldn't help but to miss Jimin's soft lips on his, his groans against his ear and quick kisses during their gentle or even rough intercourses. How they would lock lips, intertwine their hands together and after that, hug eachother close and sleep in eachother's arms. As cliché it would sound, Jungkook didn't care. He still desired things like that from Jimin. At night, the boy still longed for Jimin to hold him close and kiss him, whispering funny yet heartwarming, cheesy things to get Jungkook to sleep faster. Jungkook would laugh over it and Jimin would be there to playfully scold him to sleep as the older one in the relationship. Caring for Jungkook's health and loving him unconditionally.

Jungkook knew he took Jimin for granted. He knew Jimin wasn't capable of showing the real type of love towards anyone due to his lack of experience and troubled past, but Jimin still showed enough to Jungkook... That was all that mattered and Jungkook didn't know how much he would die for it right now. His life seemed much more happier, interesting and beautiful with the one he pet named 'Love.'

Jungkook stood up in the dark and sat on the edge of the bed to cup his face and gaze down at the ground. Starting to cry over how much time he has wasted without Jimin. Deep down, Jungkook still knew Jimin was a murderer. He murdered Mr. Jeon and Jungkook understood that Jimin wasn't to be loved for causing so much pain to the Jeon family. But under it all, Jungkook's heart that had Jimin's name written all over from before, was empty. He wanted Jimin even if the man was bad for him.

"J-Jimin... Jimin... My L-Love..." Jungkook sobbed cupping his tears silently. Not wanting to wake his best friend, Hoseok up. "This is every night... Every night my heart cracks a little without you here to heal it with your love and affection." Jungkook weeped, cupping where his heart should be. "Jimin I love you..." Jungkook whispered in flowing tears. But what the boy didn't realize was, he was being heard by his Mother just behind his room door through it all.

It was a few more plays before 'showdown', Jimin only sat there gawking at his cards and knowing that Yuzo was cheating. Jimin noticed the bright gaze in the man's eyes that was just jumping with excitement to win. This disgusted Jimin and he knew he had to point it out eventually. But just how?

"I need to get this over with... Why am I so worried to call him out on cheating?" Jimin thought as he suddenly remembered the past game Yuzo had with Mr. Jeon. The same things were repeating over and over again! Could this be karma? Jimin recalled last time, Yuzo was cheating and Mr. Jeon caught him and exposed him. But that only digged a deeper grave for Jungkook's father.

"Death or not... I won't give this fucker any minute of my time in a room while he tries to seduce me." Jimin thought finally locking his gaze at the gun, cracking a smile.

"It looks like we have showdown now." Yuzo added with a smug look in his smile. The man kept his eyes on his cheating card he had at the center. Not paying attention to where Jimin was looking at. "I have a good feeling about this, Park Jimin~"

"Oh believe it or not, I do too~" Jimin responded. At this moment, Jimin knew he had to be quick to snatch the gun from Yuzo's reach. Jimin didn't take a second longer into the game so he can grab the gun. Quickly, Jimin finally stood up, dropping his cards down on the table and reaching over to the silver shot gun to point at Yuzo. Giving an angry look to his opponent.

"Are you serious?" Yuzo chuckled. "Right In front of my salad?"

"Shut up and show the cameras the cheat card you added to the hand." Jimin raised his voice, loading the gun and pointing it at Yuzo.

"Mm... You won't shoot me so I don't have to prove anything. Even if you were to win, I doubt you can kill me." Yuzo smirked as Jimin quickly stood onto the table, walking forward and loading the gun as Sungko suddenly stood up and backed away too much until he tripped onto the ground, holding up his hand to make Jimin stop.

"Won't shoot you? Remember... I know how it's like to shoot someone... I've killed someone before and I know how to work this gun. Who could have known, before you forced me into killing and now today, you regret it..." Jimin added as he loaded the gun and started to shoot the cameras. Turning back to see Yuzo running to the door when Jimin quickly fired at the door, almost shooting Yuzo's head off. "Oh no... Guess I missed." Jimin added, getting off the table and walking up to his opponent, against the door, grasping for air through the fear that striked him.

            "Jimin..."

"Oh shut up already and tell me where you burried his body." Jimin demanded, raising his voice and keeping the gun pointed at the man's head.

"I-it's a long address!" Yuzo cried as Jimin quickly shot upwards at the ceiling, scaring the man again. Turns out he feared guns and didn't like the sound of using them to kill or even hold. That's why he made others do killings for him.

"Grab a poker card and take out that stupid pen from your coat pocket. Don't act like you can't write it down for me!" Jimin shouted as he watched the scared man quickly pull out a deck of cards from his pocket. He used one card from the similar deck to cheat and Jimin caught it by the designs on the back being atleast one crease off.

Yuzo wrote down the address quickly as he handed it over to Jimin in fear. Shaking as he looked up at the Jimin holding the gun to Sunko's face. "H-Here!"

Jimin snatched the card and looked at it, reading the address as he kept the gun pointed at Sungko. Only then, Taehyung along with Zozo and another man barged in to look at Jimin holding the gun.

"Jimin! What are you doing?!" Taehyung shouted. Not really knowing what was going on. Jimin was just a quiet accountant from before and now he's suddenly this crazy gambler ready to kill! Atleast this was what showed up in Taehyung's mind. He wasn't really in Jimin's life to know what was happening so this was a complete shocker to him.

"Jimin! P-Put the gun down please!" Zozo raised his voice as Jimin rolled his eyes, stepping back and looking at Zozo.

"Move out of my way and let me leave in peace or Yuzo gets it." Jimin ordered while Taehyung was still in shock. Zozo obeyed the instructions Jimin gave him as he stepped aside and allowed Jimin to walk through. Jimin of course took all of the wons in the blind and took them into his suitcase.  He walked forward, still pointing the gun at anyone who looked at him and grabbed Taehyung by the arm to drag him out of there. He couldn't risk Zozo or Yuzo killing him behind his back. Even if Taehyung wasn't a friend to Jimin, he was still an innocent person who's life mattered to someone out there and Jimin didn't want to make the same mistake again.

Jimin walked out of the club, still dragging Taehyung out and the gun in his hand while he carried the suitcase filled with the winnings. Jimin looked back at the club and back at Taehyung, tossing the suitcase into the Younger's arms and quickly pulling out his phone to call his driver to leave as soon as possible. All was left now was to see Jungkook.... Even Jimin knew Jungkook must have been miserable without Jimin in his life. Just as much of a wreck Jimin was without Jungkook.

The two just couldn't live without eachother and finally, Jimin was going to come back to the younger and fix their wounded hearts back together again due to the many shots it took from the pain of leaving and neglecting eachother. Jimin anticipated and looked forward to the bright and blue skies after dark and grey skies that has been clouding over the couples love after all this time.
