Chapter 35: My feelings for you

Later on, the waiter eventually came around and served the two their orders. Jimin ordered wine, a seared steak meal that contained soy sauce and peppered spices, lettuce, lemon, diced tomatos and a pinch of salt on the two steaks set on Jimin's plate. There was two side dishes for his meal and it was only one bowl of rice and another bowl of spicy noodles that were red due to the salty yet hot spices added onto the noodles.

The mouthwatering scent of the noodles smelled like red peppered powder to add onto the taste of the steak. For Jungkook's meal, the younger ordered grilled chicken where on the outside was salted, and grilled, inside was hot, white, juicy meat of the chicken and everytime Jungkook cut a slice of chicken, the delicious and hot juicy aroma scattered. Jungkook also ordered a bowl of soybean soup, side bowls of spicy Kimchi, baked, slices of warm bread, rice, and salad on the side aswell to go with the grilled chicken squeezed with a yellow lemon wedge.

The waiter soon brought Jimin a bottle of wine and a glass while he began to pour Jimin's glass as Jungkook was given a glass of cold pepsi soda. Once the waiter left, Jimin started to drink while Jungkook looked up at the older boy.

"What?" Jimin asked as he drank out of the glass. As soon as Jimin parted his lips away from the glass, his lips were slightly red with a hint of pink from the cold wine.

"I bet you were just waiting to finally be able to drink. Ah, atleast I know you're taking a break instead of drinking more and more bottles." Jungkook mentioned. Jimin then gave the boy a smile as he began to eat.

"You don't have to add onto it. This is the last time I would drink around you. You know, I feel at ease just drinking for once but ever since that day I grew very ill, I was not going to risk that again. So only for today, I can drink." The older stated but Jungkook just scoffed and shook his head. Cutting up strips of the juicy chicken with a small knife.

"Let's just hope that is the truth. Because Jimin, drinking isn't a thing to play around with. It can really intoxicate you. Just saying." Jungkook claimed.

"I know. But who cares about that?" Jimin said taking a bite out of the steak as soon as he cut a piece of it.

"I do.. I worry about your health Jimin. No matter what you do, I always worry about you." Jungkook whispered, tightening his eyes shut as he expected to hear Jimin laugh at the sudden cheesy moment. But Jimin was silent after his words. Finally understanding.

"Thank you... But Jungkook... Forget about me. Don't you worry about me now. Only yourself." Jimin mentioned as Jungkook sighed and continued to eat along with Jimin. The younger would always hate this type of way Jimin would talk and it bothered him the most.

After the meal, Jimin walked to the bathroom in the private room, leaving Jungkook alone for a while. The younger seemed a bit more excited to come home and play against Jimin in a round of Texas hand 'em in Poker. With their own made up blind. It was interesting and Jungkook has already thought of what he was going to bet.

Only then, the employer walked in and Jungkook felt his heart stop for a moment. "Jeon Jungkook! Sorry for walking in here." Said the older woman as she walked in, gazing at Jungkook. She only had one thing on her mind and that was to ask Jungkook if he was going to come and work. "How are you? Have you signed the forum? It's been a while but we can still keep the spot open for you."

"Thank you for the opportunity... I'll have to think about it more since I'm working at the moment. But I can have a second job if I can." Jungkook replied. He also thought he should atleast start to work. Maybe he can add that to the bet if he wins.

"Oh! I'm glad. Please take your time. You managed to impress all of the employees on how great you were to the customers." The manager added as she left Jungkook alone after that. Jungkook liked this restaurant and wanted to work here aswell. But it was all left to Jimin's decision or if he wins against the older man.

Jimin stepped out of the bathroom to see the woman leave as he folded his arms and glanced at the younger. "Offered you to work here again, Jungkook?" Jimin asked as the younger nodded his head and walked up to Jimin. "Hope you denied it because I'm not letting you go." Jimin mentioned.

"I said I'll think on it. Only because I tend to actually win against you for it." Jungkook smiled as Jimin let out a chuckle and gave Jungkook a smile.

"Look at you, using this to the best of your ability, I'm proud of you~ yet you don't know what bet I'll have in mind." Jimin said as Jungkook placed his hands on his own hips.

"This job isn't the only thing I'll be playing for... Still need to think of other things I want to win from you. I might aswell take advantage." Jungkook retorted, making a gleeful smile and thingking he already won but yet again, he was unaware of what Jimin would bet.

"Oh of course. If you have more to bet than so will I~" Jimin replied. Taken by the fact that Jungkook knew Jimin would never bet to have sex with the younger if he wins, made Jungkook feel confident. However, Jungkook had that slight fear of Jimin bringing up that bet to the blind since Jimin does what ever he pleases and does his best to scare Jungkook at times with his own manipulating skills.

"Mmhm.. Let's see who'll win. Just a rematch is what I needed from you. And this time, no cheating, little guy~" Jungkook teased as Jimin shoved Jungkook playfully and started walking out of the restaurant with the younger tagging along behind him. Jimin payed on his way out as Jungkook tried his best to follow with all the crowds of people walking down the sidewalks. "Where are we off to now?" Jungkook wondered as Jimin stopped and held out his hand to hold Jungkook's just so he wouldn't get lost.

"A walk around the park. You said this was something you longed to do so let's get it out of the way before I win against you on Poker again." Jimin chuckled. "If I win, don't get angry, Bunny Boy~" Jimin advised as Jungkook laughed and walked up to Jimin and held the older's hand as they started walking to the nearby park.

Jungkook of course set his ideas for the bet away and focused on being there with Jimin. The two walked down a pathway to a duck pond up ahead as Jungkook walked up to it and held Jimin's hand tightly. The two actually enjoyed themselves and mostly forgot about Poker for a split second they were there.

Jungkook let go of Jimin's hand and placed them down on the stoned rails of the bridge, gazing down at the duck pond. "It feels great to actually head out for once. I think we should get to the market before the sun sets. I want to get a few things for the room."

"First you want to go out, challenge me to Poker and take over the room now?" Jimin laughed walking up to the stoned rails as he rolled his hair back and looked down at the family of ducks.

"Don't be like that." Jungkook replied with a smile before shoving Jimin slightly. "Are you enjoying yourself on this date?" Jungkook questioned the older while Jimin stared at the small ducks quacking and swimming in groups.

"I used to do these types of things on my own but... I guess with you here, It makes doing these things much better." Said Jimin, keeping his focus on the ducks. He knew Jungkook was staring right at him and all he did was stay still and emotionless so Jungkook wouldn't catch him blushing.

"Jimin.... No use in hiding that from me." The young boy mentioned, looking at the family of ducks in the pond below the bridge. Niether of them were to blame when it came to love since the two were just figuring out about their feelings for eachother. Jungkook didn't say 'I love you' and Jimin didn't say it either. This only made Jungkook realize to take his time for that big love word he will eventually confess whether Jimin liked it or not. "I can read your emotions even if you keep it blank as a page." Jungkook stated, laying his chin on the palm of his hands while his elbows were placed on the stone rail of the bridge.

Jimin then let out a smile and looked down, letting out his blushes before looking up at the younger again before slowly raising his hand up to take Jungkook's other hand into his. Jungkook felt Jimin softly pry his hand away from his face and  softly hold it. "Jimin...? What are you do-" Jungkook trailed off looking down at their hands that were intertwined together.

"Jungkook, don't say a thing. I only hide it because.." Jimin whispered and kissed Jungkook's cheek softly. "I like you." the man whispered to Jungkook's ear making the younger's heart pound.
