Hiccup

"Night Fury?"
An auburn haired man in dark clothes turned around, reacting to his name being called without thinking much about it. It didn't matter anyway, they'd figured he'd be there. Better just go along, make them think they could get what they want and get out and about once more. Easy. He'd done this since he was five. They'd already played right into his hand. "That's me." He told the man, a sigh almost escaping his lips. It was going to be a long night.
The man in question was rather large, a common trait for the people who lived in Berk, apparently. Night Fury didn't mind. A customer is a customer, large or small, fat or as skinny as a bone. Still, the size of these people was a little unusual. He'd have to ask Toothless when he got home, his friend had been there before. It was a successful mission too, if he remembered correctly. Which he did. He almost always did.
The large Berkian guard—because he was definitely a guard—put on a facade. He was afraid, and for a good reason. The name Night Fury was feared, every gang knew about him and his people. They knew he was not to be messed with. He smirked. He was always good a reading people, helped quite a bit in his business. He snorted silently in amusement while the guard tried to get himself together. Poker face, huh? Yeah, right.
"He is waiting for you." The guard said after a second or two.
Night Fury sighed dramatically for effect, still amused. So his messenger spoke the truth. Alvin really was stupid, if hiding under his enemy wasn't bad enough. Nice done, Terrible Terror. He chuckled but it held no emotion, his eyes dull with something none would ever be able to explain. Poker face.
"He is, is he?" It wasn't a question. Night Fury didn't ask questions. No, it was a conclusion, mocking the guard, mocking their little underground caves. Their sorry excuse for a gang.
The guard said nothing but stepped aside to reveal a not so secret door. Night Fury already knew about it, of course, but the man was undoubtedly placed there to hide the entrance. The door opened by itself, but it didn't impress Night Fury in the slightest. He had no doubt they'd try to capture him, just like all the others had. They never did, and if it happened by cheer luck on their side, they wouldn't be able to hold him for very long. He learned from the best. He would not disappoint her. Not like he did when he was ten. Not like last time.
Walking through the corridor to wherever Alvin and his minions were, Night Fury felt a sense of déjà vu. Had he been here beforehand? No definitely not. He'd seen plenty of caves however. The smell reminded him of something, but he could not put his finger on it. Not yet.
He felt a dark presence from within the walls, but did not show it, the feelings he got while in there. Not even the shiver that unwillingly went down his spine. Poker face. No problem.
"Ah, Savage!" Night Fury cried out happily. It was fake. He felt no happiness when he saw said man. Everyone in the room knew. He could feel the tense atmosphere, but also knew he hadn't necessarily started it. They were all scared of him. "How is my old pal Alvin doing? Wait, don't answer that. I think the man himself should get the chance to explain! Where is he? Is he hiding? Trying to surprise me?" Night Fury asked, a smirk once again forming on his face. He did enjoy annoying guards and lesser important people. One of the traits he most likely shouldn't have picked up from Camicazi. His smart mouth got him into trouble a little to often. "So, what about you? How are you doing, my fine man?"
Savage's calm attitude was slowing fading away into nothingness. Night Fury was getting to him. "I was good, until you got here. And don't you dare talk about my boss like that. He ain't scared of nothing, has no reason to be hiding." The man said with a scowl on his ugly, old, wrinkly face.
"You're right." Night Fury had an easygoing smile on his face while saying this. "There is no reason to be scared. I mean, why would you be scared of a small, eighteen years old gang-leading boy? I wouldn't hurt a fly. Too innocent, you know? I would totally ruin my image." He caught a glimpse of one of the guards roll his eyes( or maybe it was a female, he honestly couldn't be sure ). That wouldn't do. "Hey, don't roll your eyes!" He told the guard in a dangerous voice. "That's my thing. I will not tolerate your disrespect. This is your first and only warming. Am I clear?" The guard nodded in shock. Night Fury shuddered mentally when he realized how much he sounded like Dagur when he threatened someone like that. He'd have to cut back a little. He might be kinda insane but he wasn't deranged.
Savage stared at him. "Alvin will be here soon."
"Good. I have other plans too, so please tell him to hurry." His smile was back.
Savage snarled at the sassy reply but did as told and went out to go get Alvin. Finally, the day has come. Just remember. Poker face.

So this isn't actually a story[ not yet anyways (; ]but I just got this random sprout of inspiration. I wanted to write, but not on something I already had started. I wanted to be creative with an AU modern-ish thing, but no something I've seen before. But most of all, I wanted to make Hiccup a badass leader of some secret sh*t. So here it is. It's very short and not very well written, but it was fun. So fun that I might even make a story with this plot. Goody goody, have a nice day. Bye-bye! (:
