It was a stormy night as rain is pouring down like a waterfall ad we find Giovanni with one of hid Team Rocket Henchmen holding a umbrella for him to cover him from the rain while five Team Rocket Henchmen were behind him with no umbrella on them but their hats as they await for something to arrive.

Minutes gone by and soon they saw something in the distances. They see two lights heading towards them, at first they thought those are from a pokemon but soon they hear what sounds like the engines and soon a imperial sith shuttle arrived as it hovers over them with some of the team Rocket Henchmen are shocked while Giovanni is interested as the shuttle lands in front of them and then a ramp came out and five sith troopers march out of the shuttle with blasters in hand as they make way of a imperial officer as he approaches Giovanni.

The rain doesn't bother him as he approaches Giovanni.

Sith imperial officer: Giovanni. Criminal leader of a criminal organisation called Team Rocket. We have been watching you very closely.

Giovanni: I see. Who are you people? You don't look like criminal organisation.

Sith Imperial officer: (light chuckle) Of course not. We are what's left the most powerful military force in all of the galaxy. The sith Empire have been hiding here on earth from the jedi and the Republic for years, getting ready to rise and retake the galaxy.

Giovanni: I see. Then tell me what you call me here for?

Sith Imperial officer: Well believe we have a large threat. This Grey Jedi. He's shown to be a great threat to our plans and ruin every plans we have. Our leader wants him dead and I figured we can work together. The sith empire will aid you and your criminal organisation with many heist and scores if you be willing to help us by tracking down this Grey jedi.

Giovanni: Hhhmm and if we refuse?

Sith imperial officer: (smirk) Then rest to sure you and your criminal organisation will....disappeared from this planet. Either way you don't have much of a choice here Giovanni. We both have this someone who wishes to take both of us down and we need to stop him before he stops us.

He then reach out his hand to Giovanni, offering him a deal as Giovanni looks down at his hand and to the imperial officer. A lighting bolt hits as Giovanni take his hand and they shake on it as both Team Rocket and Sith empire is now allies.

(Meanwhile)

We find Y/n sitting on his room meditating as he sense a great darkness rising on this planet and feels that it is all linked to Giovanni himself. Then he suddenly open his eyes while he let our a gasp as he see the future and it is not good.

Soon Pathfinder knock at his door and soon he open the door with a trey of breakfast.

Pathfinder: Morning Y/n. Ash's mother made some breakfast for you.

He set them down as Y/n begins to eat while Pathfinder noticed how troubled he is.

Pathfinder: You okay?

Y/n: No. I sensed a great darkness in the force. A powerful force is rising and its not good. I believe the Sith empire is making its move.

Pathfinder: Really? We never heard about those guys for a long time? What do you think they are doing?

Y/n: (gets up) Something not good. We need to gather everyone to tell them all of this.

Pathfinder: Um yeah that will be a problem.

Y/n is confused until he realised what today is. He let out a sigh and then leaves to meet up with everyone as Professor Oak's lob. Once there everyone was there including Oak as Y/n explains to them all the situation.

Professor Oak: The sith empire is making their moves?

Y/n: I believe so. All of this is linked to a person named Giovanni.

Misty: Wait, isn't he the gym leader of Viridian city?

Brock: That's right.

Y/n: You met him?

Brock: No, we battle Jessie, James and Meowth and gotten the badge.

Y/n: I have a feeling Giovanni is something to do with all of this.

Ash: Hold on! What about Kanto pokemon champion? I can't ditch that!

Y/n: I'm telling you have to come. Including you Green. You both have your own paths to go to while I have my own path. Stopping the sith is my duty and it is my duty to stop them at any cost.

Professor Oak: It will be dangerous though. Are you sure you wanna face this on your own?

Pathfinder: He's not doing this alone. He has me by him side.

Yellow: Same to us! Me and Leah have seen the sith empire in first hand and we can't allow Y/n get hurt so we're coming with.

Leah: (smirk) Pikachu!

Then Y/n's pokemon Team came out, agreeing to come with him which he smiled.

Professor Oak: (smile) Well I can't stop you from completing your goal. I'll gather some things for you for this journey.

Y/n: (smile) Thank you Professor Oak.

He smiled and leaves to gather his stuff while Ash walks up to him.

Ash: (smile) Guess this is goodbye then. Thanks for everything.

Y/n: (smile) My pleasure Ash. And remember, win or lose, you try your best and one day....you'll be the best. You and Pikachu.

Ash: (smile) Right!

Pikachu: (smile) Pikachu!

Then Brock came up to him and give him a map.

Brock: (smile) Here. This map will guide you to Viridian city without any problems.

Y/n: (smile) Thank you Brock.

He takes the map and puts it away as Green walks over and she then hugged him and tells him.

Green: (smile) Promise me you'll be safe out there will you?

Y/n: (smile) I Promise. My the force be with you.

Green smiled and kiss him on the cheek which he smiled with a small blush. Soon Professor Oak came back as he hand him with supplies he needed and once that they all return back to Ash's house as Delia hands Ash his bag.

Delia: (smile) Good luck Ash and be safe.

Ash: (smile) Thanks Mom. I will.

Once that Ash, Pikachu, Misty, Togepi, Brock and Green head off to their own paths while Y/n, Yellow, Leah and Pathfinder watch them go.

Y/n: (smile) You rasied a great son.

Delia: (smile) Indeed. Also, you sure you'll be alright on your journey?

Y/n: (smile) Of course. Until we meet again.

Delia smiled and wave goodbye to them as they turn and leave Pallet town and they head off to their path. They make their journey through the forest, walking by hills, stopping by towns for shuttle or have Yellow catch more pokemon which was unsuccessful but she is trying.

Every stop they make they have a panic to fill up their energy or sometimes Yellow and Leah take some naps as Pathfinder watches them and Y/n as he is seen training with Leo to train the ways of the force.

We then cut to Leo lifting up his hand and trying to lift a tree by the force but it's hard for him to do so. Y/n overwatches him struggling so he gets up behind him and kneel down next to him and tells him.

Y/n: Free your mind from the struggles and troubles. Focus.

Leo takes a deep breath and focus. Soon a tree moved as it lifted up in the air as Leo looks to see him doing it. Y/n pats him on the back, telling him great work as they continue training in every stop. He also train his pokemon to learn new abilities along training Yellow to be a great pokemon trainer when it comes to battling.

Her progress is going well but she has so much to learn. Back then he was taught of pokemon battling and pokemons weakness and strength by Green and now he is sharing some of her knowledge to Yellow and she is doing well.

In nights they set up a tent as while Pathfinder stood outside as a lookout while inside we see Y/n and Yellow making out while Leah is fast asleep near them.

The two were sharing some kisses and moans until they stop and look at each other as they soon lay down as Yellow cuddle him.

Yellow: I sure hope Ash and the others are doing alright?

Y/n: (smile) I'm sure they will be okay.

Yellow:.....Tell me. You refuse to take part of the Clones wars yet you'll be willing to go into war against this ancient sith empire? I know it may sound rude but still.

Y/n: I know it sounds ridiculous but you had no idea the sith empire are during the old Republic. How powerful they are. If they came while the galaxy is at war then the Republic will fall. I know I didn't trust the politics of the Republic but there was innocent people living on that planet and all innocent in all of the galaxy. If I let the sith empire go then everyone will die. Its my duty to stop the, no matter what. I may not be a jedi, but I'll sacrifice everything for innocent lives and the people I care for.

Yellow smiled and then the two kiss as they made out a bit and then they stop as Yellow telle Y/n.

Yellow: (smile) Then your a hero. Your no soldier of war. Your a hero who will be willing to risk or sacrifice his life to save millions of innocent lives.

Y/n: (smile) Thank you Yellow. That means a lot.

Yellow smiled and soon the two get some sleep together as they sleep peaceful throughout the night.

(Meanwhile)

At the sith empire base we see Darth Eimrech, Darth Lak and Lord Stik as the same sith imperial officer enter the throne room as he approaches the three siths and then kneel down to Lord Stik.

Sith imperial officer: My lord the alliance if formed.

Lord Stik: Good. It is time for phase 2 of our plan. Darth Eimrech, have your forces occupied Viridian city.

Darth Eimrech bows with agreement and then make his leave and once gone Lord Stik gets up and walks over to the middle of the room as a hologram table came up and then it show what seems like a large machine that is almost complete as Lord Stik says.

Lord Stik: With Team Rocket helping us, our plan will be successful and soon the whole planets pokemons will be under my control and we shall rain terror across the galaxy.

Darth Lak: So we're not sharing the deal to Team Rocket then?

Lord Stik: Do not be a fool. They are just pawns for our plan. Once we get rid of the Grey jedi and his friends, we will kill Giovanni and wipe out Team Rocket once and for all. I can imagine it now, a galaxy in my hands while this planet....Will he the new capital of the sith empire. The galaxy shall belong to me.

Then he made a evil deep laughter as his laughter is heard outside od his throne room as the sith empires plans will succeed and the galaxy shall once again belong to them for sure and the jedi will be no more.
