I got it in a Livestream. Someone was hosting these in a raid den. And in the same stream I won a Shiny Eevee in the second giveaway with a Master Ball. This thing kept escaping the balls I threw so when I won the giveaway (I was still in the raid when I won) I just used the ball right then and there. I easily got back in. People have been trying to catch this for days. One really lucky person caught it in their first repeat ball. Still upset I never got one Shiny Milcery but whatever. This takes the cake there.

Kinda funny I caught it at 3 am but I couldn't go back to sleep and I saw the livestream and decided to join in it.

Oh and I also got a Shiny Pichu too.
