It has the ability Lightning Rod which Lightning has the ability Static and Audra has Lightning Rod so I might change the name I don't know it but my male Shiny Sylveon Oberon with Cute Charm worked. You can barely tell the difference on camera so I had to go to summary to show the red star that guarantees a shiny.
