This area can only be accessed if you have Steve's Gym Card. This takes an hour to walk across. It's a glass tunnel underwater, so you can see wildlife. Some of the walk is coral reefs. No Pokémon can be found here, although there are trainers. For every five trainers you beat, one will heal your Pokémon for free.
