You n' your fam just moved to this #fab new region, which goes by the name of
Otnalik. (Don't read that backwards.) After packing your bags, you hear a sudden knock on the door.

This town is old fashioned, surrounded by mountains. The center is suburban, although the outskirts are rural. Cars are in use, although it's not unusual to witness someone riding a Mudbray*, or other horse-like Pokémon. WiFi also doesn't exist here, so good luck with that. Anyways, there are small routes every here and there. Route 1 goes into the mountain range, and route 27 goes to farmland. It is not recommended to take route 27 first, as level 30 Pokemon inhabit it. Near the Pokémon center, Professor Maple owns a ranch. You can find her studying the territorial and breeding habits of Pokémon. (Someone had to do it) Your house is like the average Pokémon house. The kitchen and living is downstairs and your room is upstairs. This town has a long history of being the source of food for most of the region, but that was before the Great War. Now, Slate Town is just a small speck in a massive region filled with live, bustling cities. The perfect place for your story to begin...

*I know Mudbray is supposed to be a donkey, but Whatever.
