I stepped off of the elevator, and waved a little good bye to my new friends. I looked at my dorm card. I need to find room number 604, well that shouldn't be too hard! I just hope my room mate is a decent fellow.. Hopefully some one I can get along with, like Silver or Gold. 

I walked down the hall. Okay. Room 600. 601. 602. 603. 604! Here we are! I pushed my key into the lock, and opened the door. I looked around. Hmm, empty. I guess I'm the first one here! I walked around the room. There were two beds, one on the left, and one on the right. On top, was my bag, and mystery boy's bag. Other than the beds, there was a bathroom, and yes! A kitchen! As small as it was, it still is a kitchen! No one but Sapph knows I love to cook. 

Thinking about the wonderful sapphire eyed girl, I decided to call her. After the first few rings, her face appeared on the little screan of my pokegear. "Hey Sapph!" I smiled at my best friend. Sapphire and I have been best friends for years now, ever since we both started our journeys four years ago. "Hey Ruby! Did you make it to your dorm alright?" My smile dropped slighly. "Well, Gold got us lost a billion times. But hey guess what! My dorms right beside yours!" My smile returned to my face. 

"Oh cool!" She said in a happy tone. "So, have you met your roommate yet? I asked her. "Yeah I have! Hey, Crys, come meet Ruby!" She turned away from the camera and spoke to her room mate. "Heeeeyy!" A girl with bright blue hair and light blue eyes popped in the view of my screne. "I'm Crystal, but you can call me Crys! It's nice to meet ya Ruby!" She smiled at me, and then dissapeared from the screne. Sapphire's image returned to the screne, but she was looking at Crys.

"You didn't tell me he was so cute!" A muffled voice came from off the camera. She blushed slightly. "Shush up, he can still hear you!" Sapphire yelled back at the blue haired girl. When her face turned to face me, I smirked. "She seems nice." 

"Yeah! She's really cool! She''s from the Johto region!" Hey, that's where Gold and Silver are from! "Sapph, ask her if she know's Gold and Silver, they're also from Johto!" 

She turned her attention away from me again, speaking to Crys. "Yeah, she does know them! Apparently they go way back!" I smiled at her, "Its a small world after all!" 

"So, Ruby, have you met your roommate yet?" Sapph gave me a quesioning look. I sighed, "No, I haven't actually.. I'm the only one here." I frowned, and Sapphire's face dropped slightly, "Oh, I thought they'd be there by now." 

"Naww, I guess not!" Oh well, it didn't matter to me. 

Just then, a click came from the door. "Hey Sapph, I think this is my roomy, I'll talk to you after, kay? bye!" I hung up with out her reply, I was excited to meet my room mate after all! 

The door flung open, and a boy with brown eyes and brown hair stormed in. "Need to think, need to think, need to think." He muttered as he rubbed at his temples. He ran over to the bed with his bag on it, and dug through untill he found a pokeball. He released a pink and purple floating ball thing. "Musha, dream eater!" The boy commanded the girly looking pokemon. At the command, the pokemon latched itself to the boys head, and the colour drained from his face.

My jaw just dropped. Well then. I stared. I couldn't look away, this was way too weird. 

After the thing detatched itself from the boys head, his colour returned, and he actually looked normal. He had a blue jacket on, with a matching blue hat. I cleared my throat, which startled the boy. Obviously he thought he was the only one in the room, because the look of embarrasment on his face was enormous. I chuckled lightly, but it soon errupted into a laughing fit. 

When my laughter had died down, I noticed the boy was now glaring at me with hard eyes. "Sorry for lauughing, but that was the strangest thing I've ever seen in my life." The boy sighed, "Yeah, lots of people think so. Musha's ability is dream eater, which helps me clear my mind. Sorry if that weirded you out a little." The hardness in his eyes dissapeared, and he smiled slightly. 

"I'm Ruby, by the way, and you are?" I asked as I stuck my hand out for the boy to shake. He stepped towards me, and shook my hand tightly. "Nice to meet you, Ruby, I'm Black. What region are you from?" He asked. "I'm from Hoenn, how about you?" I smiled at him. "Ahh, Hoenn, I've heard its warm there! Anyways, I'm from Unova!" Wow, Unova. I've never been there before. 

"Sweet, I've heard it's nice there!" 

Beep-Boop-Beep

My pokegear started ringing, and Sapphire's contact photo appeared on the screne. I pressed the answer button. 

"Thanks for hanging up on me, buttface!" She insulted me poorly. I laughed at her. "So did you meet your room mate?" She asked. I smiled, "Yeah! I did, his name's Black!" I turned to face my new roommate, "Hey, Black, wanna come meet my friend Sapphire and her Roommate?" I asked him politely. He turned away from putting his things away, and walked over. "Hey I'm Black!" He smiled, as I focused the lense on him. Crys appeared first on the screne, "Hey I'm Crys, I'm from Johto!" She beamed, then went off camera. 

"Ouu! He's cute too!" You could hear from the back of room. I looked over at Black to see him blushing slightly. Sapphire was still turned to her room mate. "Crys, you think every ones cute!" She scowled at her. "Sorry about Crys, she's just boy crazy! I'm Sapphire, by the way!" She grinned at him. "It's nice to meet you." He bowed his head slightly, and went to finish unpacking. 

I got up from my bed, and walked to the door, "Hey, Black I'll be back in a sec!" I shouted as I left the room. I sat in the hall beside our door. "So, Ruby, how do you like him, be honest!" Sapphire questioned. 

"He's nice, I haven't gotten to know him that much. But oh, my gosh. He did the funniest thing when he came in." Through my own chuckles, I managed to tell her how he stormed in. Her face was bright red, and she was laughing her cute little laugh. 

"RUBY? IS THAT YOOOOUUU?" Oh jeeze. "GOLD STOP RUNNING IN THE HALLS! Ugh sorry sir, GOLD WAIT UP!" I was tackled to the ground by Gold. Silver couldn't stop soon enough, so he ended up tripping over us. This just made Sapphire laugh even louder. "Oh, man, Ruby, you should of seen your face when Gold tackled you, it was priceless!" She was howling with laughter now. "HI SAPPHIRE!" Gold yelled onto the screne. 

"Wait, that blue haired gal in the back ground. It can't be, can it? IT IS OHMYGOSH SILVY LOOK ITS OH SO SERIOUS GAL!" Gold shouted into the camera. "Ohjeeze, don't tell me Gold and Silver are here too." Crystals voice could be heard muffled in the background. "YEAH ITS US CRYS!" He was smiling as Crystals image appeared on the camera. "Hi guys!" She smiled. 

"Sorry to make this reunion short, but my pokegears gonna die any moment now guys.." I said as I noticed the flashing red bar on the side of my gear. "Alright! Bye Crys! Bye Sapph!" Gold shouted again, "Bye." Silver said plainly, "Bye guys!" Crys yelled. "I smiled as I looked at the bown haired lass on the screne. "Seeya Sapph," I smiled at her, "Call ya later Rub!" She beamed back. 

I hung the pokegear up, and pulled myself up off the ground. The two boys followed my lead. "Oh, I met my roommate! His names Black, and-" I laughed just at the thought of him with the pink shower curtain looking thing attatched to his head. I told them the rest of the story between laughs, and they both let out cackles of laughter. 

"Just don't tell him I told you, okay?" I looked at them with hopefull looks. 

"I promise we wont! Right Silvy?" Gold looked to Silver who had an annoyed look on his face. "Gold. No nicknames!" Silver said plainly. 

I unlocked the door, and to my surprise, Gold barged his way in. "So I heard you had a pink shower curtain thing attatched to your head!" My face paled, while my room mates turned about five shades brighter. "Uhh..." Was all Black could get out. Silver smacked Gold in the back of the head. "Way to be you dick." He glared at Gold. 

I sighed. "Sorry Black. Thats Gold, he's a handfull, and this is Silver, he's less of a handfull." I gave him an appologetic look, and sent Gold a death glare after. "I met them today, and well, they ran into me in the halls." He smiled. "Its alright, I thought I heard some one yell your name and then a loud thud sound." He smirked at me. 

A loud rumbling sound came from Gold. "Guys, I'm hungry!" He whined. Silver sighed, "We were looking for a vending machine or something when this dope got us lost!" Silver smacked the back of Golds head once again. "Hey, it's not my fault!" He just glared at Silver. 

"Guys, I can cook us up something!" I beamed at the three, and made my way to the kitchen. I looked in the fridge, and started to cook. 

When I was done cooking, my three new friends and I ate, and laughed, joked around. 

So far, it's been a good start.
