(Normal POV)

"Hey Keiko, do you know how big the world is?"

Little Keiko looked at her father as she nodded no. She was sitting on his lap.

"The world is this big. No, it's so big that I can't even show it with my hand. And you know what this big world is full off?"

Little Keiko signed with her hands, 'Pokemon?'

Ash chuckled as he picked Keiko up in the air, "That's right! You're such a smart kid, Keiko! And one day, when you're older, I'll take you on a journey. To see this whole world!"

The lunch bell brought Keiko back to the present. She feels something wet on her cheek. She put her hand on her cheek to find a drop of tear there. She quickly wipes it off. Then she stands up and puts on her bag. Snow, who was resting beside her bag, jumped on the table then on her head. She then headed outside to eat her lunch. She went to the back of the pokemon school and sat down on the ground. She then took out her lunch box and started to eat, sharing with snow.

"You need that food more than her. She's already too chubby." Keiko and Snow heard a voice and looked up to see Akito smirking. "Hey!! Who're you calling chubby?! Take a look at yourself!" Snow pouted angrily. "Nah, I'm fine. But someone isn't, it seems." Akito sits beside her. He puts his hands on his knees and then his head on his hands, as he looks at Keiko. Keiko looks down sadly.

Akito sighs, "Thinking about your father, I presume?" She nods yes. Akito stretches and says, "Hey Keiko, how about we go on a journey?" Keiko looks at Akito with widened eyes. "You want to go look for your father, don't you?" Akito says as Keiko nods yes eagerly. "Then? We're already over 10 years old, aren't we? And your mother will be too worried to let you go on a journey on your own." Akito then mutters, "Not to mention me as well."

Keiko puts her hand on her heart as she thinks, 'Can I really go?' Akito could understand what she was thinking and said, "Don't worry. Mrs Ketchum will allow it as long as I go with you. And don't worry, I also want to go on an adventure." Akito smiles. "That smile doesn't suit you. It looks unnatural and creepy." Snow says with a blank face. " Just shut up" Akito smiles angrily. Their banter makes Keiko chuckle. Akito blushes and scratches his neck, "Stop laughing, will you?"

Keiko nods yes and signs sorry. She then looks up with a smile and signs, "I'm in." She then kisses his cheek and mouths 'thank you' with a closed eyed smile. She then picks up her bag and heads back to class since the bell had rung. Leaving Akito, who was a blushing mess. Snow opened her mouth to say something but Akito cut her off, "Don't you dare say a thing!" Snow decides to keep quiet and she then runs after Keiko. Akito covers his eyes with his arm as he leans on the wall, his heart racing a mile in a second. His Absol comes out of his pokeball. "Absol... I swear Keiko is going to be the reason of my death someday."

Absol just looks at his trainer, who's hopelessly in love with a dense girl.
