" My assistants will now be handing out the mystery Pokeballs." Rowan announced as Gary and a bunch of other people walked into the room and walked to the tables and started to hand the balls out. Gary flashed Ash a grin, but before Ash could react, he heard an ear piercing scream.But it wasn't from camp.It was from within the lab.And then an angry raven haired girl wearing Ash's Kanto clothes stormed in, followed by her very angry pokemon." You...." The girl said in a dangerous tone, looking at Rowan. " Owe me an explanation."Rowan blinked. " For what?"" Playing stupid, are we?"She turned to her Pokemon. " ATTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!"Ash's eyes widened. " Woah woah woah, how about we-"The Pokemon ignored him.Dawn walked to Ash. " Why's she wearing your clothes?"Ash sighed. " Because she was taking a bath a few minutes ago and musta thrown on whatever she could first find."Brock looked horrified. " Ash, do something! Rowan's gonna become toast!"Ash ducked as a rogue flamethrower went his way. " Right."He walked to the girl. " Uh.... hey, Wisty?"" What?"" Why are you attacking him?"" ' Cause he stole my baby."" Stole you ba- WAIT TOGEPI'S GONE!?"" Why else do you think I'm angry?"Ash's eyes widened. " Wait! Everyone, stop for ten seconds!"All eyes went on him.Ash took a deep breath. " Professor Rowan, I think you unknowingly took my sister's baby."Rowan raised a brow. " What?"Ash shook his head. " Never mind that. Show us where that ' egg' pokemon is."" TOGEPIIIIIIIIIII!"" PRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!"Togepi yanked the wires off and jumped joyfully into Wisty's arms. Eevee, Chikorita, Growlithe, Wisty, Jigglypuff and Clefairy shared a hug." Awwwwwww." All the kids muttered.Gary looked at Ash. " How'd you know where Togepi was?"Ash shrugged. " It just seemed like something the professor would accidently do."Rowan let out a nervous chuckle. " Yes, well, I'm sorry young lady."Wisty smiled sweetly. " Oh, it's okay."Ash narrowed his brows. " What did you do?"Wisty shrugged. " I called the cops because the Professor stole Togepi. I DO have my police badge, remember?"

She pulled a badge out of her pocket, and it glistened in the sun.

Dawn froze. " She's telling the truth."

Rowan paled as Wisty's police badge caught the sunlight, the emblem of authority gleaming brightly. He stammered, "Now, now, young lady, I assure you, it was an innocent misunderstanding. I would never intentionally—"

Wisty raised a hand, silencing him with a stern glare. "Intentional or not, you took my Togepi without asking, and that is a crime. Togepi's my baby, and no one takes her from me." She snuggled Togepi closer as the little Pokémon cooed happily, oblivious to the chaos.

Ash sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. "Wisty, come on. Was it really necessary to call the cops?"

Wisty tilted her head, feigning innocence. "Of course it was! The law is the law, Ash."

Gary let out a bark of laughter, earning a glare from Rowan. "Looks like your little sister's more prepared than you, Ashy-boy."

"Not the time, Gary," Ash grumbled, trying to assess the damage control needed. "Wisty, put the badge away. Professor Rowan wasn't trying to kidnap Togepi. It was an accident. Right, Professor?"

Rowan nodded vigorously, wiping his brow. "Yes, yes, absolutely an accident. I was simply examining an intriguing Pokémon egg, unaware it belonged to you."

Wisty squinted at him, skeptical. "Hmm. Fine. But this better not happen again."

Dawn, still staring at the badge, whispered to Brock, "She's eight. How does she even have a badge?"

Brock shrugged, whispering back, "She's Ash's sister. Do you really need more of an explanation?"

Pikachu jumped onto Ash's shoulder, chirping in agreement as Wisty turned to address her Pokémon. "Alright, team, stand down. Togepi's safe, and justice has been served."

Her Pokémon let out a collective sigh of relief, retreating to Wisty's side. Growlithe barked happily, wagging his tail, while Jigglypuff puffed up, clearly proud of their swift action.

Ash turned to Rowan. "I think it's safe to say, next time you find a Pokémon egg, maybe just... check who it belongs to first?"

Rowan chuckled nervously. "Noted."

As the situation calmed down, Gary leaned closer to Ash, smirking. "You sure she's not secretly the leader of Team Rocket or something? Because she's got that whole 'intimidating authority' thing down pat."

Ash rolled his eyes. "Gary, don't push it."

Wisty, overhearing, spun around with her hands on her hips. "Team Rocket? Please. If I was in charge, they'd actually be successful." She stuck her tongue out at Gary before turning back to her Pokémon, leaving him momentarily speechless.

Dawn laughed softly. "She's definitely your sister, Ash."

Ash sighed, shaking his head with a small smile. "Yeah, she is."
