“ Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeew!” Mew giggled mischievously.

Wisty laughed. “ Mew! You have no idea-”

Then she noticed how weak Mew looked. “ Mew?” She asked. “ Maybe you should-”

Then she fell.

The ancestor of all Pokemon fell.

Down a cliff.

“ MEW!” Wisty shrieked as she jumped off the cliff.  “ Hold on Mew I've got you!”

Wisty managed to grab Mew and rolled over so she would be the one to hit the ground.

BUt she didn’t need to.

Because in that moment Mew summoned all her energy and let out a loud, “ MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEW!” and managed to float them up.

Wisty blinked. “ Mew….. you’re using all your energy.

“ Mew Mew!”

Wisty laughed, but she knew Mew couldn’t hold them all.

So she made a choice.

“ Mew, tell my pokemon I love them, ‘ kay?”

“ Mew?” Mew looked confused.

Wisty smiled. “ Bye for now, Mew.”

And with that, she hurnled the legendary up while she fell down.

At an alarming speed.

But then, a swoop of blue enveloped her.

Next thing she knew she was somehow floating on at a more controlled pace.

When she reached the ground, she sighed in relief but turned. “ Okay who did-”

Lucario.

A very very familiar Lucario.

And one that saved her.

And one that trusted her to mind meld.

There was only one person with a Lucario like this.

But who knew where he was.

So she just hugged Lucario.

“ Did you win?”

Yes.

Wisty grinned. “ I’m so proud of all of you!”

“ And me?”

Wisty whirled and tackled the guy. “ Obviously”

Suddenly she heard an “ EVEVEEEEE!”

Next thing she knew she was tackled by Eevee, Chikorita, Totodile, Appleton, Growlithe, Togepi, Charmander, and Milotic.

“ You guys! I’m okay!” Wisty laughed.

Ash walked over to Gary. “ MInd explaining why she was falling blissfully.”

Gary pointed up, and Ash gasped.

“ Mew?!”

Mew looked at Ash and tilted her head. “ Mew?”

Wisty’s Pokemon stopped tackling her long enough for her to yell, “ Mew could you do it?”

Horace blinked. “ What?”

“ Meeeeeeeeeeew!”

A binding light surrounded Mew, and a string of energy went to Ash. His eyes glowed brown, and Wisty nodded. “ Okay Mew that’s enough.”

Ash was put to the ground and he sighed. “ Well that’s that.”

Wisty raised a brow. “ That’s all you have to say?”

Ash shrugged. “ Yeah?”

“ Your poor Pokemon, plus a bunch of other pokemon AND Misty, might I add, were panicking and you just have to say, ‘ That’s that?!”

Ash sighed. “ Wsty not new. Please.”

“ Fine.”

“ Mew mew mew?”

“ Yes, I make sure he doesn’t do that. Although he does keep meeting others.”

She turned to Ash.. “ Hey Ash, remember Sammy?”

Ash blinked. “ You mean?”

“ The one who Celebi transported to the future? Yeah. Well, remember how you told me he sketched an image of you and gave it to you?”

Ash nodded..

“ And remember how there are only THREE starters but Gary’s grandpa called FOUR?”

Ash nodded.

“ Put two and two together.”

“ But two and two is four.” Ash replied, confused. “ I already know that.”

Wisty just stared at him. “ Now I understand what Sabrina’s dad said that you were clueless.”

“ Sabrina’s dad? I never met him!”

Wisty blinked at him. “ He’s dense.”

“ Pika.” Pikachu agreed.

Ash blinked. “ What-”

“ You know what? Never mind.” Wisty shook her head.

“ Huh?”

Wisty sighed heavily. “ Mew, are you sure you’ll be okay?”

“ Meeeeeeeeew!”

“ It;s my job to worry!”

“ Mew!”

“ What do you mean, ‘ But your brother isn’t worrying’ if he didn’t he wouldn’t do reckless things!”

Ash rolled his eyes but had to agree. “ It’s true. Mew, the only reason she worries is because she cares about you all.”

“ And what you’re saying you don’t?”

“ Who said i didn't?”

“ You!”

“ When?”

“ Just now!”

“ I said-”

“ Eveveve!” Eevee interrupted, exasperated.

“ Pika…” Pikachu agreed.

Mew giggled.

Wisty sighed. “ Well, if you’re sure…..”

“ Meeeeeeeeeew!” Mew exclaimed as she disappeared into the sky, everyone watching.

Wisty nudged Ash. “ Well now you’ll be okay for a year or something.”

“ Let’s hope…….”
