Rosa's Pov

"Come on! I want a hug!" Nate whined while I was walking to my room after we ate our breakfast that his mom served us. I sweat dropped annoyed

"Damn Nate, you already got your hug yesterday"

"But I wanna hug!" I turned around and flicked his forehead. he rubbed it while giving me a look "ow..."

"Are you alright?" He snapped his arm to the side

"Y-Yeah..." he held his head and looked away "I guess I'm just thinking too much about the dream I had last night and I guess I want comfort" I titled my head to the side confused

"You have your mom here, do you?" I would love to have my parents here to give me comfort, but looking at their smiling faces was enough for me. he shook his head and looked away "Nate..." I walked over to him and held his cheeks "You're freezing" I quickly hugged his cold body "are you thinking about your dad..?" He wrapped his arms around me and nodded

"Yesterday... you said something about my dad... about seeing my past..?" I let go and sighed. might as well tell him... it's not like this "gift" of mine isn't going anywhere

"Come here" I pulled his hands toward my room and sat him on a bean bag while I just sat on the wooden floor. Nate just sat there while hovering hot breath on his hands, staring at me. I bit my lips nervously

"What is it?" I said nothing "it's okay, I won't do anything" I took a deep breath and hugged my legs

"I... can..." Meloetta sat next to me with a smile. i sighed and held Nate's hands "that time when we were in Route 6... I collapsed" he nodded "I was... looking through Dittos memory" he blinked a few times

"Memories?" I nodded

"I have a connection with Ditto, thats how I'm able to look into what's in Dittos mind... i didn't read it's mind, but I did see its memory of its previous trainer" he stared at me "they looked very happy together" I shook my head "anyways. then after I saw the memory. my mind went into a place where I was face to face with its previous trainer..."

"You were... face to face?" I nodded "like... you two saw eachother through telepathy?"

"Something like that. I can't touch her" he nodded "I can see living thing's memories, see them face to face from my mind, and even look through their point of view, sometimes read their mind when I'm seeing what their seeing... but it's only with people I've already met before..." I looked down "when we were in that house... I was looking into Emily's memory. you know Emily" I told him about yesterday "well. it turns out that your Ab-Kadabra was the previous Pokemon of Emily" he looked surprised

"My Kadabra? Not just a different Abra?"

"No" I sighed "then... Abra, years later, decided to come to Aspertia City and sneak into your home" I rubbed my arms uncomfortably "you were yelling at your dad... he was leaving... I saw everything..." Nate cupped his mouth, letting his tears fall out "you said he took your Cleffa..." he shook his head and grabbed my shoulders, I looked away

"Do you know where they are!?" I bit my lips "Rosa, please! I need to know! I've been needing to search for him..." and if I tell him, what about him wanting to travel the world to be a international police? What will happen to that? What will happen if he breaks down if I tell him his father died and his heart grows dark... I've seen how scary he is while working... I don't want to imagine his heart ever going black like mine...

"Nate.." his hands gripped on my shoulders, painfully. I bit on my lips to ignore the pain

"Where is he?!" I closed my eyes and cried

"I'm sorry..." he let go and moved away. I cupped my eyes "all I saw was a large fire in a building... it looked like a research lab in the middle of the ocean.." I was almost afraid to look at him. Meloetta placed her hand on my lap, signaling that it was okay to look

I looked up and saw him shutting his eyes hard while crying a pouring river... I never thought I'd ever see so much tears... especially on Nate

"He's dead..." I ran his fingers in his hair and pulled on his roots "that bastard... leaving us again..." I got in my knees and hugged his head. he wrapped his arms around me and cried on my stomach

"I'm so sorry..." I shouldn't have said anything... now look at him... "Nate..." he pushed me away. I yelped and stared at him surprised. I gasped when I saw his eyes dull "no..." I shook my head. he scowled at me and walked towards the door. I jumped on the floor and placed my hands on his shadow. he froze "don't you walk away from me Nate!" I cried "I'm sorry I told you this! But I just don't want you going out to the world to look for something that's not there!"

"Is everything alright in here?" Mandy came Into the room concerned. I ignored her

"I'm sorry for what happened to your dad! I'm sorry I saw that vision! But it isn't a new vision Nate..." I looked down at the floor "that day happened years ago... there's nothing you could have done..." I shut my eyes tight and prevent my body from sleeping as I felt my own powers trying to show me something

Nate's Pov

"I... I see it..." My eyes widened. I couldn't move for some reason. I could see mom staring down at Rosa surprised "a Cleffa on green horns" my eyes started pouring. even though I can feel how cold my heart is, my tears automatically came out.

I was able to move again. I looked down and saw Rosa asleep. I just stared at her there, balling her eyes out "she was stolen away..." my body started shaking "she's still in Unova..." I hesitatedly wobbled down to her and held in my arms

"Rosa..." She glared in her sleep violently

"Virizion..." she snapped her eyes open and frowned at me. I stared down at her. we said nothing but made eye contact "the legendary Pokemon, Virizion, stole her from your father when another legendary Pokemon Keldeo, told it to save her..." she held her head "why does that hurt..?" Meloetta flew up to her

'You forced yourself you stay awake... you're not powerful enough to see anything without falling asleep'

"I've done it before... in the celestial tower" Meloetta smiled

'That was a message your powers accepted to look at...' she closed her eyes and fell asleep. I frowned and looked at mom rushing over

"What happened??" I looked down

"Dad died" she gasped "what she said is true... there was no lie in her voice" she cupped her mouth "let's talk later... I'm going to put Rosa to bed" she nodded and stood up as I lifted Rosa to her bed and sat on the edge. mom walked out

"That felt awful..." I held my heart "is that... what bright hearts go through when their shadow takes over?" Meloetta nodded. "Can you take off her cardigan? It's really hot in this house" she stared at me for a moment before nodding. I looked away until it was okay to look. I looked back at Rosa and stared at her arms

"What is this?" I stared at the black splashes on something ink-like on her arms

'Shadows that attached to her' huh? 'Rosa also has the ability to hold and take shadows... that is how she took the shadow away form Emily' I stared at her arms

"Who's shadows are these?" She just stared at me "right" I bet she doesn't want to answer more questions. I stood up and walked towards the door "I'll go talk to my mom and come back" the door slammed closed on its own

"No you wont" I turned around and saw a creepy guy sitting casually on Rosa's bed. I quickly send out Samurott

"Who are you?!" He disappeared and reappeared behind me "what the-!" He stomped on the floor and made my body just freeze... just like Rosa did when she fell on the floor

"Look at that, you hurt Rosa with that dark heart of yours" my eyes widened. oh yeah... I... I pushed her away

"I didn't mean to..." He violently grabbed my chin "Samurott..." I moved my eyes and saw Meloetta blocking him from doing anything. what is she doing!?

"This is the first time... you let your heart go through the darkness" the guy said. his hand touched my back. I gasped and felt weak "I'll keep that shadow safe for you..." something inside me was growing painful... "if you let your heart darken, you'll make Rosa sad, maybe even mad from any words you might blurt out. making her mad or sad will make her heart dark" more pain came... who is this guy..? "I don't need her to be that way. you have to be the one to help her, not be the reason she's fallen" my eyes were getting heavy

"No!" I moved my eyes and saw Rosa rushing over to remove the guys arms. she held my shadow in her hands and put it back in me... damn.. "you can't take his Shadow! If you take a shadow away from a body, it'll remove his memories! How is he suppose to help me when he won't remember me!" The guy smirked

"That's exactly why I hoped you stop me" she looked at him surprised "you see, You and I are different. I control over the shadows, you bend them... it'll be your job to take away his shadow without memory lost" my eyes widened

"Who in the Distortion World are you!" He closed his eyes

"Distortion World... the last time someone dared to say that in front of me, they were killed" I flinched

"Stop that Giratina!" Giratina? "You want me to take Nate's shadow!? You're insane! How dare you just pop out of nowhere and say such things! You're bad enough when you're talking to me through my head!"

"I might be annoying" he turned his back "but I do things for a reason..." he looked at me "let her take your shadow. that way, you won't loose your memories because of the kind of heart she holds. my heart isn't like hers, that's why if I take it, you'll loose your memories. Meloetta will help with the shield" i gulped "I recommend you letting her take it. you'll be in extreme pain, but I'm sure it's better than pushing her away when she's trying to comfort you" I looked down ashamed

"Hey!" Rosa glared "knock it off! You're making me mad!" He smirked

"That's fine" a large shadow appeared on the wall "I only do my job" we looked at him confused "it's not like I care about you" he walked into the shadow

"But you care about Angel" Rosa said. he stopped walking "you might not care about us, but you care about what Angel will think of you" he snorted and disappeared. Rosa sighed and crossed her arms "can you say annoying?"

"What was that?" She stayed silent and walked towards her bag

"Come on, let's go find Sewaddle" looks like she became old Rosa again... that's because that guy "Giratina" made her mad

"How was that guy Giratina anyways? Isn't Giratina a Legendary Pokemon?" She ignored me and walked pass me. okay than "hey! I'm sorry for pushing you.."

"Don't care"

"If you want, you can push me back or even punch me!"

"Not interested"

"You can take my shadow!" She stopped and looked back at me.

"I'm not interested in hurting you Nate" I frowned

"But... I hurt you" she smiled and looked away

"It was my fault for not being strong... telling you about your father hurt you... I guess we can be even now..." she looked down and walked out my house. I sighed and spoke to my mom before Samurott and I went to find Rosa staring up in the morning sky

"Are you ready?" She asked. I send out Kadabra. she was staring at the ground

"Yes" she nodded and looked at her

"Kadabra" she looked up at Rosa taking out a green feather that she called a Lunar Wing "we're going to see Emily again, she's waiting for us..." Kadabra looked at her surprised, so did I "let's not waste any time! I still need to find my little Sewaddle!" I nodded with a determined smile

"I got your back!" She nodded "and along the way, you can punish me as many times as you want for I did!" She sweat dropped

"It wasn't your fault"

"But-" she looked at the sky

"Let's go to Undella Town, that's the town that's next to the Reversal Mountain. I did research on the place and found that it's like a volcano. I just took a shower and really don't feel like going through the place" I nodded

"Yes Rapunzel" she smirked "come on Kadabra, do you know where to go?" She nodded and took us to on a beach. the ocean in front of us was really beautiful. there were many girls in their swimsuits "damn" I smirked while checking them out "Hey Rosa... maybe you should wear something like-"

"No way. now hurry up or I'll drag your shadow to where we need to go" I raised a brow

"What's wrong?" I looked back at the girls in bikinis "oh~ are you-" she gave me a cold glare. I flinched and honestly wanted to run away

"Say it, I freaking dare you" oh my Arceus! Why is she even scarier than the other times!?

"I'm sorry!"

"Hey!" A familiar voice called. we looked up and saw Hugh running over to us

"Hugh!" I smiled "it's been awhile!" He put his hands in fist

"Yeah! Come on! Let's see how well we've raised our Pokemon!" Same old Hugh, I see

"Sure" I send out Woobat. the Woobat that stuck with me for days while we looked for Rosa. she sort of got attached and wanted to join me. Rosa said it was fine, as long as Woobat's happy. what I have seem to notice is that most of my Pokemon are female. looks like my charms attract even Pokemon!

"Stop being full of yourself" Rosa said as she sat down next to Ampharos

"Did you look in my point-"

"You were reading out loud dummy" oh... "I wouldn't want to look through your point of view. who knows what you look at" I blushed and rubbed the back of my neck

"Hey! Are we going to battle or what!?" Hugh shouted from a distance

"Do you mind?" I asked Rosa. she shrugged

"Go ahead" I nodded and started battling Hugh. he's gotten a lot better! But nothing I can't handle

"I couldn't even out my team's real strength... how pathetic" he sighed

"Awe! Don't beat yourself up!" I walked up to him and gave him a pat on the back "if we're the strongest, Team Plasma will run screaming when they see us!" We laughed together

"Right!" He nodded "I won't let 'em get away though!" He looked down "her Purrloin... I'll get it back for sure!" I frowned and looked down. my Cleffa... she's still in Unova

"Oh! Guess what!" Hugh brought me back to earth "while I was out training, you wouldn't believe what I saw!" I stared at me for a moment

"Let me guess..." I smirked "A Terrakion"

"Yeah! H-how did you know?" I chuckled and remember the time when Cobalion and I first met. I also remembered Meloetta telling me that the four, known as the Swords of Justice from my research, Virizion was the one that killed Rosa's parents, or caused them to have that accident. Two of the Swords of Justice believe in me and Hugh. if Virizion believes in Rosa... there has to be compilations. she told me that Virizion is the one that stole away my Cleffa... I'm sure only it will only show itself to Rosa... but... Rosa hates it for what it had caused

"Lucky guess?" I laughed. he shrugged

"Well, I'm going to leave now" he looked around the beach "it would be nice to relax here once in a while... but I'm not going to stop until I find Purrloin" I nodded

"I won't stop till I find Cleffa.."

"What was that?" I shook my head and brought back my smile

"Nothing!" He shrugged and waved goodbye "alright Rosa" I looked down at my Larvesta that Blade had given me as an egg while walking through the ChargeStone Cave for a few days. the egg hatched into a female Larvesta... which I find funny because it's another female. no problem at all "the battles done, let's head off and find Professor Juniper and Bianca. Bianca called me and-" I looked up and saw only Zorua, a random girl with a black mini dress next to him and Meloetta, staring off into sea "huh?" I walked over to Meloetta "where's Rosa?"

"There" Zorua said, the girl was pointing at the sea. I looked out there confused

"In the ocean?" The girl nodded. I leaned over to look at her. her right eye was covered with her hair "and you are?" She looked at me and turned into a ditto "oh! Ditto!" It smiled "that form..."

'Dittos previous owner' Meloetta said. oh.. just like Rosa said about seeing Dittos memory

"I think I got everything" I looked at the direction of Rosa's voice and saw her sitting on the sand soaking wet with her pink bikini top and wet suit pants. my nose started bleeding at her shiny skin

"Hm?" She stood up with a sack in her hands "what's up with you?" I avoided any eye contact with her body

"Nothing..." she snorted and started walking into town. I quickly followed while her Pokemon quickly followed with her bag. I stared at her wet hair falling out their buns. she took them off as she walked and let it all drag on the ground. it was at least a foot and a half on the ground. I picked it up for her

"Your hair grows very quickly" I stared at each strain and saw how it was perfectly healthy. I usually see some split ends on the girls from class, but Rosa had nothing "and its healthy"

"Yeah. Chimecho and Meloetta has a special move called Heal Bell. Meloetta uses it all the time on you" I see.. "which I traveled by myself, Chimecho used Heal Bell and Wish on my hair. I didn't ask her, but she did it and healed my hair" I continued carrying it like it was a veil "you don't have to keep holding it"

"But it's so long! It shouldn't be dragging on the dirt!" She chuckled "what?"

"Would you like me to cut it?" I gulped. it's not really my choice... I know how serious girls are about their hair

"Um... what you got there?" I looked at her bag, trying to change the subject

"I've been doing some reading while you were battling and saw that this man buys Relic items at a high price. so I researched on where to find these Relic Items. there was a ruins that sank hundreds of years ago. there were many items there. the articles I read say that it's difficult go through there without being send back to the surface by a unknown force... there was no force there at all. I don't know why they were complaining"

"Maybe they just want others to stay away"

"People would want to try to find these items because they want to defeat the impossible. you can't expect everyone to listen to something like a force stopping them"

"Then it's probably your powers. you know, since Emily's force on your neck didn't come back after you held it"

"Hm... maybe"

"How come you never told me you had powers?"

"Because..." she stopped for a moment "before my parents died... I looked through my dads point of view... I thought I was the one that was going to die... but I survived" she walked again "there was an image of a Pokemon that ran across the road and it caused my father to crash the care... It was Virizion... I hate that Pokemon..." I saw her shaking "it's the only Pokemon I ever grew to hate... Me having powers was the very reason why everything happened to me" I frowned and watched her look up at a small house "stay here, I'm going to sell these and then we can leave"

"Ok" she went into the house. I sighed and looked at a second me standing next to me. I'm guessing this was Zorua "I really wish we can just relax..."

"I really want to enjoy the beach"

"And swim in the ocean"

"And flirt with the girls"

"And make some movies"

"And watch the movies"

"Play around with the Mareep in the ranch"

"And play in Nimbasa Amusement park"

"And compete in Pokemon Tournaments"

"And look at more girls" I sweat dropped and stared at him talking for me after I say I want to do something i want to do

"What are you doing?" He sneakered

"Just saying what you want out loud" I rubbed the back of my neck

"Well... it's pretty true" I laughed nervously "I mean, I like looking at girls, but I like looking at Rosa more"

"Huh?" I turned around and saw Rosa staring at me. I flinched "like me doing what?" My face went red

"Being my friend!" She stared at me and snorted, walking to her bag Meloetta was holding and out in 4 sacks of money "whoa!" She took out her sack of money and put it in "where did you..."

"All those things I sold were worth a lot of money..."

"How much you have now?"

"700,000"

"And how much left do you need?"

"900,000"

"You're close!" I smiled brightly. she smiled sadly at the ground and sighed "hey... you okay?" She looked at me and smiled bigger

"Yeah..." she looked at her arms still black with "ink" than at Larvesta "when did you get a Larvesta?" I looked down at her crawling to her feet. I picked her up

"Oh yeah! Blade gave her to me from an egg while we traveled in the Chargestone cave for a few days while finding you! Meet Larvesta! Larvesta? Meet Rosa! A good friend of mine!" Larvesta cheered in greeting. Rosa smiled and looked up at the sky

"Let's head north of here. it will take about a week or longer to get through the route" I looked at the route gate up ahead and groaned

"I hate traveling through a route for days"

"It's good for training, I hate to admit it, but Blade beat me pretty bad..." I smiled

"You want to beat him?" She bit her lips

"I wanna beat Angel..." my brows raised "if I can't beat Blade, how am I going to beat Angel?" I shrugged and pocket my hands

"Training..." she nodded "alright, let's go... and once all this is done..." I held her hands, she looked at me confused "can we go find my Cleffa?" She frowned "I know you hate Virizion... but think about it..." I looked down "if what Virizion never did what it did, we wouldn't be friends! You would still be in Kanto!" She stared at me and sighed

"You can look for it" I shook my head

"I can't..."

"Why not?"

"Do you know the Swords of Justice?"

"Of course"

"Two of them has shown themselves to me and Hugh" her brows raised

"Showing themselves in front of humans?" I nodded

"Yeah! Those two believe in our strength, and I believe that Virizion believes in you" she made a face "those Pokemon didn't trust humans when you were 8! They see our strength and believe in us!" She looked away "I can't see Virizion on my own... you have to be with... or at least" I looked down "I want you there with me..." she stared at me and sighed

"Alright" I smiled "only because your annoying" I chuckled and hugged her tightly

"Thank you so much..." she patted my back "I can finally see Cleffa again..." she hugged me now, tightly "thank you"

"Yeah..." a bright light escaped her bag. Ampharos was out and looking around with her tail glowing "Ampharos?" She looked around and ran off "Ampharos!" We ran after her. she ran towards the beach and looked around with her tail moving all over the place

"What do you think she's looking for?" I asked. Ampharos's ears picked up and ran into a couple sitting on beach chairs

"Oh!" A girl with Lavander hair squealed surprised. a guy with black hair and sun glasses looked up from his book

"Am!" Ampharos cheered. the couple stared at her smiling at them

"Mareep..." the girl said, then gasped "Oh! That bell!" She looked through the bell and cupped her hands together "My little Mareep! You've grown!" She stood up and looked around. she was wearing a purple bikini and sunglasses, even with the sunglasses, I can see excitement. her eyes landed on Rosa "epp!" She ran over to hold her hands. Rosa blinked a few times "are you Rosa!? Please tell me you're Rosa!" Rosa blushed once she took off her glasses, exposing bright brown eyes

"Um..." the girl looked at Rosa's hair I was holding

"You are! You are Rosa!" Ampharos came over and pointed at Rosa while looking at the girl. the girl hugged Ampharos "thank you so much for taking care of Ampharos! She looks very healthy!" She checked Ampharos's face, ears, and mouth "yep! Perfectly healthy!" The guy walked over and took off his sun glasses, exposing red colored eyes

"Flora, you're scaring her" the girl, Flora looked at Rosa's unreadable face

"Oh! So sorry!" She giggled and shook both her hands together "my name is Flora! I'm Sinnohs Pokemon League Champion!"

"Whoa! No way!" I smiled. Flora nodded

"And this is my husband, Flame" the guy nodded to us "he's a Pokemon Professor!"

"Nice to meet you!" I smiled "I'm Nate!" A second Flame hugged her from the side. the real Flame just stared while Flora didn't notice it was Zorua "how do you know Rosa and Ampharos?"

"Oh! Angel came over to my ranch in the Sinnoh Region and helped us out on a dilemma! She saw my Mareep and thought she'd be perfect for a girl she wanted to help" Rosa blushed "it's so nice to actually meet you! She told me you had long hair"

"Y-yeah..." Rosa looked down

"How do you know Angel?" I asked. I eyed Flame poking at Zorua still hugging Flora. Zorua sneakered and transformed into Flora. Flora eyed the commotion behind her

"Huh?" Zorua turned back to normal and jumped on my head "how cute!" She giggled "anyways, she saved my life while I was trying to stop a very bad man from destroying the world and making a new one" Rosa flinched

"My willpower was angry when a bad man named Cyrus came into the Distortion World... Giratina thought Cyrus was going to hurt Angel" I flinched and looked at Rosa's wide eyes

"Giratina is a legendary Pokemon, the ruler of shadows" Flame said

"Angel is Giratina's foster child, he protected her from the outside world so her heart can stay bright for save Pokemon from being separated from humans in the future. That was his plan since she was young, having to force her shadow away and forget about her past. It was all part of the plan" she closed her eyes "he got mad when Cyrus came into his world, thinking that Angel was going to get hurt. I went after Giratina and well... long story short, I defeated Cyrus and he hurt me for it. Angel saved me as Giratina killed him" Flame sweat dropped "Two years later, Angel just came out of nowhere from a black hole and came to Sinnoh! Looking for this to regain her blurred memory of knowing Blade was her brother" she showed a diamond like orb. Rosa held it, staring at it "she stayed two days, I found her in my ranch and she saw Mareep, now Ampharos here, and thought that she'd be perfect for Rosa. Angel asked if Mareep is willing to take care of a girl she knew, Mareep gladly nodded and went with Angel. I'm happy you're taking care of her" she hugged Ampharos happily

"Flora, you went off into alittle bit too much detail" Flame said

"Huh? How so?"

"They didn't need to know that Giratina killed Cyrus" she nervously laughed

"Oh! So sorry!" She looked at us "but don't let Giratina scare you, he does everything for a reason" Flame nodded

"Time goes on a straight line"

"There are no loops and turns..." Rosa finished, looking at the sand "um..!" She looked at Flora "may I ask... about Willpower?"

"Sure, have you met yours yet? I have a feeling you do!" Rosa rubbed on her arms "what's wrong? Have you been feeling pain?"

"Yeah..." I stared at her "I sometimes get pains in my head at random times. then when I was at the base" she sort of faced me "when I was there, I was having heart aches. I saw a Pokemon that was trapped in a cage... once it roared, it felt like I was going to die..." she held her heart

"Why didn't you tell me?" I frowned. she looked away

"That's exactly what happened to us and Angel. when a Legendary Pokemon roars, they are usually in calling or in pain... when in pain, you'll feel that pain because they are one with you... their pain is your pain, your pain is their pain" Flora explained "who is your willpower?" She shook her head and looked away "there's nothing to be ashamed of, Willpowers are wonderful! They're Legendaries"

"No..." Rosa frowned "it's not wonderful..." I looked over at Meloetta near my feet frowning "i have to..." she shook her head and smiled at Flora "nevermind! It was nice to meet you! Thank you for my Ampharos, but we gotta go!" Flora frowned

"Oh... well, it was nice meeting you!" She put on the adorable smile she had the whole time since she came here "I really hope that we can battle one day! I would love to meet the rest of your Pokemon!" She looked at Ampharos "how's being with Rosa?" Ampharos cheered "I knew it!" She looked at Rosa "have a good time!" She waved, Flame nodded and waved. Rosa quickly snatched my hand and ran me out towards the route. I stared at her as we ran. is something wrong?

'It's okay... she's just in shock' Meloetta smiled. I sighed and quickly caught up. Ampharos was struggling to catch up. Zorua turned into a Rapidash and helped her out

"Slow down Rosa" I frowned she stopped and sighed "oh Rosa..." When am I going to understand you..?
