I somehow glitched out of the playing area in Pokémon quest:

From this, it appears that each biome has multiple playing areas which are enclosed but on the same map.

This glitch may have occurred when my Pokémon spawned on an adjacent playing area to the enemy Pokémon, making my Pokémon unable to reach the enemy.

One thing's for sure. This isn't something you see everyday...
