Pokemon Anime Logic Part 1
Warning: There may be spoilers for the Pokemon anime.
Pikachu easily defeats Onix in battle, but Electric attacks are not effective against Rock or Ground types.
Magikarp evolves from its anger.
Jigglypuff draws on faces of people and Pokemon with what appears to be a Sharpie for fun when they sleep.
The characters break the fourth wall often. (meaning, they appear to have the knowledge that they are in an anime while in the show)
Zubat can apparently carry Squirtle in the Indigo League opening theme of the anime (that's the Kanto region season, also known as the first season of the Pokemon anime).
The characters say, "Pokeball, go!" when throwing a Pokeball even though the Pokeball is not a Pokemon.
Team Rocket just want a Pikachu when they have encountered many other powerful Pokemon, whom they have still failed to capture.
Team Rocket's Meowth is so sick of their own trademark introduction theme that he interrupts it sometimes.
Gary Oak has ten badges in the anime, but there are only eight badges to get from the Kanto region.
Misty just cares about her bike when it comes to saving Ash's life from Kabutops, Omastar, Omanyte, and Kabuto.
Charmeleon doesn't give a crap about saving Ash when Ash is being chased by the prehistoric Pokemon in episode 43 of the first season of Indigo League.
Aerodactyl has the same colors as Mewtwo.
Ash doesn't know what a carnivore is until Team Rocket explains it to him. (Carnivores eat meat.)
Jessie can beat up Seviper with her bare fists and catch it, but can't catch a Pikachu with tons of machinery and electronics that cost a lot of money to create.
No one is surprised by a talking Meowth when Ash, Pikachu, and Misty meet Team Rocket.
