Darkness... all he could see is darkness. The last thing X remembers was when Lumine's corpse suddenly ambush them with those strange tentacles and drag them into a wormhole. After that, it's completely blank as he struggles to wake up, but nothing.

Until he starts hearing voices... two that he is familiar with.

"X! X! Wake up!" A voice called out.

"Should I get a water bucket?"

"No, Axl!"

"Awww..."

Zero and Axl... yep, it's totally them just their usual banter alone. Finally, X slowly open their eyes, where he sees his best friend and friend arguing with each other once again, but than, he realises something.

"Guys... why... why are you wearing human clothes?"

It's true. They're all wearing human clothing instead of their usual armours. Though, they are capable of wearing clothes, but what really catches his eyes is the suitcase Axl is holding and the fact their bodies don't have those 'lines' such as their joints. X looks at his hand and pinches a bit, which he gasp a bit and blurted out, "W-We're humans!"

"Well, duh," Zero replied sarcastically.

"I-I know... just... blurted out..." X said, "Now, what happened?!"

Axl shrugs and says, "Don't know. All I know that we're in some small town... and... and..."

"Red was there," Zero replied.

"What?!" X gasped, "Red... as in, the leader of Red Alert?! He's alive?!"

"Yeah, he's downstairs with some old man right now, three adults and my 'older brother'." Zero said.

X couldn't believe it; Red? Alive? But how, the last time they saw him was when he self destructed the base and he died in it.

"Yeah... I... I didn't believe it..." Axl admitted honestly, "At first, I thought Lumine was just toying with me... until he hugs me once he notices how freaked out I am... that's when I knew that has to be Red! I... it has to!"

"... Axl... will you be okay?" X asked him.

"I-I'll be fine! Just startle, that's all!" Axl said proudly. "Oh! And some random woman gave me this suitcase, and told me to not open it till I show it to Zane Wily and Xavier Light."

Zero puts up his hand and says, "I'm Zane. I guess in this world, we were given more human names."

"I guess so..." X sighed. "So, my new name is Xavier. I'm not surprised at all, but first, what's in the suitcase?"

"Oh! Right!" Axl remembered as he puts down the suitcase and asks, "Ready?"

"You're getting too excited for this, you know that?" Zero told him.

"Shut up!" Axl replied. "Now, let's do this!"

Axl open up the suitcase with the biggest smile on his face, X going forward out of innocent curiosity while Zero not caring too much, but still a bit curious. Than, once they see what's inside the suitcase... they become extremely disappointed.

"... Are those...?" Zero muttered with a cringed up expression.

"Yes... they're..."

"BALLS?!!" Axl screamed in horror and disappointment, "Oh COME ON!!!"

A/N - I hope you guys enjoyed this and yep, a lot of the Megaman X characters will be resurrected, including a few of the classic characters as cameos.
