The girls walked through the strange ultra space they were surrounded by. Lillie took every detail of the beauty around while Selena stared at the floor, holding the spot on her shoulder that was touched by the unknown spirit

"How... surprising.  it's more beautiful than I have expected" Lillie comment, holding her neck "but the air is so thick here... it... almost hurts to breath..." Selena glanced around, realizing it was true, but wasn't bothered

"You feeling okay?" Lillie nodded and looked at her seeming off. Knowing Selena, she wouldn't want to be commented on and brushed off with any questions that might be thrown at her

"Yes... the ultra beast. They can't be Pokémon... the air here..." she looked up at Solgaleo "what are they even..?" She shook her head and looked forward "we should go..." Selena lowered her hand, knowing it wasn't time to think about that mysterious moment. It's like that voice said, it isn't their time... but what does that mean?

Solgaleo roared loudly. Lillie looked shocked "you have to stay here? But why?" She nodded after listening to its respond "I understand. I'm... I'm so grateful to you for bringing me here, Nebby. Thank you! I guess I have to go the rest of the way myself" Selena took her hand and tugged forward

"Let's go. I feel Lusamine and Guzma's aura" Lillie nodded and followed her deep into the ultra space dimension. Selena stopped at the same time as Lillie, with her holding her heart

"I hear them... the ultra beast?" Selena looked up, feeling Guzma's aura the closest. Lillie looked up at where she was looking "Plumeria's..."

"Found you, Guzma" he was gloveless and covered in tattoos. Even from the distance, it was clear that he was shaking

"I'm the Team Skull boss, and I've never been scared of nothing or nobody. Heck, I lived my life making people scared of ME! So listen to what big bad Guzma has to say... y'all are stupid!" Selena sweat dropped at the comment

"Us? Stupid?" Lillie flinched and went into panic mode, knowing what Selena was going to burst out loud for some reason

"How in the world did you even get to this place? I actually don't find it surprising" Selena held her hip

"Oh? And you're asking that? And you're the one calling us stupid?"

"Selena... it's too soon!" Lillie cried, thinking about how Plumeria must be feeling right now. Guzma walked over to them

"It's all dark here... I got no clue what's going on, but there's beasts everywhere" Lillie looked around, seeing a few ones that carried her mother away, floating around "I tried catching those things..." Lillie glared

"Don't you dare! You don't know what they're capable of!"

"Oh trust me, I now know. It possessed me! And that's when it happened! My body, my mind... they started running wild, and I couldn't do anything about it" he held his head, starting to scream "it was like I became somebody else and I finally felt what fear feels like! It's terrifying!" Lillie frowned at Selena turning away "I might be the Team Skull boss, afraid of nothing or nobody... but that lady... she's on another level! She's way far gone! She lost her mind over these ultra beast. There's no talking to her, no reasoning with her. She's just gone..." Lillie shook her head

"That doesn't change anything! I still have to go! I know what my assignment is! And I'm not giving up!" She ran far ahead. Selena stared at her before facing Guzma, watching him rubbing his tattoos

"What's wrong there, Guzma? Still afraid of the dark?"

"Shut it! You! Don't think of me as cowardly!"

"Oh, I been noticed you as cowardly. Guzma, you are aware that you are under punishment? Your legendary had punished you for all the wrongs that you're doing" she took out the reveal mirror, staring at the red pokemon sleeping within its cocoon in Kalos.

"Shut up! I already know that! I'm not going down without a fight! I still have to do some things before I go!" She was confused

"Like what?"

"I... I have to make sure she's going to end up okay..." she blinked confused

"What? Lusamine? What's it with you and her?"

"Huh? Her? Nothing. I like her and all, but it's not like I feel any way with her" he groaned "why is it your business?"

"Because I have something about you that you might want... it'll either interest you or not, but I have the power to hold a soul and heal it. If you listen to me, I can help you"

"I don't need help! I know it's all over! That woman is gone and she won't care about what I truly want!"

"And what's that?" He sat down, holding in his sobs as he turned pale as paper. Selena closed her fist and reopened it, pointing her palms at him to hold his soul already trying to escape his body in a white silhouette "w-what are you doing..?" She held the light with care and a soft look on her face

"Guzma... it's not over. There's only one thing you have to worry about right now" he stared at her, holding in his pain "it's Plumeria"

"Plumeria? What does she have to do with anything? I want her to end up okay, that's all I want now, but don't you dare bring her up in this" She grabbed his spirit, crushing him

"Listen to me well... what you say will impact on how I will handle your soul. It's going to be your choice, but I want you to listen to me. She's with child" he flinched, staring wide eyed in horror "and the being in her stomach, it's aura is a combination of hers and yours" he looked down

"W-what..?" She twisted his soul, causing him pain

"I am not entirely a nice person. I won't hesitate to release your soul like I decide to hurt people with my twisting powers. It's going to be your decision whether or not you care if I drop your soul. I'm not going to ask about Plumeria or anything, but I will ask... What do you want to do now? Your soul was just about to leave your body... you have one chance" He shakily glared up towards her staring at him boredly. He dropped his head, giving up

"Fine... heal my soul, dammit" She raised her brow

"Hm? Why should I?" He grind his teeth annoyed

"I had the feeling she was with child... but I wasn't sure. Believe it or not, but she's always full with life, even if she's always to herself all the time more than me, and she simply let's me go off to meet with Lusamine to get what I want..."

"And what's that that you wanted?"

"You know... you're really nosy, aren't cha?"

"I suppose" he snorted

"I just wanted the best for my team... but I can't give them everything, and I can't give them what they need. It's best now if they left, but now I know I can't leave her, I have to go after her"

"Why did you just walk away from her?"

"She's the one that walked away from me!" He glared. She pulled out his spirit, causing him to groan

"She's a Lele... we are sensitive beings. She's the child of a Pokémon who is known as the Pokémon of life. The light of life can't blossom without some sun" she put her hands together, putting together his spirit and put it back in is body. He looked at his hands, closing his eyes "you're big bad Guzma, right?" He stood up, continuing to stare down on himself

"Yeah..." Selena walked pass him

"I'm going to tell you again, I'm not entirely nice... I won't hesitate to kill you" her eyes darkened into his in seriousness "if you make me regret healing your soul, I'll make it look like an accident, or on purpose. I don't care what people think of me. So watch your back" he flinched, looking at her like she's crazy. She giggled and ran up ahead to stand with Lillie talking to her mother, who looked just as pale as Guzma did. Her spirit too was close to...

"Selena! You look like you did something..." Lillie frowned. Selena brushed it off "there's mother... gushing about these beast again..." Lusamine laughed

"This world is to only co exist for me and Nihilego... so beautiful... so delicious... this is the real paradise! And what happens? YOU TWO HAVE TO COME WITH YOUR INFECTIONS! I am sick of you!" The woman shouted in anger "you know exactly how powerful I am! I am the most powerful Lele ever! You have no right to come into my world! Who told you that you could come here, to the perfect, beautiful world of my beast and me when you are not beautiful at all!" The ultra beast behind her cried out. Lillie held her heart and glared, making the beast vibrate. Lusamine took notice a little "hm.."

"Think about what you're saying! What about Mr.Guzma! You know he was under punishment and you brought him here to such a place? Don't you care what happens to him? He doesn't belong here, neither do you. We can help you! You two are in danger under your punishment" Lusamine closed her eyes for a brief moment before reopening them and sigh

"Just leave... I don't need you here... I don't need you any longer" The aura around Lusamine was thickening "look around you! Look at this beautiful world that I've finally come to! You want me to go back to that world? That's what you've come to bother me for? Even you cannot be that stupid" Lillie's fist shook

"You never change... you're so selfish"

"Why should I change?" More Ultra beast appeared "I can live here in a world filled with only the things that I love! And I will live here!"

"You're not going to live for long!" Lillie glared. Lusamine stood up, crossing her arms

"I wouldn't expect you to understand anything... I don't care if you are my child or not! I don't care if you were loyal to me or not! I don't care if you are the rarest Pokémon there is in the world or not! If you're not beautiful enough to be worthy of my love, then I don't NEED you!"

"She's not going to listen, Lillie... her mind is possessed by the beast" Selena whispered to Lillie

"That's right! All I need to exist in my world are the things that I want to have with me! Everything else is just a bother to me!" Lillie shook her head and shouted above her lungs

"I am the one who is sick of you, mother!" Lusamine held her chin to stare "Children are not just THINGS that belong to their parents! Pokémon are not just THINGS that a trainer can do whatever they want to! I am alive! Nebby is alive! We are not things for you to collect!" Lusamine only stared "we're not made for you to just discard when you get bored with us! That is terrible, mother! You are terrible!" Lillie's face was all red. Lusamine just shrugged at her

"Terrible? Me? How am I different from any Pokémon trainer like your little 'friend' there?" Lillie lifted her arm to cover Selena, not wanting her in the middle of this "what do you do with a Pokémon you can't use? You remove it from your party, as you please"

"Don't talk about trainers like you understand! Don't talk about Selena like you know her! She's different from other trainers! She's a Pokémon master and doesn't have the need to battle anyone when she doesn't want to! She loves all her Pokémon equally and makes sure every one of them are loved! She's the best thing about Alola!" Selena flinched

"What?" The voice of the random mew giggled. Lillie didn't even know why she said that. Lusamine huffed and shouted

"Enough of this useless talk, Lillie! I will never forgive you for stealing Cosmog from me! Never! Back when you were small, you would listen to everything I said, without question. For a time, even you were adorable to me!" She took Lillie's chin "but you changed" she threw it to the side "you've become ugly... ever since you met this girl Selena... and learned to defy your own mother!"

"You're... blaming me for this?" Selena sweat dropped

"Selena! You hateful little trainer! How dare you intrude upon this world that was meant for Nihilego and me? with Nihilego's power, I will show you how wrong you were to come here!" Lusamine threw a beast ball up in the air to release a Nihilego to possess her body and turn into a large jelly fish like fusion. Her cyan yellow eyes shot open, laughing loudly like a lunatic before using a tentacle to show out her regular Pokémon. Lillie held Selena's arm in panic

"Selena... be careful..." Selena held her hand and nodded, sending out Rayquaza. Lillie shouted and fell on her butt while Lusamine stared at the large Pokémon in shock

"I came prepared... for a place like this, only Rayquaza may be able to stand the environment here" Lusamine smacked her tongue

"A interesting trainer indeed... I always saw your strength, but... IM NOT AFRAID OF YOU! I WILL SHOW YOU JUST WHO IS THE MOST POWERFUL LELE THERE IS!" Her Pokémon put up a difficult fight, taken that their bodies were corrupted by a powerful aura, even for Rayquaza, but it was finally over... Lusamine shook in anger before freezing in place, eyes lifeless. Selena expanded her aura to cover ultra space, covering it in pink. She took Lillie's hand

"Now!" Lillie nodded and shouted

"Nihilego... release!" By knowing that she couldn't befriend regular Pokémon, she could befriend a Ultra beast like Nebby... a creature that wasn't a Pokémon. She learned she can befriend a Ultra beast. Not knowing it would work, it did...

Lusamine's body was completely still as the jellyfish body started glowing. Selena grabbed her by levitation and held onto her spirit as closely as she could while the Nihilego went back inside the beast ball. Lillie ran to her mother slowly being placed on the floor.

"Mother!" Lillie ran to hold her fainted body. Selena released the levitation and took a hold of her soul in her hand "mother! Mother!" Lillie cried

"Lillie, it's okay..." Selena sat down, showing Lillie the soul dew "she's going to be okay..."

"Selena... can her spirit really be saved?"

"I saved Guzma's spirit already... I was given such a power for a reason. To be above all... to have two legendaries makes me legible to break the punishment of ones own legendary. She's going to be alright" she took Lillie's hand and let her drop the soul into Lusamine's body at the same time.

Slowly, Lusamine starts to awaken. Lillie gasped with a smile "mother..." Lusamine blinks her eyes slowly, having her cyan yellow colored eyes slowly turn green. She smiled, slowly reaching up to Lillie's cheek "m-mother... your eyes..."

Lusamine stopped her reach and poked Lillie's nose, confusing her as she smiled softly "Lillie... when did you... start becoming beautiful?" Lillie's eyes widened, watching her slowly starting to fall asleep. The world around them started shaking

"What now!? What's going on!?" Guzma came running with brown eyes instead of dark yellow... he didn't have anymore tattoos. W-what has Selena done? She... took away their powers!

Solgaleo came running, talking to Lillie. Lillie gasped and looked at it in disbelief "me..?" She looked at her friends nervously "okay... Guzma! Please!" He looked at his hands and carried Lusamine on his shoulder. Selena was taken back that his destruction hands weren't in effect. Guzma noticed her horror face and smirked, assuring her that he was happy his powers were taken away

Lillie put her hands together and threw them up in the air, making everyone teleport back to the first dimension. Guzma looked around amazed while Selena sat on the floor, having her little moment in shock

"Everyone!" Hapu came running "I'm sure glad to see everyone okay!" Lillie looked at her hands before running up to her

"Hapu! We did it! We saved mother! Guzma... please help carry her to get proper rest..." Lillie said

"Huh? Oh... yeah" he looked down at Selena gazing at nothing "yo girl, you okay?" Lillie squat down to look at her

"Selena?" Selena closed her eyes

"I didn't think... I would take away their powers" Guzma sneakered

"Oh, look who's acting corwardly now!" She narrowed her eyes "I'm grateful that you took away such a power away from me... now I don't have to wear those annoying gloves in the middle of summer"

"What?" Lillie gasped, then looked at her mother "Selena..? You..." Selena nodded

"Yeah... I guess by taking their souls, I had driven off the power that was poured into their bodies by their legendary. They're regular people now"

"Oh? Ain't that something" Hapu said "the things that Lillie told me about her mother, I see how that these two are grateful to you now, Selena. Though I don't know what exactly went on, I'll have to take up on that" Lillie nodded, agreeing "you have done well in guiding Lillie, though she is not a trainer" Hapu looked at Lillie "and you did your best! Glad to see you all well! We'll meet you down at the bottom. When you're ready, let's head off"

"Thank you, Hapu" Lillie smiled, watching her and Guzma walked off from the Alter with Lusamine. Lillie faced Nebby, reaching out to hold its head "oh Solgaleo... all I ever wanted to do was to help you get back to your own home, but instead... you ended up helping me, over and over... you are my legendary. Though you were always more to me than anything like that. You're family... we've been through a lot together... we met so many people as we traveled around all of Alola's islands. I was a insecure girl who was too nervous to approach a Pokémon from them hating me. You were always with me... to think I had you so early for so long without knowing, it turns out I'm special enough for you to show yourself to me. You made me, and I've been wanting to protect you, but... you know" she smiled "I still want to travel around with you... I don't know what the world you came from is like, but Alola is pretty great, too! I would love it if we get to stay together..." she looked down at the beast ball she was still holding "I know you agree... thank you Nebby... but... I'm not a trainer. How can I possibly..? Maybe Selena can..." Selena grabbed her ankle, surprising her

"What are you saying? Of course you're a trainer. You... still have Porygon Z in your party, remember?" Lillie flinched, remembering the lending "the truth is... I was planning on giving you Porygon Z"

"W-what!?"

"Porygon Z... it was given to me by that man. The man I've hated... though I don't care for the past anymore, it still had a effect on me. Porygon Z means no harm, but my powers can only bond with regular Pokémon, and Porygon Z is man made... it doesn't like me. I know that, but it's a free spirit and enjoys surrounding those it's around. You can bond with Pokémon like this... take Porygon Z, and take Nebby... you deserve to be with your legendary. Who am I to separate you two?" she giggled "you'll be fine..."

"Y-you think..?" She looked at Solgaleo "o-okay..." she smiled brightly "if I didn't take you that day... what would that mean for you and me?" She shook her head, deciding to not overthink it "okay! I think I can do this! Let's go Nebby! Into the ball!" She threw her beast ball and captured Solgaleo. She sobbed tears of joy "I never thought this would happen.. me? A trainer..? My mother... fine... Selena" she came down to hug her "thank you... thank you so much!" Selena smiled and hugged her back

"It's okay... you know I'm here for you. Take care of them, okay?" Lillie nodded

"What are you going to do?" Selena took out the beast balls Ms.Wicke gave her and handed them to Lillie "what's this..?"

"Those UB that were freed into Alola by Lusamine, don't forget about them. I think you're the only one who can take care of them. This can be your start to becoming a trainer" she looked back through the Alter "I'm... going to stay here for a bit... just for a bit... before I head back home"

"Selena..." Lillie looked at the beast balls and nodded with confidence, nodding and gave her one last hug "thank you again..."

"Be careful..." she waved

"Alola!" Selena smiled

"Alola..."

I refused to let Lillie go to Kanto like in the game. I just refused!!! I was so sad when it happened in the game, so I made her a trainer! It's awesome! Right?
